Sence the engine was replaced we have had it back 3 times for the same problem. Lights turn on car won't start. All 3 times they tell me all set car is fixed. I talked to the salesman today and he tells me the car is only worth 3000 we owe 9000. You wold think they would try to keep a customer happy as of right now I will never come back. I would give them no stars if I could. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with the staff and service department. In it for themselves.

When I asked why the 3 other older axles have yet to fail, his excuse was that the aftermarket axle he installed was of significantly worse quality than the OEM ones I have installed on the other corners and if I wanted an OEM one I should've asked. A sorry and greedy excuse to not do the right thing, $500 for an axle that only lasted 3 months.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I got a flat tire on my camper while driving up north and had to change it on the side of the road. When I arrived, they had the replacement tire in stock, mounted it on a new rim (since my original rim was bent), and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, on my way home from Higgins Lake, my other camper tire blew. I stopped at the Saginaw location, where the service representative was kind, but they weren't nearly as efficient and didn't have the same inventory available. My son suggested calling the Fenton location, and I'm so glad we did. They had the exact tire I needed, told me it would be ready when I arrived, and it was waiting for me. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Two thumbs up to the Fenton team! Keep up the outstanding customer service, excellent time management, and seamless operation. The gentleman were extremely polite and curious, wonderful conversationalist, and extremely considerate. They offered, of course to top off the fluids, the light checks, and they showed me my filter (pretty standard). What was above and beyond my expectations was offering to wash my windshield for me, wash the back up camera, and oil any squeaky hinges on the vehicle. They also did a battery test and showed me my current battery health, explaining what the results meant and approximately how much longer I had left on my battery. They also gave me estimate for cost to replace and what product was used. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and I cannot recommend them enough!
