I have only had good experiences with fantastic outcomes. And anyone that can make my thin, fine hair feel full of volume has my wholehearted support! She goes the extra mile with scented, heated towels after shampooing and a lovely head massage. And she isn't a big product pusher, so you don't have to worry about leaving your appointment with 4 expensive bottles of product you didn't really need. (Though she does have product on hand if you like what you see!) Not to mention, she is incredibly personable and fun to be around. A few things about the studio itself: It's a really neat space that houses many independent hair stylists in their own separated studios. The price was amazing they cut her hair washed it and she even put a quick braid in it for my little girl. She felt like a little princess and talked about it for days. It was very clean inside. It was the little bench she was sitting on to get her haircut it was not super safe or sturdy for a kid to sit on while getting their haircut.
