Felt completely judged, discarded, and discriminated against when I told the associate with black and teal hair that my sensory disorder through being mildly autistic made it hard for me to have people I don't know touching my hair the way she was and asked that she just pull dimensional blondes that I can hold up. She refused as soon as I mentioned that and said she couldn't be the one to help me. Not sure why my ASD made it hard to just pull dimensional blondes that I could match to myself, but okay. The other associate that came out had a horrible attitude, if I didn't need these extensions for an event I have to go to this weekend I wouldn't have bought from them at all. 0/5 experience and will definitely be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint about feeling discriminated against. read more

If you need to return hair, the manager must be on property to do so. We called ahead, the manager said she would be on property. She is not. Now my assistants wasted 45 minutes driving to return hair they can't return. This place is run like trash and the people that are working there are not friendly in the least. Your purple hair manager, name is something with an A, is awful. Both times I went here she opened the doors 20 minutes late, didn't apologize, didn't greet us. She makes it so obvious when talking about you to other employees and she eyes you and gives a nasty look. How is someone like this in management? She told an employee my friend was being unreasonable (maybe asking too much questions) when we were being OVERLY NICE simply asking about the difference between extensions. Thank you to Claudia, Alli and Taylor for another great move up experience on my pro hair! All the employees are fabulous, patient, knowledgeable, have a great teamwork dynamic and are truly skilled with the brand. My pro hair is amazing! The 22" i tips and volume wefts really keep up with my lifestyle from sweating a lot at the gym to being on the go to my hair colorings. I use the Bellami Shampoo, Conditioner and leave in spray along with having a water softener. It has truly kept the integrity of the extensions and I comb the hair anytime I discover a tangle. I get my move ups every 4-6 weeks depending on my hair growth. By doing all of that the Bellami stylists shared that my extensions are lasting a long time. It's because I listened to their recommendations; from Alli, Dezarae and Alescia on how to maintain the hair. This hair is an investment and you want to protect it. Maintaining the hair protects it! Huge suggestion to the owner from a consistent customer: PLEASE be open to moving locations. Fashion Show mall isn't what it used to be. It's gotten rough & dirty. When I was in for an install for a few hours and spent almost $2,000, to walk outside to use the mall restroom where it was thrashed with food everywhere, urine on the floor really dampened the experience. It would be nice to see this location moved to either Downtown Summerlin, Green Valley The District, or Town Square. I came in last night a little close to closing and i apologized as soon as i came in for it! I felt so bad but i knew what i wanted already just need a second opinion really quick on the color. When the lady who "helped" me started talking to me she already seemed over it. After i explained what i came in for she was super unhelpful and said that " the stock is weIrd on every collection and they don't know when they will get shipments". I was trying to push past the rudeness until it got so bad my friend i was with picked up on it. After " helping" me find a color she pretty much said they don't have a color to match me and we could " Make one work " and then proceeded to insult my hair. I left feeling so discouraged and she tried to sell me a set that didn't even match my hair and had the ugly clip to it. I'm genuinely upset because i came in ready to spend at least $300 but the rude employees didn't take the time to actually help me. I'm completely turned off by the brand and I'm genuinely scared to go back to the store just i cause this is actually how they all are. I called before coming in and when I showed up doors were closed they were hosting a class. Then they opened the door for me First thing she said was please be quiet we have a class in session.
