I just want to share that had a good experience buying a couple of tires. The sales person I spoke with was named Kim. She was smart friendly and got me an appointment right away. She didn't hesitate to pull tires out from the back room to show me the tread pattern even though they weren't on the showroom floor. It was an all-around good experience and I have to say it was refreshing to have a sales person at the shop be smart understanding friendly and helpful. I wish I could say that was more common in the automotive repair industry. She didn't try to upsell me on anything & she understood what I needed. Thank you Kim! Awful awful customer service - flipped my day upside down. I had two new tires to be balanced and mounted on the front, and do an alignemnt. First issue I had was that they charged double (30 each) instead of the regular price that ALL locations do of 15. When I told him that, he said he didnt believe me - even though I told him I had this done to my other (same type) vehicle 5 days ago. I ended up paying an extra of 30 total for this. Second issue I had is that I wanted my old front tires to be placed on the rear - honestly I failed to ask them to do this before they mounted the new ones up front. I admit this is my mistake, very dumb of me, but the way the issue was handled was terrible. I clearly told the representative it was mistake...first thing he rudly said was "what do you want me to charge you?" Really? First I get overcharged on the first 2, plus did an alignemnt, and you're still money hungry? As a "negotiation" he charged me the regular $15 each to mount them. After coming to this location for over 10 years (i manage a total of 4 family cars, not just my own) you would assume there wouldn't be such a high charge, or no charge at all. The sad part is that after dropping all of this money they still did not adequately pump my tires up. One tire had way too much air in it while another was low. Ridiculous. All set and done - spent an extra $60 for a headache. Save yourself the hassle of feeling ripped off by going to another location. read more

Buyer Beware!!! I trusted these guys to just change a rim and tire and less than 24 hours later my power steering went out. After looking at it I noticed one of the circuits was physically pulled out and damaged. I took the car back to them and Nate was extremely condescending and expectedly took zero responsibility for the damage belle tire intentionally did! I had a friend tell me they got some brake work done at the location and experienced the same issue. They are crooks and will damage your car to force return business! Please ignore any response they may have to this comment, no matter what "customer oriented" response they may have, they will do NOTHING to pay and fix the issue. read more

Belle tire used to be a honest place to take your car, they would always try to keep the price low and would only do what was necessary. I've been coming to this location for 7 years for that reason. This is no longer true, I just had my car worked on and the price was sky high. extra everything, just one big rip off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK ! read more

Got here at 5:15 and they were silent looking. At me as if I was in 5 before close. No one in there, they just wanted to go home. The manager came out of the back when another person arrived and he was pissed and shaking his head that some late business came in. I felt uncomfortable and a burden. As a 10 year belle tire customer I will take my business else were. Though I just spent $400..... Go to the one in Lake Orion people. These guys are terrible. Brought my car in for a quick patch after running over some metal. Go to pay after they got me patched up right away and was told I owe nothing!! Always helps to have a trustworthy place to go to get your tires patched or replaced. Stan, the manager personally patched my tire and made sure I was safe and ready to roll out. They could've tried to sell me a tire that I didn't need and I appreciate the honesty. Highly recommended. read more

This time I didn't need tires but I did need a windshield and this place came highly recommended. The service was fantastic they did a great job and I got the best price possible on a new windshield. I recommend taking your business elsewhere!!!! Especially women and people of color. Save yourself time and money at an establishment with better customer service and experienced mechanics. I rarely leave reviews but I feel others should be aware of the service at this location. I made an appointment for new tires and a general diagnostic because of road noise. During the changing process, Kim explains to me that they found a broken tire sensor in one of my old tires and that they'll give me a new one and install for free (which i think they only did because the new person probably broke the old sensor taking the tire off ), she also said that I needed a wheel alignment. I get my keys back and immediately notice the tire pressure light is on. While there, the worker just put air in the tire and told me to wait 10-15 minutes for it to go away. It didn't, so i brought it back a second time in the same day and i was just told to bring it back again when a "more experienced" person could look into it. They also advised me to drive my vehicle at a higher speed to turn the tire pressure light off manually.... While driving on the freeway, my tire pressure light began to flicker and my car began to shake. I felt that was due to the new sensor and wheel alignment so I called the store to update them on the status of my vehicle and I was greeted with Steven's condescending and gaslighting attitude even though I'm a customer that's being inconvenienced and just wanted my vehicle returned to me safe to drive. I wasn't having these issues before, only had issues with road noise. I bring it back when the "more experienced" person is there to give them a chance to fix things and all he does is something to turn the light off but they refused to re-examine the tire placements and sensor and ignored my comments of the car shaking. Therefore i have to waste more time and money taking it to another place to fix their mistake. read more

What can i say??? Well after leaving another Belle Tire location after work (where they could NOT help me at all) I decided to call this location and see if they had time to help me out (flat tire on lunch break needed to be checked and patched...THAT SIMPLE) Well when I called the gentleman Jason answers and right away he says "Come on in and we will make sure you're taken care of and driving safely" Get there checked in took the truck fixed the issue and then guess what???? I go to pay for my services and Jason tells me "OK you're all set have a great night & drive safely" I questioned about paying for my services (with my card in hand) and he simply replies "No it's okay you're all set have a great night" So I went from having the worst service at another location to being taken care up above and beyond expectation. Thank you Jason, you made this hard working single mom's night.. God Bless you!!! Oh and the issue i had was Simple....nail in my tire... remove the nail and do a patch job...Simple!!!! I'm glad they were open and were able to help me....should i ever need help in the future on my vehicle or another vehicle I will FOR SURE go back to this location just as long as I'm taken care of the same as how Jason took care of me!!! if I could give more stars I would. read more

This is one the few places, I have ever been where you can arrive without an appointment and they start servicing you immediately and this is one of those places. The sales associate was very friendly! He was also very helpful and informative! I got a flat tire at the most inopportune time. I called the store and was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Kim. She didn't have the exact tire I was looking for but was eager to get me a tire for my car. She was helpful and speedy. There was a bit of a wait before my car could be taken care of but Kim was transparent and she assured me the staff would get to me ASAP so I didn't mind. Been doing all my business with belle tire and customer service has went down the drain completely I have a warranty on my tire and nail was in my front tire I literally walk up see the mechanics doing nothing one actually waved and tried flirt with me to go inside and be told the mechanics can't plug the tire it's 20 minutes to close literally insane for a 5min fix. Spoke too soon. One year after having my tires installed, arrived at Belle Tire to have my tire repaired. 8am in the morning. Service person tells me he's never seen the car in his shop. He claims I owned a focus which I do not. Hold on a minute, you're telling me you can identify two tires you put on and have never seen my car before???? Makes no sense. Deplorable record keeping or just irresponsible? Or a liar. Service guy wouldn't give me corporate number or manager to call. Hall of shame. Go somewhere else. That's unacceptable, especially to a customer who has been doing business with you for over 10 years. Goes to show your just a number. read more

I've gotten tires and oil changes from this location for years. They are convenient, courteous, and they get the work done quickly for me. Tire prices are really good, as I've compared them locally and haven't found a better deal. I'd recommend this location to anyone. read more

It was time to get a new set of tires for my truck. I had heard on the radio that Belle Tire was having their first ever Black Friday sale and they had deals on sets of tires. They opened at 7am and I went right after work. I got there at 6:30am. I noticed the employees walking in the front door so I went in and asked if they were open. The guy behind the counter said not yet but told me to come inside. He stopped what he was doing and asked me what I needed. I told him and he helped me find a reasonable set of tires. He took my keys, showed me to the waiting room and in 45 minutes I was ready to go. The employees are very friendly and helpful. There was fresh coffee made in the waiting room along with a tv and magazine's to pass the time. read more

Epic Communication Fail. This was my first time doing business with Belle Tire. I had a stone chip in my windshield that had to be repaired and I found them online. I gave the 1800 number on their website a call to setup the the repair. Took about an hour on the phone between my insurance company and them (the paper work they have to do seems to take much longer than the actual service in my experience doing this repair anywhere, so this was expected). At the end of the call I asked twice the procedure for bringing the car in and they told me that I could bring the car in anytime the store was open to be repaired as they have someone onsite. I brought the car in, and even had someone else drive their car to allow me to go home in case the wait was excessive as I figured it might take a few hours as it was a Saturday afternoon and they would probably be busy. Of course when I arrive they tell me, "I'm not sure who you talked to on the phone but we can't do that today because no one is onsite to perform the service". The rage was palpable. All in all, it was a good waste of about an hour and a half (1 on the phone and a half coordinating a ride to belle tire). I called the service center back to explain what happened and they said that they are told that all locations should have a tech on-site during operating hours to perform the service. While I know this is not completely this particular store's fault, it certainly leaves a sour taste in my mouth regarding the coordination of their business and the poor execution of what seemed to be a good idea. I don't think I will be going back to Belle Tire especially with all of the other auto service companies around that can offer similar service. I've been to Midas on 12 mile several times and would have gone there for this repair but they didn't offer the service. read more

I blew a tire out and they had to put a new tire on, no problem. This issue was that they just threw everything back in my truck without putting it back where they found it. Then when I got into my truck it was filthy inside...I mean oily handprints everywhere and I was very upset. I will not be taking my vehicle back there ever again. read more

Awful. I went in to have one tire replaced that I bought 8 months ago because it popped, and to buy another tire because one of mine other tires was bald. I left my car there and came back after about 20 minutes because I realized I needed me keys to my apartment and had left them there. I came back to see my car lifted up and the wrong tire off of my car. I asked why and they said that they put the "best tires" in the front for braking reasons. I said okay, got my keys and left. I came back a little while later to pick up my car with my two brand new wheels on it. One of the tires was under warranty so it was "free" to have replaced. My receipt didn't show that as "free". Although I already paid for the protection plan when I bought my tire 8 months ago, I was charged for the protection plan AGAIN! Why? If I already insured the tire, why do I have to pay for the insurance on it again? The bald tire that I had replaced was not originally bought from Belle Tire, so I understand why I had to pay for the protection plan for that one. Also, why does my receipt show that my two tires I purchased (one being "taken off" the receipt because it was insured) were different prices? One was $70 and the other was $85? I asked for the SAME tire, why is the price different? Last time I paid for a tire, and the insurance for it, it was $117. This time when I was charged, my total was $166, WHY? If I got THE SAME tire??? The shop was closing in 4 minutes and the guy gave me a "discount", which I was happy about. So I got home, happy about my new tires and not too upset about the charges. My job depends on driving, so I go out to my car a few hours later, and MY TIRE IS FLAT!!!! HOW CAN YOU SELL ME A FLAT TIRE??? I live less than 1 mile from Belle Tire and there's no way I popped a tire on that 1 mile drive. Either someone ran over something in the shop, or they're just idiots and put my flat tire onto the front of my car. I have an appointment for my car tomorrow morning at a Ford dealership for some other issues. So now I have to call my insurance company, have them come put my spare back on AGAIN, TAKE WORK OFF AGAIN, drive up to Belle Tire, get ANOTHER new tire, and hopefully have all of this done by the time my Ford appointment is at 10am. Saturday's are usually busy there I guess. Although for a guy who ran over 2 construction nails and ended up with a flat it was quite quick. They patched the tire quickly and replaced a rear tail light in about 1.5 hours. Didn't even charge me for the tire patch. Seems as though they are interested in making you a belle tire customer for life. Great customer service. read more

Belle Tire's staff are very polite and courteous.. much better customer service than the Honda repair place I'd been going to! In and out in 45 minutes- exactly as long as they said it'd take. Installed rear tires and suddenly started feeling car wobble at higher speeds. Took back and I was told that it's because of wheel alignment. So paid for that expecting the problem would solve. But that was not the problem at all. I checked tire pressure by myself and came to know that they kept front tire pressure at 37psi instead of 32. And that was the problem. Solved it by myself. Wasted my money and time. They dont know the basics of tires even though thier name says tire. read more

Tried calling to make an appointment, they told me to come in "whenever I wanted." I assumed this meant they were not busy that day. They told me when I arrived that a front end alignment and changing one tire would take 1 1/2 hours. They spent 1 1/2 not doing my repairs and then came and said I needed a front end allignment, like I already knew that. So it has been two hours already. They should take appointments, it is kind of ridiculous to expect people to wait forever for their repairs. Also staff was not very knowledgeable about tires, even though they are supposedly tire specialists. I am probably going to have to bring it somewhere else because the car is now pulling significantly to the left, which it did not do before. read more

Excellent service. This is a first come first served place and there will be a line when it opens. Expect to wait. If you ask they will work with you to get the lowest price that will fix your problem effectively. They do most services not just tires. read more
