I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting.
