This is by far the WORST threading place I've ever been to in America. I travel a lot and I've gotten my face threaded in multiple places and nothing is ever as bad as this place. I'm not sure the lady's name but she was an older woman with glasses and she was the only one in there. She did a horrible job and I kept telling her over and over where she was missing hairs. I'm not sure if she couldn't see correctly or what the deal was but even after I told her where she missed, she still didn't get everything. With my eyebrows, she left a lot of hairs under the eyebrow and she left patches of hair on my upper lip. She threaded my actually eyebrow hair and not the excess, so it looks like someone just shaved a line in the middle of my eyebrow. With my upper lip, she missed so many hairs that it doesn't look like I got it threaded at all. I also had her do my chin and that was a mistake, she threaded my chin for 5 seconds and didn't get any hair off. I kept telling her to go back and get the hairs she missed but she still did a horrible job. Then she still charged me $20! I will never go back. read more

I went here for the first time and an older lady helped me .. she missed too many spots,, she kept saying she was done but I had to ask her 3 times to go back because there was still hair.. and even after the 3rd time, I saw a lot of obvious hair still there.. I gave them 2 stars for being nice, patient with me, providing drinking water, and comfy couch .. but it's the worst threading services I've received, way too much hair left behind. read more

First time trying this threading place. My go to lady is beyond excellent, but when I called to see if she was there I was told she would not be in and I had an event to go to tonight so I had to get them done. Normally, I would just go to the event with my brows looking a hot mess because I do not stray from my go to person at all. It's always been really bad when I've went to others. However, this time I did stray only because I had to get them done. Anyways, I checked Yelp out and ran across this place. Glanced at the reviews, but the real winner was the before and after pictures which pointed me in the direction of Manisha. Manisha is friendly, listens to how you like your brows and then did them. I don't like skinny brows so I'm really happy that she kept them thick just like I love with my arch. Establishment is clean, airy and there is parking around. Funny thing is I'm at Coffee Company all the time and I never noticed this place. I noticed another lady in there doing brows as well and she was doing an awesome job. The prices are great and I was in and out on a Friday afternoon, Perfect. They also wax and do henna's with the natural orangish/reddish color. Ok I am really torn over this rating because I think Manisha is excellent at what she does. However, I really struggle with the older Indian lady that works for Manisha. Every time I have given her a chance she misses a lot of hair so if I have the option I always ask for Manisha but today Manisha was not there so I had no choice. In retrospect I should have turned around and gone elsewhere because the older lady made my lip bleed and it still stings. She even told me not to tell Manisha that she made me bleed. My first reaction to that was that I am never coming back here but then I thought that Manisha is a small business owner and she should know what is hurting her business! read more

Belle Brows is a wonderful threading salon. I've been coming here for a while now, as I live in the area. Manisha and all of the ladies who do threading here are consistently great. I rarely make an appointment because I know that whoever threads my brows is going to do a great job shaping them and there's usually not a long wait. One did a pretty good job and when I stopped going in and seeing her, there was an older woman who seemed to constantly miss spots each time I went unfortunately. That said, what kept me going back was the distance from my place, overall my brows looked okay, and the customer service was always good. I went in a few weeks ago and met Nafisa (who is newer to the place) and boy am I happy she is here now! She did an amazing job on my brows - quick, pain-free, and the work she did was the best yet.
