Me and my friend really wanted to get our nails done for the start of the year, we went in expecting to pay around 120 for both sets after seeing the prices online. They charged us almost 200 dollars. Our nails look nice but for the price mine could have been alot better. The acrylic is uneven and the french tip design is messy and inconsistent. My husband went for a pedicure, technician was in a big hurry and it was not very relaxing

Everyone else was booked except them. Overall, it just wasn't a relaxing, pampering experience. It was "fine" but no foot massage with the pedicure. It was basically a foot bath, cutting of nails, a little buffing, and polish for $60.00. Oh, and a leg scrub. The nicest thing about the experience was the massaging chair, but they made me turn it off after 45 minutes. Also, during the experience, the lady owner got into it with another customer. Then, she complained to me after about how wrong the other customer was-- justifying her reaction. I felt uncomfortable and awkward and tense. It ruined it for me 100%. I get pedicures and massages to escape drama. She also took out her frustrations on my toes. My verdict: if you're in desperate need of a pedicure and Everyone else is booked, then go on for a less than basic pedicure that you'll pay full price for. If you want the yummy, relaxing, pampering massage experience, book ahead somewhere else. read more

I went in and had an appointment. I was already sitting for 30 minutes (without being helped) while waiting for her to be done with another client. She then cleaned up and sat me down. Minutes later, a couple came in after me WITHOUT having an appointment, and she left me sitting there while she worked on both of them for an additional 30 minutes or so. I'm not so much mad at all of that as I am about being denied for a walk in a few days prior due to her having an appointment only for her to have me make an appointment and then ignore it. She was also very rough on my hands, and when she sat me, there were nail clippings on the towel she wanted my hands to sit on. Gross. In hindsight, I should've just walked out when she abandoned my appointment for a walk-in. All that aside, the nails she did were pretty decent. They were a good shape, solid lines, and they never lifted. read more

I went in for a pedi and the man who spoke very little English asked me something I didn't understand. He proceeded to put the water in and when I put my feet in it was way too hot. He sat down and started on my toe, got up threw the towel on the floor and went back to the back room. He came back out and picked the towel off the floor and put it back onto his lap and went on to my second toe. Then he got back up and a lady (Judy) came out and finished. Just had a horrible experience. Appointment was at 1:30p, so I called to let them know I was running behind (they said okay)- we arrived at 1:55p and the first thing they said was "you're too late- go" and non-verbally shooed us away like we weren't even human- no respect. I explained we drove a bit to get there and they didn't even offer us a a chance to wait- they just continued to shoe us away. I'm upset that they can get away with this kind of behavior, especially when I communicated my best efforts to make sure my boyfriend's bday was as perfect as he deserves. It would of been okay to say, "no it's too late" on the phone, but they allowed us to waste our time during his special day. That is the only thing you cannot get back (time), hence why I'm leaving my first ever 1 star review. Please never go here if you care about respecting others and the minimum level (at least) of common human decency. read more

Would have given them a ZERO if it had been available. I am a resident of the area and used this facility 3-4 times and each time it has been worse. It appears to be ran by a husband wife team. I went to Belle to get my nails done for my wedding. My nails turned out very nice for the big day.

I don't normally post reviews; however, this was by far the worst experience ever. I get pedicures because I need the care for my heels, value the massage time for my calves and feet, but all I got was a cursory scrub that lasted about 10 seconds on one foot and not even that on the other. The length of time that it takes to rub in lotion was the amount of massage time. No base coat, no top coat on the toe nails. Don't waste your money. I had to go buy callous softener and do it myself!!!!!! read more

This shop is the absolute worst anywhere. They charge $40 for a shellac manicure. They don't tell you that, though! The sign says $15 for basic manicure, $40 for full set acrylic, like most shops). The "deluxe" pedicure wasn't very good. My toenails were filed unevenly and the color was patchy. I could have done better myself, and I'm terrible at doing my own nails! The worst part was the manicure. The woman butchered our fingers and cuticles and slathered SUPER GLUE on our bleeding stubs claiming it was like a "second skin." Not so much. These people charged us $221 for three very subpar mani/pedis that took a staggering amount of time and went more than an hour and a half over the time they said it would take. This torture lasted more than three hours and we were the only ones in the shop, except when she stopped our service to take care of a walk-in wax that she said would "only take three minutes" and then ended up taking half an hour. Unfortunately, even the shellac didn't last long. She put it over the cuticle, so it peeled up within days. To round out this horrible ordeal, they hide the "we only take cash or check" sign behind a giant bamboo plant. If I could have used a credit card, I would have disputed the charges. Don't let this rude, inept butcher and her distracted, ridiculously-over-chatty husband ruin your day. Stay FAR AWAY!!! read more

This place is very unique is the best way to explain in one word. I get waxed there and occasional pedicure. They are quite the characters, I'll admit they could probably have better customer service and should likely get some help cause it's just the 2 of them, but nonetheless I love this place. It's an experience that is hard to explain; it might not be for some people who expect a "normal" way of running a business, but they make me laugh so much; they are unlike anyone I've ever met and I love that. So if you can ever get past the kinda weird way they do things and be patient, I recommend this place. read more

Do not go here. Don't waste your time or money. Owners are rude and disrespectful. Business is dirty and bathroom was disgusting. There were things floating in the water for the pedicure. She was so rough on my toes...it hurt. I've never had a painful pedicure before. She poked my big toe by the nail with her tool...it hurt so bad I let out a cry. She kept denying she did anything even though I wasn't making a big deal about it. That sop still hurts. Don't ruin your day going here. I'm hoping I didn't get a fungus or a disease from the filth of this place. ............. 5 days after letting this business torture me, my left big toe that she hurt is infected. She pierced it with one of her tools when clipping the skin away. I visited my doctor Friday, he said to keep soaking my toe and wouldn't give me antibiotics because I'm allergic to most of them so I get to suffer through this. I am in so much pain that I can't wear shoes, only flip flops and it's November....brrrrrr! It's getting worse and will probably have to go back to the doctor tomorrow. When I called to talk to the owner, he hung up on me and didn't want to help resolve this at all on his end. No refund or apology. I get pedicures often and have never gotten hurt from one or an infection from one or been treated so badly by the business owner. Don't let this woman touch your nails! ................... Day 7.... called the doctor and told him that the toe is totally infected and huge. I'm miserable ain a ton of pain. I'll be reporting this business to the health department. ........ On antibiotics, hoping I'm not allergic to this one. Drained about 3 tablespoons of puss out of toe this morning. In a ton of pain and can hardly walk on it. DO NOT GO HERE. Where do I start? I went with my two nieces & asked for three basic pedicures (I was with a 9 & 7 year old). First, they cut my nail so badly I hurt to walk on my left foot, my niece had a bee sting on her foot and they scrubbed it with sea salt even after she said it hurt. I asked they to avoid the area and they didn't. Then the worst part, the lady working on my other nieces feet kept telling her how dirty her feet were and how she needed to shave her legs. SHE IS 7 YEARS OLD. I thought it was inappropriate, rude, and downright wrong. Besides all of that, I paid $25 for them and $30 myself and they didn't do ANYTHING. They soaked our feet, cut our nails then put on our shoes and painted them. They didn't spend more than 10 minutes on each each. For $25? Are you kidding me. I've been to plenty of spas & this is the worst experience I've ever had. Anyways, I'm obviously upset & do not recommend this place. read more

Again no hand washing. $40 deluxe pedi was a joke. I just soaked in water longer, nothing special. On one of my vacations to the Oregon Coast, I stumbled upon Belle Spa and Nails at the Safeway Shopping Center. I was skeptical because I was not from the area, but was glad I step foot into the salon! An Asian couple runs the place. I had a manicure and pedicure done, while my friend had a new set of solar nails done. They had 2 options of manicure and pedicure -- regular or deluxe. Since I wanted to pamper myself, I decided to go for the deluxe and I was not disappointed! It was one of the most relaxing pedicures I've had. The couple was also very accomodating. My friend fell in love with her new set of solar nails, especially with the white tips. Suprisingly, her new set of nails lasted almost a month without a fill! She was used to it lasting only 2 weeks. I would definitely visit this place again when I get another chance. read more
