I went to order a pizza in store....... online it said they were open and when I pulled ip it said they were open they would not let me order one pizza you guys mind you they door was open and it said they was open once I pulled up they going say we closing for Halloween early like uhh it's not thanksgiving nor Christmas like really mind you I'm a loyal customer y'all then try to offer candy like I don't want that and mind you guys it was 7:07 pm it was still early they lost me as a customer. The pizza is great, I grew up on their pizza and it's been a favorite of my family. I placed a phone order and the customer service was HORRIBLE! I was rushed on the phone and talked over. My cousin just had his baby and since I'm not there I wanted to send his favorite (Bella's) to him and their new family... I get on the phone and the tone was rude and I simply asked can they write "congratulations" on the pizza box (that was ignored) and I was rushed and asked "do you want to leave a tip for the delivery guy?" I said yes and the guy goes "there you go" - Like what does that even mean. I'm all for supporting family business especially since my family supported this business since they opened decades ago! There's other great pizza places around with better customer service. Saved your hard earned dollars and spend where appreciated. read more

They have a $5 large pep pizza.... on the wall inside they boast about it being the best pizza in Riverside, but it doesn't say who made that judgement nor when they made that judgement. So, with that in mind, I'm putting a sign above my desk that says, Fastest Tightrope Walker in Orange County...don't believe me? Oh well, I have a sign that says so. Anyways, this pizza was not the best in Riverside. Granted its my first pizza ever in Riverside, so if this is the best, things aren't looking good. The crust was very similar to card board and it was way too saucy. Guess for $5 I can't complain...but don't try to tell me its the best in Riverside. Bella's $5 pizzas are 100x better than Little Caesars cardboard with cheese crap. Unlike the reviewer before me, I actually think the wings are ok. Yes, they are chewy and really sticky but I'm pretty into that sort of thing. Maybe it's because I was born in a 3rd world country and like weird textured meat. Wow. Ordered food for delivery. Where do I start, first they did not confirm the price over the phone. I ordered a 1/2 bucket of wings, website menu says $13.99, when delivered they charged $16.99. I believe this is unethical at best, criminal at worst. Ordered double lasagne with xtra garlic bread instead of salad. What was delivered was a lasagne that should be for 1 not 2. Don't think we got xtra bread either. Wow is all I can say. I WAS a regular. Maybe I should've looked at receipts closer. Fool me once.... Called the store to complain, essentially they said it was my fault, and in broken english! I guess I should tell them that they are breaking the law. I did! How many people have they done this to?
