I give such a high recommendation because Kris is very talented and has high quality equipment (her laser is one A list celebrities use). Also she is extremely honest. She will tell you if she doesn't think a treatment is going to work for you or your skin type. She is very upfront about costs, time commitments and maintenance/up keep. She also explains skin care or skin related questions in a simple but effective way. I have had electrolysis done on my eyebrows and random facial hair. The cost is roughly the same for a wax. You are only charged when she is ACTUALLY working. However unlike waxing I haven't touched my eyebrows in 8 months AND my eyebrows look good all the time!
