I've gotten a haircut before here, years ago, and I figured I would be safe to try it again. My hair was at my lower back, and I figured that at worst my hair would end up to my elbows. She cut less than 2 inches off initially for my base cut. And from there she began to cut my hair over my head so that should have been the first sign I was about to lose a lot of hair. After 2 hours, she finished and my hair barely reaches the bottom of my breast. This is why I wait so long for a cut, because I know that no matter how I explain it, they will always resort to the only method of cutting hair they know. The owner of this salon threatened me with calling police, as soon as she started talking to me over the phone BEFORE she even listened me. I never refused to pay, I just told you over the phone as well that your employee DANI had promised me that she won't be charging me & fixing it for me after I left the salon. That's why I came back after she was done with the customer. She didn't even spent 11 hours like you said. I came at 10:20 am and she gave a break by 2pm and started back at 4:30pm and ended around 6:30-7 pm. You are such a dishonest person; and also you are only going by what your employees informed you, you never even given your customer A MINUTE to explain that I showed her a picture that shows what I DO NOT WANT and she EXACTLY made my hair like the picture!! The WORST experience I've ever had with a hair service. Staff and Management have also disregarded my complaint that is why I'm writing this bad review. I have lived in Vegas for a little less than a year. I found Capelli Salon through IG- instagram. I had a hair extension install on April 16, 2023 to add length to my hair. The cost for machine weft hair was $600, and the install $400. Not sure if the hair was actually Bellami brand as the box and receipt were not given to me. This was my first time wearing hair extensions so I really didn't know what to expect even with the little knowledge that my stylist gave me. My stylist was Riley Cutcliff- a new stylist according to another salon I've spoken with. Makes sense as this is the least appealing salon they own on Sahara (they must keep their newbies here). During this install Riley inserted 4 rows of hair instead of the traditional 3, and she also cut my hair even though I did not request this. She said it would look better if she cut/blended it. During the first week of wearing these extensions I was extremely uncomfortable. I had another salon look at the install bc I was miserable and could not even sleep in these. Turns out that machine weft hair has short return hair located at the top of the weft, which made my scalp itch tremendously. I reached out to Riley and her solution was to flip the extensions- which makes me believe maybe they were not installed properly. I did not wear these extensions for very long and took them out completely after the color was damaged from sunscreen while on vacation. The blonde quickly turned to a pink/orange tone from brushing up on my sunscreened back. When I had these removed last week, I noticed that my actual hair had been disastrously cut- which now looks thin, stranded, & sparse. I called this salon twice and spoke with Tiegan- another location, as well as the actual salon that did the service. I have yet to receive a response from management or a staff member. I'm asking this salon to credit me back for the $400 install and/or purchase Bellami clip ins that I will now need to wear until my hair grows back ($230). Well! First off, let me start how amazing and friendly is Blaine.
