I did not get the ombré look I was looking for & now I am stuck paying $400 a session to remove these eyebrows. I asked for my money back which I did get, but please do your research before jumping in on a sale.. I learned my lesson the hard way and I don't wish anyone to go throw with what I am. To remove the eyebrows hurts more & I am very disappointed in how she has handled the situation. I messaged her back to let her know how one treatment isn't going to cut it and that I need more treatments hoping she would assume her fault and pay for my treatment; but no answer from her. I thought that was really nice and professional of her to do. The appointment took 2 and a half hours. Yuliya completely transformed my thin & light eyebrows in to full but natural looking brows. I'm so happy with my results. She microbladed them two days ago so they are still very pigmented. You can tell she really took her time while doing my brows. I can only review from my experience and that experience can only account for the procedure that I purchased (Plasma Pen, scar removal and skin tightening and lightening). There was a moment where I thought this could be working because I saw a glimmer of improvement but that quickly disappeared. I tried my best to stay positive because of the huge investment that I had incurred. Staff continued to encourage me by stating that this takes time and I would see results soon. The procedure itself was a bit painful and uncomfortable, and the results were nonexistent. The worst though, was the aftercare. Horribly expensive in time, effort and money, and for what?! My scars look worse than before. My skin never tightened or even lightened. When I tried to follow up and express my dissatisfaction, the staff at the Jhon Jhon Institute just brushed me off and made me feel like I was the problem. The owner went as far as showing me photoshopped pictures of myself as if I was not in my own body and couldn't see I didn't look like that. The disrespect and disregard was real. I suggest that you check out a real dermatologist before you try a place like this. My dermatologist expressed his concerns and asked a simple question that I could not answer; Why not come to him before spending so much money? Had I done that I would not be out of thousands of dollars. It's clear now that they had no interest in actually helping me - they just wanted to take my money and then they gaslighted me when the results didn't live up to their promises. I'm so angry at myself, that I fell for their tricks. I would caution anyone considering this place to run in the other direction. Save your hard-earned cash and find a reputable, ethical provider instead. The Jhon Jhon Institute is nothing more than a scam, plain and simple. I write my review in the hopes of saving others from being used in this manner. Just be extra careful and vigilant. I wish I had been warned in this way.
