I had been looking for a good car with comparably good financing. My credit is not very good and I was running into problems all week trying to get the financing I could afford. I was pleasantly surprised to find there were no hidden agendas, no bullshit and the car was in great shape. From the start, Mohamed was pleasant to work with. He had me approved before I drove all the way over there from Cypress. The terms and payments were exactly what I wanted. And I even got other perks without paying an arm and a leg for them. You know that slimy feeling you get from salesmen at car dealerships? They are out for themselves only and you just feel dirty after leaving. That was the total opposite of this experience. I felt like Mohamed was on my side. He takes care of his cars and his customers. Do not judge a book by its cover. Autogear is worth the trip. And the adjoining tow lot provides some good free entertainment. If it were light out, I'd posts picture of my gently used, beautiful Cadillac. I was told the wrecker would be there in 45 minutes. Another hour later, I call back and was told the driver was headed my way and would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later still no one. I would recommend them for anyone in Pearland and surrounding area. They're priced well, and they really do work with folks to keep them covered without hurting the wallet more than necessary. Ricardo's famous and greatest lie is "we were very transparent with you!" I agree with everyone else that has left a bad review for this business. The people at JC Auto Body Repair did lousey work on my vehicle. The details are too lengthy to mention. Alas Ricardo lies, take liberties with doing work on your vehicle that hasn't been cleared with the owner beforehand. He tries to gas light you when you try to discuss with him why you are not satisfied with the substandard work that they have done on your vehicle. They painted over chips on the old paint and advised me not to take my car through the carwash, something that wasn't a problem prior to JC's touching it! Currently rust , that was never on my car before , is coming through the paint job that they did on the hood. All said and done I'd never return to them, even with a "warranty". The insurance company has given me the ok to have their work redone, but I'm having a difficult time finding a dealership that's willing to go behind JC's and redo their work because of unseen issues/risks that they may run into.
