Have bought 4 or 5 sets of tires from this store and will not do it again. Went in for a rotation and a slow leak on one. Watched as the technician helped out other technicians on their vehicles as I watched and watched. He actually came into the showroom to talk to his buddy. I stopped into Belle because I live in Coldwater and thought they would be a reputable company. Do not use the folks. I received an astronomical quote for the work. $3,111 for 2 tires, calipers, arm, rotors, brakes and pads. I spent $560 on the tires, then decided (after being told by numerous people that they had intentionally upcharged me because I'm female) I went to Goodyear in Fort Wayne and the calipers, rotors, arm, brakes and pads plus labor for $1,006. Drive to Fort Wayne or go to the dealership. But DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They make a hefty commission off your lack of knowledge. If you're female take a man with you because they apparently only respect men. read more

While traveling through northern IN, my tire caught a screw. On the day I have to return to Detroit, the tire (purchased through another Belle Tire store and insured) was significantly deflated. Having to check out of our hotel in Angola, IN that morning, I drove the car to Coldwater Belle Tire. The manager, Jonathan LaDuke, wrote a service order and got my car tire repaired, immediately. While traveling on I69 we had a tire warning on our vehicle and found Belle Tire on our GPS. We barely managed to 'limp' in on a busy Saturday. They were friendly and helpful and got to work on our vehicle after a short wait. The tire was totally shredded inside. They were incredible ...... worked on our large SUV for over an hour and got us on the road again and declined to charge us anything. Initial service was ok. They were friendly. the quote was way off of what we paid. Had the tires less than a year and one of them wore really bad in one spot. We had a warranty on them, they did not honor that. Had lots of miscommunication. One guys said it could be replaced, to come back on a given day. When we did he didn't even order that tire, put anything in the computer that we were coming or anything. Another guy said the info is wrong that it wasn't under warranty. When we called the first guy back he said he gave us someone else's info. Not impressed at all. Refuse to go back. Extremely disappointed. read more

I went to Belle this morning about 15 minutes before they officially opened. They invited me in and took my order for 4 new tires. They were not busy and started my installation immediately and finished in about an hour. Very personal quick service. They actually gave me a sheet with several tires options that would fit my needs with ratings and price for my options. Also their price was very competitive with other tire stores in the area. Belle tire in Coldwater MI charged me $85+tax for a alignment on a Mercedes that their shop can't fix because they need special tools. They will take your money and pretend to do work. I was there 3 days in a row and even paid $30 more for the unlimited alignment plan! 6 months later I went back and a different worker informed me how they can't do the work. Had to go home and get receipts to be refunded! Wasted time on 5 trips, gas money and the tires + alignment got worse! read more

Someone please buy tires from these guys. You won't be sorry. Traveling south bound 69 Easter break I had a flat. Pulled into this Belle Tire and wouldn't believe the time and effort they gave me so my family and I can continue our vacation. They could not get the tire I needed, but called around everywhere close by. I mean three guys on the phone trying to help us. When all was said and done, they took the flat tire off and placed the donut on so we could get to the shop that had our tire. Great people and service. read more

Fast, friendly, affordable, and they worked with me for scheduling. I couldn't ask for anything more from a tire shop. He staff is excellent and very personable rather than feeling like worker drones buzzing about you. Their communication is excellent. I don't know tires. They do. That's why I went here. They have knowledge of their product and were able to explain in terms I could understand the differences between my replacement tire options and their price variances. The location is clean. You don't feel like you're in a garage, nor are you afraid of sitting on a chair while work is being done. And, as silly as it sounds, they are pretty much the only place around still offering free air for tire pressure touch ups. It's the little things you see and appreciate. read more

My first visit to the Coldwater facility which is new and near my cottage. Called the day before about a pair of tires for my golf cart trailer. They had them in stock and set them aside for me until today when I could get out there from Toledo. I arrive about 2 in the afternoon and they were very busy. Their prices on tires are competitive, the Glacier Grips are GREAT snow tires ! I was very upset by their price on parts ! they wanted $ 256 for a control arm , auto parts store $ 120 same brand & part # at Rock Auto $75 that's way too much markup !!!!!! read more
