One of the most disappointing experiences I've had here. The first two times I came I had Betty and Sharron. These nail techs really took their time with the manicure and both times I was incredibly pleased. After missing an appointment I still needed a fill, which was totally fine by me to take on a different tech because I had gone there twice with great experience. I had Sarah this time. She was very heavy handed with the drill and it got a little spicy on my nail bed. She the proceeded to ask if I wanted chrome and I said no, because I already had chrome. AND if you didn't already know chrome is an EXTRA $15! Wild to me... Then she asked if I wanted my cuticles cut, I said yes please, Sarah then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be an EXTRA $10! I was absolutely shocked.. I said shouldn't that be apart of the manicure?? She said no it's a "special treatment" I said oh well do you add it on to pedicures too? She said no, a pedicure is different? I said it's still a cuticle... and she clearly wanted me to pay the extra 10 so I said no just leave it I guess. Then after she botched the shape of my nails, and did a half ass job on my polish, she AGAIN would not lay off on trying to get me to pay for chrome. My appointment was at 10, I was out of there by 10:20.... Tells you how detailed she wanted to me because I didn't t want to pay a $100 for a fill. Such a disappointing appointment. My go to nail place closed early so I called this place ahead to see if they had any appointments, they confirmed and we got there around 6:15pm. There were still a few clients getting serviced, the space looked really nice. I went with my mom, she was getting a powder set and I was doing an acrylic fill. The whole appointment felt SUPER rushed. It was only around 15-20ish mins and they were DONE. Not only that, when all the other clients left and we were the only ones left they turned off ALL the lights, only the light from the desk was on. It was only around 6:35pm, we were so confused? If they wanted to leave early for the day they should've told me on the phone no, and reschedule me. The lady that did my moms nails left rushing out the door seconds after she finished, didn't say a word to us. My nail they added on was very crooked, I voiced my concern and thankfully she did try to fix it but it is still not great. I still have some nail polish on my fingers... The lady that was doing my nails could tell we did not enjoy the service, she tried to fix my nails but I just felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave, since they were in such a hurry. We will never come here again, such disappointing services and a waste of $90+. read more

I have enjoyed getting pampered at Belle for many years, although hadn't been since before the pandemic. (!) My honey and I were about to head on our first international trip, since also before the pandemic (!!), so I booked us for mani/pedis the day before we left. Just as I remembered, everyone was super nice and my nails (regular, not even gel) held up perfectly for the week. We upgraded to deluxe pedicures, which was totally worth it for the additional scrub and deep moisturizing. I want to preface this review by saying I mean no disrespect and that I was very hesitant to write this review because the staff was very sweet and are clearly skilled and hard working, however there were some serious state board violations going on specifically with sanitation. Today I came back to have my manicure fixed and the first technition who wrapped my fingers didn't wipe the table off or put out a fresh towel. There was dust, nail clippings, and hair from the previous client and dirty tools. She told me that another technition would finish my nails and asked if I could move which was no problem, however she began pulling out tools to use which looked dirty and were not bagged. She then grabs a USED buffer and when I pulled my hand back and asked if it was new, she responded by asking "Oh, you want a new one". Not only is this disgusting but it is a public health and safety risk. read more

This review is for the service I got 2 days ago, Fri Oct 14. Tracy did my gel manicure and it turned out great! I'm never worried about her work because it's always consistent. I appreciate her coming up with a good solution to keep the length of the 2 nails that broke so that I can have longer, almond shaped nails. She suggested we use tips + dip powder to add length to the broken nails. Genius, and my nails look bomb. My pedicure, on the other hand, was not that great. Not sure what my nail tech's name was, but I'm assuming she's newer to this shop because she wasn't here last time I got my nails done a couple months back. Today she wore a green dress and white vans if that helps. There were quite a few issues I had with today's pedicure: for one, I called and made an appointment for a regular pedicure, but the tech assumed that, because I already had gel on my toes, that I was getting gel again. I understand why she would assume that, but she could have at least asked to double check so that I can reiterate. Because she took it upon herself to do the gel polish, that's what I ended up getting charged for. I actually meant to bring it up during check out, but at that point I was completely over the appointment and just wanted to leave. Throughout the pedicure, the nail tech was also super rough. When she needed to adjust the position of my feet, she would roughly move them to position it so that it was at a good angle for her to do the service, but at an uncomfortable sitting position for me. When she needed to switch my feet from in and out of the water, she would tap my ankles hard to let me know to switch. The way she tapped me was harder than she needed to tap it, and made me feel like I was upsetting her. Idk, I've always been gently told by other nail techs to switch, or if they switched my feet themselves, it was always done so in a gentle way. She half assed the exfoliating. I'm ticklish and let her know that I was, but I'm hoping that she didn't take that as me not wanting to get exfoliated at all. She spent less than 30 seconds per foot exfoliating, maybe less. When it came time to trim the cuticles, she actually ended up cutting the skin of my big toe/right foot and up til now it still hurts, especially when my sandal grazes over it. I'm hoping I don't get an infection there. She also messed up the polish on my left big toe and ended up using one of the tools to peel off the gel polish and do it over. It slightly hurt as well. But even then, the gel light was placed poorly over that same toe and ruined the polish anyway. The massage was super painful, I even said "ouch" and she took note, but the pain in my shin/left leg still hurt for the next few minutes, which made the rest of the massage not enjoyable/relaxing. She cut the massage short which sucks because I always look forward to the massage, but at the same time, I couldn't for it to end anyway bc my leg was in pain. Overall my gel manicure was great, but the pedicure was rushed and half assed. Hope this feedback helps the nail tech improve so that future clients don't have the same experience I had with her. *February 2020 update* They do chrome and ombré nails. Lisa did my ombré nails and they turned out really nice!! Chrome is $10 more their regular manicure and I think for ombré, it costs slightly more. ------ This place is right behind the Ranch 99 area and was busy when I went in on a Saturday afternoon. Def make an appointment. Tina helped me and was very patience when I couldn't make up my mind on the colors I wanted for my gel nails. After finding out they didn't do chrome, ombre, and marble nails, I was running out of options so I did a quick google search and went with a solid color. I was super happy with how it turned out. I called around 2:30pm on 11/15/2021. Tina answered the phone in a sweet kind voice. I asked if I could come in in 10-15mins and she said yes, of course! (Wasn't expecting it, but loved the flexibility!) As soon as I get here, she recognized my voice and immediately had a chair ready for me. As soon as I sat down, she was ready to go! I was looking for a nail salon near me and found Belle Nail Salon. I easily booked an appointment online with Mia. When I got there, she was ready and waiting for me, even though I was a few minutes early. The place is nice, with the typical nail salon smell, but I was expecting that. Everything seemed nice and clean. I went in for a pink and white fill. Mia talked to me about doing something a little different but was not pushy. I decided to do pink glitter tips and I am so glad I did! I love love LOVE my nails! Mia took her time and made sure I was happy with my choice. She even offered me a glass of wine!If it wasn't a little after noon, I would have accepted, but it was early and I had more errands to run after.The cost was $53 and I couldn't be happier. i've been to this location quite a few times through the years. my experience has always been good. today, i got a pedicure from a woman named Line (blue leggings) and it was quite possibly the best pedicure i've ever received, not only here, but anywhere. she was SO sweet and very attentive. most pedicurist rush through the service and don't pay much attention, but she was not like that at all. she was funny and easy to talk to, as well. thank you, Lina! read more

Came here for a gel manicure. The nail tech suggested dip powder saying it will last 3 weeks and that my nails won't lift around the edges. I always wanted to give dip powder a try, so I did. The tech finished my nails in 25 minutes. She didn't cut my cuticles. She didn't have me soak my fingertips in water. She literally ran a file across my nails, dipped my nails, and then put gel on top. Done. The edges weren't clean and were all jagged. She didn't seem to care about the job she did. The tips of my nails barely had any polish. My gel/dip powder manicure didn't even last me 5 days. All the edges started lifting. I would take a shower and my fingers would get caught on my hair. I had to go elsewhere to take it all off and redo my manicure. I do not recommend this place. read more

I have nothing but great experiences when I go into Belle Nails and spa. They are welcoming and so professional from the time I walk into the door and leave. I generally get my nails done by Sharon and come in with a picture, she masters it EVERYTIME or makes it looks even better than the picture. I have not ever gotten my nails done this good by anyone and I have been getting my nails done for a very long time. Sharon always handles my nails with so much care and doesn't ever rush even when I come with the most intricate design request. She is so accommodating and makes sure you leave loving your nails. Even with all the clients she has she remembers special things about you to discuss and even will give me recommendations for my trips, she goes above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend her work she will never disappoint. I generally get my toes done by Tamee and she is so kind and also cares about the health of my nails as well. I've been here a few times & have had a different experience each time. We always make appointments because they get pretty busy, but I'd say 50% of the time we still have to wait (which is pretty typical for nail salons). The first time, I got a gel manicure & pedicure & everything was great! The massage was relaxing, my nails turned out great, etc. The second time I went back to get the exact same colors on my fingers & toes, but within a few days, the gel polish on my fingers began chipping. I typically go for gel since it lasts longer, but for some reason, that was not the case this time. The last time I went, I asked for regular polish on my nails & got french tips on my toes. Because I selected 4 different shades of glitter polish on my nails, they charged me extra without mentioning it. I didn't get any designs, just different polish, so I was kind of surprised when the price was higher than expected. I felt the foot/leg massage was a bit rushed, but the hand/arm was perfect! Unfortunately, the first day my mail polish started chipping, so I called an made an appointment to have them redone. They were extremely accommodating & sweet about it, but I couldn't get in until 5:30 that day. Sadly, the day after, even more of my mail polish had chipped & it was too close to Christmas to attempt to get in. Plus, I didn't want to keep going back to get them done. Not sure if it's their polish or what, because I wasn't doing anything that could cause my polish to purposely chip. Honestly, I think it depends on who is doing your nails, how busy they are, & the time you go in. I'll still go back, but I may stick to just pedicures next time. read more

The shop is super cute and CLEAN (prior to COVID and now). All of the ladies are super friendly and do an awesome job every time! I usually resort to Instagram or Pinterest for inspiration and Sharon delivers every time...so much so that even my friends give me compliments (they see me all the time so if they say they like my nails repeatedly, they are hella cute !) Wouldn't recommend this place or come back. Service is mediocre and pedicures are very basic. Made an appointment for pedi and manicure. The pedicure was also very basic, and felt as if no effort was put in along with a quick slap of gel paint applied. I was told that I had to wait to get my nails done. I had to wait over 20 mins to even get moved to a nail chair after pedicure was done. Meanwhile everyone who walked in got serviced right away. And after sitting in the mail chair for over 5 mins without service I changed my mind. Nail techs then tried to persuade me twice that "they can do it right now" and "it will be really fast". Well maybe if they were that attentive in the first place I wouldn't have changed my mind about the manicure. Over all would just rate this a negative experience and would not come back. read more

I've been here quite a few times for manicures/pedicures (gel) and full sets since moving from San Diego and always leave so impressed with my nails and the service. Sharon/Lana are my go to ladies. I highly recommend making an appointment, but they do take walk-ins as time permits. Just be sure to call ahead of time so you don't go there during their busy times and they're unable to see you. The space itself is nice and clean. The salon is spacious and won't feel claustrophobic. You'll never have any issues with finding parking since there are plenty available. read more

I came back today because they did a great job with a gel Mani and a gel Pedi, decided to get a full set this time and it is horrible. One hand has a crooked nail that she fixed once, but I still left with it being crooked. She tried to blame it on my finger being crooked, I've been getting my nails done since I was 12 years old and this problem only happens when they are rushing trying to do your pedicure and full set at the same time and they aren't positioned directly in front of you. On top of that every nail on my right hand is shorter than every nail on my left hand definitely not worth $156. I noticed when I left but I don't care to argue with anyone. read more

Use to come here years ago. Didnt remember why i stopped coming now i do!! Came in on labor day for a pedi and fill. Only place open at the time. My sister got a pedi as well. Very fast when it came to the pedi, felt rushed. I asked for a fill with just basic black polish / GEL. Anyhow, worst service ever. nails were lumpy and uneven. I told them and she said she would re do them, even after re doing them even worse than before. Wish i never even got a fill and to top it off both of us now have infections on our toes with puss. They even match the colors/patterns or designs you show them from pictures from instagram. The prices are fair and competitive with other salons in the area while offering a wider range of services. Any price increases are in line with the raise in the cost of living with gas at $5/gallon. Lastly, There is a very wide selection of colors ranging from brights, to nudes/neutrals, to darks. including dips and powders. The ladies are lovely and some customers even have their favorites that they book with exclusively. I could go on forever about how amazing this shop is but there is a character limit.
