I have been going to my eyebrow lady for the past 3 years but she has recently decided to move back home so I was left no one to do my eyebrows! So sad to see a good business turn bad. I booked an appointment with them and still waited over 30 minutes to be told that the front desk lady skipped my appointment with walk-ins twice. Maybe if she cut the chit chat with her coworker and did her job then maybe I wouldn't had got skipped TWICE with an appointment. None of the employees were wearing a mask nor proceeded to put a mask on after being done with a customer, yet when the owner is there everyone has a mask on isn't that funny. The front desk lady was legit projectile coughing and not covering her mouth, while another one sneezed into her thin cardigan. I have never felt so disrespected until the front desk admitted to skipping me and I told her to cancel my appointment after waiting 30 mins and she told me "okay bye". So much for prioritizing customer service. Don't come here unless you want to feel uncomfortable and wait longer than what your appointment time is set as. read more

Heard about this place from a friend, I made an appointment with Brenda. She was quick and friendly. They charge $4 to make an appointment, I understand but it's a bit ridiculous. I thought it was $9 for eyebrow threading which I seen in some pictures customers posted on yelp, but it's $11 for the service which for me is a bit too pricey compared to other places. read more

I've been coming here for the last few years now and have tried a few different people, some who are longer working there so I won't bother talking about them. Their customer service skills aren't the greatest but I'm not really there to rate their greetings... Right now, I usually go through Amber and just get a clean up. The reason I choose her is because by now I trust her not to do any weird shaping with my eyebrows or get too creative or crazy with them without asking. However, she does go fast. Maybe it's because I'm just there for a clean up and she knows I don't complain but for those who want a lot of time spent on their brows, she maaaay not be the one for you? However, I HATE threading my eyebrows. I'm a big baby and I find the process painful, particularly with my upper lip. So, the fact that Amber goes through it fast WITHOUT much pain is a really big plus for me! I've never been unhappy with her so I suggest if it's your first time going to Bella's, going through her and then maybe trying out the others. Theresa has also done a good job with me, I've requested her on days when Amber was out. She does take a little longer on your brows if that's what you're looking for but one of the last times I went, my brows seemed a little thinner (they grow out fast, so it's not a problem). Love, love, LOVE Bella's! I've been going to Brenda for a while now. I am reading over some of the negative reviews and am shocked to think that was what they experienced here. Specifically, Van D.'s comment about the credit card fee, I expect a fee 95% of the time when using my card, it happens almost everywhere. BUT that isn't the case at Bella's. The fee is ONLY if you use CREDIT. I use my card all the time but choose debit and there is no .35 fee. I also love the fact that you can leave a tip on your card which eliminates the problem of never carrying cash. I know these ladies have a passion for what they do and all of them have an eye for great eyebrows. My eyebrows are extremely difficult to work with and Brenda has never had an issue with keeping them thick how I like them. It can get busy in there and that should be expected with the service they provide. I also love how they welcome children and aren't rude or unwelcoming about bringing your child, as some of us may know we can't always find a babysitter to get our eyebrows done. read more

Update! Jovan no longer works here, and I was a bit sad. But then I met Teresa! And Teresa is amazing! Mind that my eyebrows can grow all over the place and I do my best to keep the shape, but I do try to go every 2-4 months depending on my schedule. What I do like is that Teresa is there often and there when they open! So I'm usually one of her first clients of the day. This also gives me ample time with her so I don't feel rushed. When rushed, I get really anxious and nothing looks good anymore. Now, why Teresa? She would first clean it up and leave them thicker/wider and then show me what it looks like. From there, I talk with her of how I'd like it to look. And then, she makes it thinner, shapes it, mold it, and trims it. Then it looks amazing!! Teresa really takes the time to make them look good and she's very kind listening to what you like. She takes this job seriously and I am very happy she does because then I know I can trust her with my eyebrows. And as we know, our eyebrows can be screwed up by one person who did not take the time to make it right or plucked more than they should giving you thin pencil line eyebrows. I have not tried any of their other services, but I am interested in the eyebrows tint as I was allowed to observe how it was done. Definitely come check this place out! I plan on brining my bridal party here to get their eyebrows done. :) read more

Aman, you did it again! Aman did an amazing job with my eyebrows. The first time I got my eyebrows done here, I had Blanca do my eyebrows based on yelp reviews. Blanca did a phenomenal job and I loved them! However, when I wanted to book with Blanca again, (she is very popular and usually fully booked), I wasn't able to get an appointment for about a month. So I decided to try my luck with Aman. Thankfully she did an amazing job and I have been going to her ever since. I have gone to Aman at least 4 times and she always does a great job. I think if more pictures were posted on IG and yelp of other eyebrow technicians at Bella's threading salon we would be more inclined to give others a chance. I know I'm always skeptical of someone else touching my eyebrows, especially after I've gone to someone I really like. I'm also super picky with who touches my eyebrows because I like them a certain way.
