We started using Belle Tire on the recommendation of a friend when they first came to Fort Wayne and let me tell you this place is the real deal!! Plenty of situations have arisen where I asked them to check things out and they could have been dishonest like some other places in town and told me something needed fixed even when it didn't, but they proven themselves to always be honest and trustworthy and THAT is one of the marks of a great shop!!! All their staff are very knowledgeable and their level of customer service sets the bar high! I can't say enough good things about Belle!! Get your car repaired or maintained with confidence!!! This place is top notch!!! We are relocating to Washington so we are bummed to have to find a new place and hoping we find someplace as awesome as Belle Tire! read more

Usually have work done here even tho it's a little pricier they do a good job. But they were charging a little too much for a MAF sensor plus cleaning, and even waived the diagnosis, but $$.So I'm taking it somewhere cheaper, but Raul still had a good attitude about it and even gave me advice, that man always helps me out and does a good ass job. read more

WOW! Complete garbage. I took my truck in for the $59.99 oil change and requested a quote for plugs, wires AND ignition coils. They called and said my estimate was $477.xx so I told them to go for it. When I go to pick it up they were checking me out and I looked at the paper and noticed they didn't do the ignition coils. They said "well had we done them it would have been another $60 per coil" I have 8 coils. (rip off alone right there). I specifically told them to give me the quote for everything! Had I known they were going to charge me $560 for oil, plugs and wires I would have never even considered it. Also, just had 4 new BF Goodrich KO2's put on my truck 2 months ago and tire pressure was fine at 37 psi when I picked it up one was at 47 two were at 35 and one was at 53 psi!!! Throwing a check tire pressure code on my dash! Not to mention they stole my brand new gloss black valve stem covers and replaced them with these tiny little grey ones that don't even cover half the thread! This is the worst experience I've ever had with any car company. Please shop around before going here! Such a waste of money. I could have bought new plugs and wires for around $100 and done it myself. I'm beyond disgusted with the incompetence of this location! read more

Can't say enough how great a job these guys did. Went to 3 different tire shops before stopping here and these guys helped me mount two specialty tires even though they were about to close soon. Really saved the day for me. I have always gotten excellent service here and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. read more

Two studded tires from Winter needed to be taken off rims on a 2004 automobile while the change-over tires where in the trunk ready to be mounted on the rims. The automobile was taken into a bay within twenty minutes then totally ignored for 1.5 hours. Upon asking about the extra long time factor, an individual at the front of the store said that a stud had been torn against a lug nut--which was a total lie. About ten minutes later at the cash register, I was told that the fee was $40. and there was no charge for anything else-whatever that meant. (This company does not stud tires.) I told the individual that this was too much money, so he reduced the cost to $30. Upon leaving, my two studded tires had not been placed in the trunk, but I had not driven much distance. read more

So to start off with I don't think many people enjoy spending $$$ buying new tires... But, I've taken both my vehicles here and the service was nothing less than exceptional! The first time I went in with a minivan (my wife's). I was being all tech-savvy making an online appointment with tires and had everything all picked out. Well, apparently I clicked on the wrong size. Upon their staff noticing this they made sure to show me all the options they had (due to not having the tire size I needed in that brand). Then after checking the alignment (for free) gave me a great deal on getting that taken care of too. The next time I went in with vehicle #2, the service was again exceptional. This time after doing their inspection warned me of the tie rod being extremely loose and recommended it to be replaced. They gave me a great deal on the part and again another free alignment. I received a $50 off coupon through email which I passed off to another customer in the waiting room, but needless to say, I recommend this place every chance I can. framed by the fact that I am a bit old and somewhat grumpy, I received a quote fr Kyle( who was actually Dustin or Justin) (the price was "ok")when checking out, my veh was out of the bay for 15-20min I went up to the counter to pay (after that wait time)...discovered the wait was for "alignment ck"; who knows how long I may have waited ie prior review by (Josh or Jon). that said and considering the "name game" and the inattention to customer wait time; I will suggest another tire and repair facility. read more

Crooks. Scheduled an appointment for a small windshield chip repair. They said it could not be repaired due to the small chip being in field of vision and that I had had two other small chips repaired in past. They told me I need a whole new windshield and refused to repair the chip. I left. I called and made an appointment with another windshield company in the area who laughed at Belle Tire's recommendation for a new windshield. They repaired it just fine, it looks like a itsy bitsy bug smear now. I saw another windshield repair company at a gas station and asked their opinion, they said, "of course they wanted you to get a new windshield, they make more money off of those. You did not need a new windshield." read more
