So annoyed with this place! Don't expect them to see you! We made reservations for 5pm on Sunday night with the only time available in the next few weeks. They said yes and we arrived at 5pm and they said it would be 15 minutes. We waited till 5:45 to be told they don't have time to see us and won't be able to serve us that day. Most nail salons close at 6pm on Sundays. If he would have called us and said we didn't have the time we could have gone somewhere else. They only offered us a 20% off coupon which felt like a slap in the face. Never going back! I asked for a free pedicure for the issue in the future and they said no. So incredibly rude. read more

I was so happy with this nail salon. I have been looking for a new one for a while that compares to the one I go to when I'm on the East Coast. And I found it. The salon was big and roomie with beautiful decor and an atmosphere of relaxing. They had so many gel nail polish colors to choose from! It took me nearly 10 minutes just to decide what color scheme I would want, then I had to decide on the shade. My nail technician, Lee, was a wonderful woman who truly put in the time and focused on those little details that some places over look. They offer coffee, water and tea for free. Don't come here for hair. Do not do it. I'll never step foot in here again. I am still traumatized from the experience I had. And I use to come here for nails all the time and got my hair here done one other time. This time I asked for a money piece in the front and this is what I got. Charged me 140 dollars to dye my hair darker and to add a money piece. she then bleaches my hair in the front and does nothing more with it no toning no NOTHING. It was so upsetting after being a customer for so long that this is how I was treated oh on top of that she said. She couldn't blow dry my hair. 140 dollars seriously for what? I just wanted to get out of there soon as possible. I was so upset with how I was treated and the quality of the service was an all time low. My hair wasn't even cut eventually. I seriously doubt that any of the ladies in their have a license. I called back telling the front of the desk lady that I was super upset with the results and that I would like my money back she told me they do not do any refunds. She told me that I needed to come back in so she could fix it. I'm sorry after the work that was done on my head and the damage she did to bleaching my front pieces. There's no way I was allowing her to touch my head again. I mean honestly all around the situation is just so wrong in so many ways I had to file a dispute with my bank. And the customer service is just the worst go somewhere else. Originally I came here for nails, but I won't even come back for that after this horrible hair experience.. I had to go to a legitimate hair salon like I should've done in the first place. I went to Ulta to get rid of the damage and even she was like what did this lady to to your hair? Such a rip off.... i came with my sister for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. They kept asking "massage?" and someone came over and gave us a 15 minute "massage" without telling us it would be an additional $15. They kept raising the price for the manicure and pedicure and I walked out with a basic ass service for $80. The girl I had was very nice and did a decent job, but my sisters nails were blotchy and her cuticles were still grown out--she paid $91 for a terrible job. We tried asking the owner for clarification and she just said the first price they wrote down was "for the counter"-- whatever that means. Never coming back here. I received the gel mani pedi. They are so precise in their nail art and the end results exceeded my expectations. I couldn't stop showing them off to everyone The owner, Rashu was kind to check up on how I was doing and making sure I was having a good time, which I was.
