Be Aware Of This Place IF You Are Planning on Getting Your Eyebrows Done! I Wish I Could Give 0 Stars! Back In End of April 2026, My Mom And I Went Here For Nails And Eyebrows Waxing For Myself! The Lady Who Did My Eyebrows is Very Unprofessional! She Was Rushing To Finish My Eyebrows! They Did Not Have Any Customers At That Time Besides Me And My Mom! Pretty Much They Were Not Busy At That Time! She Messed Up My Eyebrows So Bad And Acted Like She Did Not Do Any Mistake! Instead Of Apologizing She Painted The Part On My Right Eyebrow Where She Messed Up While Waxing With "Eyebrow Pencil" Before She Showed Her Final Results With A Little Mirror! I Added Some Pictures Youguys To See! She Was Trying To Confuse Us! I Know How My Eyebrows Looked Before I Went To There! Both of My Eyebrows She Did Were Uneven! She Did Not Do Proper Job At All! I Had to Use "Eyebrow Pencil" For Sometimes On My "Right Eyebrow" Where She Messed Up Until Hair Grows Back! My Husband Notices EveryTime When I Do My Eyebrows At Different Places! Save your time and money. Worst experience. Came in to get my nails done I did "gel x". She just put on the nail with glue and added nail polish. I should have just got press on nails from the dollar tree. 2 days later my nail fell off and I came to get it fixed. I had to wait 1 hour just to get one nail fixed. The staff was not very friendly

This place is a joke! So my daughter and my wife visited this place and dear god. What a disappointment. 1st red card! The lady helping my wife has having a normal conversation with my wife and she asked my wife about our kids. Normal questions nothing out of this planet. One questions of the questions was how many kids and my wife mention that she was on her second marriage. (I'm her second husband) so they guy doing my daughters nails was listening to the whole conversation and he started making unnecessary comments and questions to my daughter. He asked my daughter if her little brother was from the same dad. What about her older sister was she from the same father. What on earth is wrong with that guy! What in Asia they don't re marry again!? Arre they perfect or something! 2nd red card, the guy doing my daughters should of been more concern about his quality of work. My daughter's nails begin bubbling right away and my daughter told him about the bubbles. His reply was "Oh the bubbles are there because your original nails already bubbles" really! God I've never seen someone's nails with bubbles! Extremely poor quality. Stay away from this place!

I was the only one in the nail salon, and I felt like I was interrupting their time. I asked for a mani and pedi, I got cut twice on one hand, and three out of the 5 nails on the other hand, had imprints. The tech literally did not care about the terrible job she did. I wanted to pamper myself, and I don't care if I pay more for good service. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here. Pedi was ok. They honestly offered nothing and did the bare minimum.

Walked in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. We were seated immediately and the technicians started right away. They made sure to keep the massage chair going and took their time working on both my hands and feet. They did not just do a quick pedicure. It was like a service I have paid for in the past in an upscale salon. The prices were very reasonable! All the ladies were cheerful and engaging but also allowed time for relaxation. The foot massage was amazing and I even paid an extra $10 for an extra 10 minute massage (it was probably more like 15mins.). Unfortunately, I was only in town to go to Disneyland but if I lived here I would make this my go to spot.

Jimmy the owner is so awesome and friendly. He asked our names when we got there & remembered them throughout the time we were there . He was so personable, great experience. He made sure we had drinks the whole time we were there. They were out of coke so he went to buy me one next door lol. The prices were good & the nail lady Mimi did a good good on my pedicure.

I walked in yesterday for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Staff are very friendly and attentive with client's needs. They were patient with me when it came to choosing a nail color and design. Prices are reasonable, of course if you ask for add ons, prices will be a little bit more. I was happy they took Venmo and Zelle because I don't carry cash with me. Very convenient! I would like to thank the lady (I couldn't catch her name) and Jason for taking care of my nails and for making them look amazing! I will definitely be coming back soon to get my nails done.

I was so disappointed . I have been here before for pedicures with my daughter. They have done an ok job for the prices. But today is the last time we will step inside this shop. The man who did my manicure nicked every other finger. My nail beds were visibly bleeding when he sprayed my hands with alcohol!!! It stung like a . My nails look uneven and bubbled. I paid for the mani and pedi spa that supposed to include a leg and hand massage, never got it. My daughter who was in chair next to me spotted not one but two cockroaches . Heidi did a wonderful job until she placed my daughter's sock back on too early smearing the nail polish. I told her it was too soon and she said it was fine. You may ask " Was the salon busy?" No it was not we were the only ones there until we were getting ready to leave. When a gentleman walked in to get a pedicure.

I currently live in Georgia, but my MIL recommended this salon while I was on vacation and in dire need of redoing my nails. Throughout the whole experience, from start to finish, I was astounded by the difference in the service and quality in the salon compared to the ones in Georgia. And I was completely satisfied! Being in California, I was certain that with a higher cost of living came higher prices, but to my surprise, it was actually cheaper here than in any salon I've ever been to where we currently reside in GA. Not only were the prices great but my nail tech did an amazing job! She was not only proficient, but also accommodating to my request. I have never received this type of quality with customer service or personal nail style and design choices. I was pleasantly surprised through my whole experience and only wish I lived closer so I could always get this kind of service!

I moved here from San Diego and it was hard to find a new nail shop, I came here and I loved that they had soOoooo many nail polish colors in every shade. I went a couple of times and fell in love with the way Cindy did my nails. She paid attention to every detail I wanted and took her time. I think I found my new nail shop/lady. I came in within week. Wendesday to wendesday exactly one week nails look1do my nails. like crap. Very NOTICEABLE where nail color did not cover whole nail. First time trying this nail salon. I had high expectations with 5 star reviews. Super friendly place. I felt like I found my forever nail salon. All I'm gonna say is choose ur nail tech wisely. Read the reviews and go with the tech with good reviews. I decided to go with whoever was available since I just wanted something simple that I felt like any tech could have done it. Boy! Called to make an appointment for one day after work. Didn't anticipate all the traffic so the owner called to check if I was on my way, which was nice and I understand there's no point in turning down other customers if I'm not there. Got there a little late and offered to reschedule but they took me anyways. The girls and the owner were so sweet and helpful. I was debating taking off my acrylics or just getting a fill but the owner was very transparent and explained the cost difference. NO TRYING TO UPSELL which was one of the highlights of my visit. I mentioned that I wanted a sharp square shape an d I do think that my nails were appropriately square; however, some of them do have a very very minor slope to one side that's only noticeable if I'm staring at my nails for an extended period of time. I feel like if my fill is done in a pedicure chair instead of at the table, this is bound to happen so I'm not upset about it. I like the color selection and I saw that they have rhinestones and different designs available so I'll likely try that on my next visit. read more

I came once to get a pedicure and I liked it so I came back again and this time was so different :( I waited all day and was looking forward to getting my pedi. They did not put any sort of anything in the water while my feet soaked. Nor did they put cuticle removal when they cleaned my nails. They didn't do a 10 min massage. And I understand if we have to pay $40+ for the service but it really was not relaxing..... I felt so anxious that I left and didn't do color and MY NAIL LOOKS INFECTED read more

I love the care and attention to detail here. The service is awesome, the staff are very attentive and do their best to make sure you're comfortable. I love that the prices here are great as well. It's worth calling for an appointment and it might be the best hidden gem. Jimmy, the owner, always remembers me and all of his customers. And everyone of the ladies here do a great job! I am blown away by the service and kindness of everyone here! The work they do is amazing. Jimmy, the owner, is also very accommodating. Prices are extremely fair. I got a gel manicure for $25 and my friend got gel on acrylics for less than $40. Huong was so gentle I never felt anything the whole time, which is a plus. I'll be coming here from now on and I would recommend this place to everyone. Pro tip: Even though they accept walk ins, call prior just to ensure you have someone available to do the type of nails you want :) LOVE THIS PLACE! They also accept credit cards! read more

I recently moved to Anaheim and have been looking for a good nail salon. I'm so glad I trusted the great Yelp reviews! Jimmy really is as wonderful as all the reviews say he is. He's super welcoming and makes it a point to remember his customer's names. When I walked in, he knew right away that it was my first time so he politely introduced himself and his staff that would be doing my nails. Jenna did an amazing job making my short nails look beautiful and Amy was very gentle when removing my ingrown toenails. Rio Nails has definitely gained a regular customer! read more

This place is wonderful! Everyone is super friendly. The owner called us by first name and made sure we were hydrated and comfortable. The women doing our nails were skilled and efficient, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction as they went along. The price was more than reasonable. I got a a mani pedi with a full set of acrylics and regular polish for $35. Definitely will be back! read more

I've been coming here for almost a year now and was sad to learn that my nail tech, Jenna, was no longer at this salon. I ended up having Cathy, the new manager, do the fill for my acrylics. She did a wonderful job. The acrylic is thin and evenly distributed across the nail and the shape was well done too. To top it all of, she worked very quickly, I was in and out in an hour, even with needing to have two new nails done rather than filled. read more

I had Lucy to do my beautiful nails with the color of [Antique Purple] & [Black Bottle that is Light Pink] (All Matted w/ Rhinestones)I showed them a picture and micmiced the design I wanted. lash lift.. I have gone there before for mani and pedi and it was pretty good. but then I went for a lash lift. when I left my eye lashes had not dried yet so they looked ok. but when I got home it looks like my lashes are so short it's not even funny. They are touching my eyellids. it is so ugly I cried and called in the next day. when I called to try for them to fix it they told me the lady woul not be there til next week. I waited and then they told me come in at 9:30 one morning had me wait 45 mins just to tell me they could not reverse it or fix it. I was told use Vaseline and spolies to comb eyelashes to take it out it's been 3 weeks they still look like shit.. I am beyond unhappy. I so regret this lash lift....If I were you I would never go there read more

The girl that did my pedicure was brutal and was hurting me to the point I kept having to tell her, she even cut me twice to where I started to bleed and she had to use stuff to stop it, found out afterwards she did not speak any English. The girl Kim that did my gel manicure apologized to me about pedicure she was one translating to girl, Kim was very sweet, spoke English and did a beautiful job. So she got a tip and the brutal girl got no tip. So beware of the non speaking English girl, she should not be allowed to do anything but paint little girls nails! read more

Real sweet nice ladies who work here. Pretty clean. This was the first time I got a pedicure and I will be coming back here! My feet are super soft and my nails are trimmed nicely. It's pretty clean here, they don't reuse the scrappers for the feet and the water bowls are cleaned. Very nice overall read more

So I got my nails done here and they turn out horrible. She made them so thick and they are all crooked. None of them match in length or shape. When she was taking off my nails, she ripped off two of my nails, which should have never happened, but bc she was rushing she made me bleed. If she didn't have time she shouldn't have taken me. She fucked up my cuticles too. I would never recommend coming here and will never be back. read more

I FUCKING LOVE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE!!! Coming in the store with broken and boring nails, I was quite turn off with their selection of color. However, it does not take away any point from this 5-star rating because MIMI saved the day. She was super helpful, friendly and patient. She took her time and slowly help my fat-ass coffin nails to be as perfect as it could. She was really resourceful and knew what she was doing. She was the one who gave me the color choice. This place was an amazing experience, I went on a Sunday. I didn't realize they close at 5pm on Sunday's. Anywho, I showed up at approximately 4:50ish requesting a mani and pedi. Jimmy, Lucy, and Mymy did not deny me service and did my nails. They were so friendly and took their time. It should be noted that I chose a clear color for my nails and ended up hating them but mymy saw how unhappy I was and changed the color despite the fact that they had already stated over about an hour. The owner and all the workers here are AMAZING!!! They are all so nice and caring towards their customers. While you get your nails done, they offer drinks which was also very pleasant! 2 weeks ago I discovered this gem of a salon. I normally go to a salon closer to home (northern California) and after 7 days my nails were lifting. I called Rio and made appointments for myself and my sister. They fit us in that afternoon. Manis and Pedis... OMG... I love my nails. 2 weeks later, and they still look fantastic (grown out... but zero lift!). I will be back!!! Photo is 14 days out! An Excellent visit to RIO Nails in Anaheim. Jimmy, the owner, is fantastic and makes one feel very welcomed and comfortable. He greets you by your name and constantly comes around to make sure you are comfortable and to see if you would like something to drink, (water, tea, coffee). The ladies that work there are all very efficient and do a wonderful job on your nails, mani and pedis. Will definitely be coming back over and over and highly recommend people coming here for the best nail service. Salon is very clean and welcoming. A beautiful jewel in Anaheim. The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. I told them that I'm usually shy of getting my nails done since my job is extremely strict on nails on length and color and they understood completely, asking me everytime if the length was okay and wasn't annoyed at me for wanting them shorter. They recommended me to get a builder gel extension which is something i haven't done before and it's been around almost a month since I got them done and the retention is INSANEEE. My nails usually last me less than 2 weeks since I'm super rough handed at work and daily activities I do, but they haven't even budged or wobbled or lifted and I'm genuinely so impressed. Literally life changing for me and I am so SO happy I decided to stop by this salon. They also gave me snacks and drinks too and they were so smiley and friendly. I've always had trouble finding a salon to stick to but this is genuinely going to be one of my go-to spots now. When I pointed out that the flowers were supposed to be pink and purple, she appeared frustrated about having to redo them. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.

Because I had my 3-year-old daughter with me (who also got a paid service), I left and called them from the car. They explicitly told me to come back and they would redo them. When I drove all the way back, they flipped the script. They refused to redo them because I left the store. I asked for a simple reshape instead; they said yes on the phone, but once I walked in, they refused again, saying it would make them look worse. It wasn't until I demanded they just take them off completely that they finally agreed to reshape them. Please look at my media. The photos show they look way better after the reshape (going from wide houses to almond), meaning they lied to me just to avoid fixing their mistake. Furthermore, the video shows the terrible application: the nails are angled upward instead of flat, and the pinky is totally crooked. It is a horrible feeling to be treated this poorly by a business you have supported for years. Never again. You first said you could redo them and then said you couldn't. Leo didn't not want to reshape them till I told him to remove them. You did absolutely nothing to help in this incident and only embarrassed me as a customer. Do not come in here talking about policy when you disrespect your clients. Shame on you for your poor response and service.

Unfortunately I woke up this morning and saw my nails were chipped in certain areas- ALREADY. It's only been two days since I got my nails done and they already look like this. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this establishment, but I hope this will push them to improve the quality of their products. My family and I had a wonderful experience at Bellagio Nails. My wife got her eyebrow tattoo service, and the salon was running a special promotion: a complimentary manicure & pedicure combo worth $40. Even though it was a free gift, all the tools were brand new, clean, and sanitized, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. My daughter also had a Gel-X nail set, and the result was absolutely beautiful, natural, and elegant. What impressed us the most wasn't just the high quality of the services, but also the friendliness, cheerfulness, and professionalism of the staff. I initially came in for only a pedicure, but because the environment was so welcoming thanks to Jimmy and my pedicure was done so perfectly by MiMi, I decided to also get a full set of acrylics. At first I was so hesitant because a previous nail salon had done such a poor job on my nails that I literally had dips in my nails where they had used the nail drill too heavily. I was traumatized... However, MiMi did such an amazing job and I will definitely be returning! Walked in with no appointment and I was attended right away. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. I originally went in for full set and pedicure but was showed the metallic option and it did not disappoint. Kathy did a great job on my nails, didn't file too much or cut me. Took advantage of the special they currently have till July. (Get a Full set and gel color is free ) A huge plus is she painted the polish right up to the cuticle leaving no gap. I had an amazing experience at Bellagio Nails Spa! The salon is very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is friendly and professional. My nail technician was extremely detailed and careful. When I pointed out that the flowers were supposed to be pink and purple, she appeared frustrated about having to redo them. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.

Unfortunately I will not be going back to this establishment, but I hope this will push them to improve the quality of their products.
