Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I got a middle range pedicure from their list that included a scrub and 7 min massage. I didn't get to put my feet into the water to soak, my nails weren't filed at all after they were partially trimmed (like the middle was trimmed but not the edge/corner of the nail), the scrub was applied and rinsed off (not scrubbed), and I got shorted time in my massage. It's been two days and the polish is also already coming off that I was charged extra for when I checked out without being informed about it. My chair arm also became the work station for everyone that worked there so I lost all personal space. read more

Its dirty. I have taken other people with me and they have all said why is it so dirty. The towels have left over like crust on them. Its gross end of day. I kept with it bc one manicurist made her work last forever but the gross part was hard to ignore. Always dirty towels etc. The other problem is one pedicure person takes an obscene amount if time to do the pedicure and yet your foot looks barely cut or touched. It's an art form to look busy but barely cut or do anything. I wanted to stick with the manicurist even though my own husband was appalled by the dirty salon at night but I had the long pedicure two times too many. I went to have my gel nails removed without making an appointment. The lady who manages appointments also helped me with the removal. However, while she was assisting me, she spoke loudly to a co-worker across the room. While I was waiting for the removal solution to soak into my nails, she went to the back and returned to the front while eating an egg roll. She greeted guests with her mouth full and an egg roll in her hand. I'm not sure if this is a cultural difference, but I found it very unprofessional. When I was checking out, I knew the cost was $10, and I wanted to pay with my credit card to earn mileage points. However, she asked me to pay in cash. I don't understand this, as I am the one who pays a 2% fee, not them. It feels wrong when they offer the option to pay with cash or credit card but encourage guests to pay in cash. Everyone was super nice here! I came in this Wednesday, it is now Saturday. I got a pedicure and it is in perfect shape and still looks great! However, my gel manicure (was like 40$ or something and tipped 10$) is already diminishing so quickly. I'm not sure what happened but it's unacceptable. a lot of their folks are new or not trained and it's cost my wallet and my nails :/ Even when someone senior checked on it, it didn't get better (you can't blame the newbie if you saw it too). They cut my long nails to put fake ones on a few months ago. Then just removed them, even though I asked for them to be filled with design. I'm not sure how they were planning to put the design on my real weak nail after removing them. the manicure was adequate at best and was cracking off same day. Their staff is very nice and attentive otherwise. very clean and nice space. I just need to go somewhere else for consistency and design. read more

Called in the morning for an appointment with Eric. Showed up on time and was ignored then, they put me with some other person who flew through my pedi. Start to finish, 18 minutes. 4 issues....appointments don't matter, fastest pedi EVER, unless you upgrade to a higher service, you're treated like a homeless person and lastly, they talk in a foreign language behind your back, look at you and laugh.
