I have been coming to this salon for over 3 years and I can't say enough great things. The staff is super friendly and quick to accommodate me even when I call 10min before. With that said, I must say I was sad to read such a negative review by Taylor Z. as I was a witness that day. The girl she is referencing is the owners daughter. This is a family business. The Mom, Dad and other sister all work there. Mom and sister were teaching the girl little things on how to help around the shop instead of having her sit on her device all day. Quite possibly the most painful Brazilian wax ever. They don't use hard wax but I was willing to give it a try. The lady did NOT use gloves... put the strip straight down the middle... and I was still left with stray hair of different lengths. Wouldn't recommend for a Brazilian. read more

Well, my friends and I had an appointment for 3 pedicures at 10:30am. Called to confirm twice. We walked in and the young receptionist looked at us crazy for walking in when it was busy. We waited until after 11 to be sat... okay whatever. Then, I picked the classic pedicure, because I wanted callus remover. But who in gods name removes calluses with just a large nail file?? And took about thirty seconds on each foot? My lady quoted me another $20 for gel French. Whatever, but I did not expect my $65 pedicure to only take 20 minutes! I am writing this at 11:25...she is finishing painting. The three of us are sitting in silence now very distraught when we were looking forward to a wedding prep day. I understand they are busy... but we are paying A LOT of money, for a shit job. Why are we rushed? We were very much treated like we had the audacity to pay them for their job. read more

Terrible customer service. Lots of other great nail places in the area. I ran in here for a simple manicure, but should have gone to my regular place. Told me to sit at a table and I waited for 30 min. The lady started my nails then left me to go do someone else. I had to ask for them to clean under my nails. Ladies are so rude here. Worst mani/pedi ever - wanted to get out of chair and walk away during massage, and I wish I would have. Old color on nails not fully removed, and they didn't use a brush to clean up new paint. Got home and needed to trim and clean up the careless and hurried effort. Staff was more interested in socializing amongst themselves than paying attention to the task at hand. Disappointing. Never going back and cannot recommend. Note: My family members said Lin and Helen were attentive and thorough. So out of 4 of us, there was a clear distinction. I called for an appointment and they told me to come right away. As soon as I arrived they seemed surprised to see me and asked me to sit. Horrible place with horrible service. Went to get some acrylic nails removed and was sat with Amy. She proceeded to rip the acrylic nails off damaging all of my nails and in the process cut one of my own nails too short and made it bleed. When I asked her why she didn't soak them she said because that would take too much time as if I wasn't going to pay for her service and time. Then when she got the drill to file my nail bed I asked for new sanitized drill bits and they completely ignored me. I just didn't want my nail to get infected since it was bleeding. Instead she just didn't touch that nail anymore but didn't get new sanitized equipment. She charged me $15 to ruin my nails and possibly give me a nail infection. read more

I'd say 3 stars is generous. I should've listened to the reviews on this place. I just got a fill for my acrylics and it looks fine, just fine, not $50 worth of fine. They completely ignored my cuticles and left the nail bed looking dry and crusty. They also seemed incredibly rushed, I've never gotten my nails done in less then 20 mins. Trust me I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but its proving to be a hard task. My mom asked for mani/pedi which is listed at $60!!! They also completely ignored her cuticles and left her toe nails jagged with some clear polish slapped on, took them approximately 15 minutes. Understandably my mom declined the mani. Honestly I could have done a better job than what she got, I mean come on, at least act like your trying to be meticulous, like the price tag entails. Nice outdoor set up. Cant say it was worth even the gas it took to drive from my home 1 mile away to this place. Utterly disappointed. read more

This used to be my go to salon but not any longer! My very first visit I was waiting for a nail tech and overheard an upset customer complain that she had been overcharged. She said that she explicitly requested the basic pedicure but was charged for another. The front desk staff wouldn't budge. Today, I had Luis do my pedicure and sadly, I was his victim today. Vicky, my manicurist was great, but Luis was so bad that he ruined it for me. He spoke loudly to another employee non stop. Not only was this not relaxing, it was stressful. I told him that the nail polish was the wrong color and he told me it wasn't. It was supposed to match my fingernail color. I told him the number may be the same, but even if the number on the bottle matches, I want the polish to be similar. He disregarded me and went ahead and painted my toes the wrong color anyway. Finally, after I stopped him and told him again it was the wrong color and asked him to find a closer match, he reluctantly went to the shelf. He then did 1 coat on top of the wrong color. I don't trust this salon because it is obvious that they are intentionally deceitful. P.S. I just saw another review that states a similar situation. read more

The whole treatment took about 10 minutes despite the fact that salon was not busy and there was no reason to rush let alone the fact we both did not have a professional pedi in 2020! Alright two stars is generous for the experiences I've had here. My mom loves it, so I always try and give them a chance but now I am done. I showed a picture of what I wanted & asked if they had someone who could accomplish it, and they responded with confidence. Off to a rocky start, I said I wanted dip, NOT acrylics. And they kept saying ya ya full set and I kept repeating myself that I wanted dip. Then he brought out the acrylics and started gluing them on. I don't even know how many times I repeated myself saying dip, NOT acrylics. Then, as he started to paint, I said oh that color doesn't match my toes. And he looked and said it's bc there is no perfect match, so I mentioned didn't like the color he was using. He kind of laughed it off. Then I said "you know I really like the shade of green on my toes better". Once again, ignored. To keep myself calm, I decided to just not watch and hope for the best. Not only were these the most expensive nails I've gotten, but also the worst. Cuticles- untouched. Didn't even trim or file my real nails first. Oh, and when he made a mistake on what is suppose to be a daisy (looks more like eggs to me), he used his finger to try and scratch it off, leaving some yellow behind. As I sat in the car looking at my nails, I noticed not 1 hair, but two. DISGUSTING. bumpy bubbles were EVERYWHERE, so disappointed and frustrated. If you don't know how to do a certain thing like draw a flower, then say that because I would've picked a simpler nail design. The worst part was that I know him and his friend were laughing at me for being difficult or picky. I decided to suck it up and go back in and have them just do simple color. I felt extremely rushed - he kept saying "ok so what color" before even handing me the color options to pick from. When I wanted to do French tip with different shades, he said it would cost me extra. At this point I'm pissed. Then his friend comes back and as his friend is talking, he looks up at his friend and ROLLS HIS EYES. so unprofessional and uncomfortable. Y'all need an attitude check. Last pic is what I walked away with.. I give it 2 stars because I liked the end result for the most part (wish my cuticles were treated), but the fact that I felt like a burden and unheard because I look young, not cool. read more
