She asked my wife if she moisturized, but my wife knows not to moisturize before a wax as she has been getting waxed for years. Ultimately, my wife couldn't sleep that night and woke up with a lot of red bumps all around her vaginal area. Spots where it look like she was burnt. She had to go to urgent care for treatment. This ruined our Mother's Day plans as we have to cancel a family dinner because my wife could not sit for long periods of time or walk. This also ruined my damn sex life for the weekend.

This location in particular (located at Howard Hughes) has been by far my favorite! I like to call and make my appointments and the front desk is always helpful and accommodating.
