I'm still incredibly happy with my cut however I'm incredibly unhappy about my coloring. 4 days after leaving I washed my hair and my hair turned VERY yellow/gold--exactly what I said I didn't want. I messaged her on a Monday--she responded the next day and apologized and told me "sometimes with the lightning it ends up being a bit yellow" (that's never happened to me). Requested I give it a few more washes and another week and she would then tone it. (Toning would darken--not lighten). She said she looked over my photos and said when I left the salon she thought she did what I wanted--she did however it washed out. I messaged her to let her know that I went some place else. Where I was informed that she did not leave it on my hair long enough and it was not blended well at all. I had paid $360 (with tip, to Mallory). She not only didn't offer to refund ANY of my money, she also didn't even apologize that I had went someplace else. I would never go back to her based on the lack of response and refund. Terrible.

Since I haven't done other services here beside the Brazilian wax, a 4/5 overall review for this business is fair. BRAZILIAN WAX -- I visited for the first time in October 2021 for a full Brazilian wax. Much to my surprise, I came back again on 6 January 2023 for another full Brazilian Wax. This time around, I had Candance Haynes as the waxer. I preferred Candance over the person I had before (no offence) because Candance was a bit more thorough or attentive with the final cleanup process and she didn't leave any hot wax behind on my body. Overall, 5/5 stars for Candance doing such a great job on a full Brazilian Wax service. I highly recommend her especially if you hardly get this service done or if it is your first time. She doesn't accept male clients but there is another employee (Jessica I believe) who does take on male clients. I may come back for eyebrow threading in the future. I am used to getting those services done by South Asian women from India or Pakistan but I'm happy that Peach Fuzz offers this service. It was just a cleanup and she changed the shape of the right eyebrow making it shorter than normal, and not cleaning underneath all the way, while she did clean underneath on the left. So my left is arched like normal, while the right is straight, wide, and ends at the corner of my eye while the left extends a pinky width past my eye. While Miarra was nice the quality was not up to par with what I have received before.
