I left a voice mail on Tuesday, January 2nd at Anastasia Brow Studio at Nordstrom's to reschedule for Wednesday, January 3rd or cancel. I received a call a few hours later from Gretchen and she mentioned that the 3rd was available at 11:00AM which is what I had for the 4th. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows. I look forward to my next visit with her. This has been my #1 place for eyebrow services. I get points on my Nordstrom's card and it's close to where I live. It's a win-win situation for both sides. I checked my account and notice a charge for $29.99 for December and January for a membership that I never agreed to. I had my eyebrows threaded back in November 2025 they asked for me to put my information on their iPad as usual when you pay which I think it's weird they ask for email phone number and your name I paid I gave them a tip and somehow they signed me up for a membership that I didn't even know they had I don't even know what the membership covers. I went to get a refund and talk to them about it 1/11/26 they said they couldn't help me the worker there was having a hard time understanding there was a language barrier she told me to call the manager and gave me his number I called the manager the next day he told me he couldn't help me he told me to email corporate and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. It's frustrating to know that they aren't willing to help when it's obviously their fault. Please be careful. check your accounts.
