This is the first and last time I'm ever going to this place ever again. I normally go to Namita's threading salon in Santa Monica but since it was a last minute notice, I had no other choice. Recently I stopped by to get my eyebrows and upper lip done because I had an event to go to and honestly, you get what you pay for. Before going, I read all the reviews so I decided to give it a try and honestly the experience I had was so painful. The older woman (didn't get her name) who did my eyebrows kept getting impatient with me and told me, "Can you PLEASE hold your eyelid" in a very rude tone of voice because I couldn't hold my eyelid too long due to the excruciating pain. Before she even started on my second eyebrow I decided not to do my upper lip anymore or else who knows how painful that would've been. I always thread my eyebrows and I've never felt that sort of pain before. By the time she was finished and I looked at the end results, I was really disappointed. read more

I absolutely love this place! Myself and my sister initially had scheduled appointments for the following week at an overly hyped brow place nearby. I happened to drive by here and thought, wow I've never seen this place? I told my sister about it and we decided to give it a shot. I am completely in love with my brows. I naturally barely have any but they were able to give me the shape and tint I needed at a MUCH LOWER price than the other place was going to go to! I was literally going to pay 75 for brows and tint at other place! That's just insane. I loved how one of the girls responded saying "What do you get diamonds?" haha I agree. What is so special that they have to charge so much? These girls did an amazing job at a much more affordable price. I also loved how patient they were with me having my kids with me. I initially was going to just be an onlooker as my sister got hers done but when I saw what they do, I couldn't pass it up. Thank you again girls, we will be back! Today was my first time coming here. I left happily and felt that the young, thin lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about threading. She told me not to pluck me eyebrows and definitely not pluck my upper lip or else the hair will grow back thicker. I did some research when I got home and found out that what she told me about the upper lip was false. Now I question everything else she told me because now it seems like she just wanted me to keep going back there for my money. Also, once I got back home, I noticed that there is a cut on the left corner on my upper lip. It stung too when I was brushing my teeth and got some toothpaste foam on it. I also noticed that there were a few tiny patches of hair on my upper lip. It really bothered me so I plucked them one by one. This was the worst eye threading experience I have ever had. What's bad was that the lady didn't even moisturize my eyebrows after threading them! Other places would... To better your services, I would recommend brighter lighting inside or using a magnifying glass to make sure you don't miss any hair. read more

I came here after having seen so many good reviews on yelp, and was glad that they did not disappoint. It was very clean and bright inside. I had been growing my brows out for some time in order to restore them to their former glory after a very unfortunate waxing incident. I didn't get the technicians name but she was very patient and thorough and was willing to work with me until we got my brows to a place that I liked. I was in the area and wanted to get my eyebrows done. I found them through here and they're new in the area. They're located in the "triangle" between la tijera and Sepulveda. I don't get my eyebrows threaded too often so this hurt. It was minimal in terms of prep/lotions but they took their time and it turned out good in the end. I work a few shops away and decided to give this place a try. I've had numerous experiences and services with my brows and also being that I'm a cosmetology attention to sanitation. The operator service me I believe was the owner and she did wash your hands in between every service and before touching my face which that made me very happy. She was fast but efficient and very very detailed I'm very happy with how the service was done.
