I have had 2 of my vehicles here the past few months and each time everyone is so nice and helpful. December 2021 - had to get a new tire on my truck. The tire had to be ordered so I drove on the spare. I wasn't sure if it had enough air in it and Marcus made sure it was good for me to drive on. Also, the tire was less than I originally thought it was going to be when I picked it up! February 2022 - my son jumped a curb in a snowstorm and had a lot of damage to his car. Randall was very helpful and kept me updated on what needed to be done and tried to get everything after market as possible to keep the price down. In addition, my son had to get some things out of the car the next day and Mike had no issues with him coming in to get the items. The mechanics got everything fixed so that my son has a safe car. February 2022 - brought the car back for the horn. Several things this day: * I gave the key and the remote to Randall separately. When I picked up the car someone had put them together! I don't even think I said thank you - thank you to whoever did this! * When I arrived to get the car, both Randall and Marcus were very busy but both handled things without frustration. * I needed air in one of the tires (not sure if it was low previously) and Randall filled up the tire for me. Not only that but I was having a problem with the radio and he checked to see if this issue was going on when it was brought in and it was. I don't drive the car so I didn't know. I would choose to come back here just because they are always nice and I haven't had any problems. Good customer service goes a long way and is remembered. I've had great customer service from here! I called and did a drop off on Saturday 8/16/25 for A/c recharge, tire rotation & wheel alignment. They said they weren't taking appointments, only walkins on a first come first serve basis. I was there by 12:12pm & my car was ready by 4pm. They told me i didn't need the a/c recharge; the hot weather was just bothering the time it took to get cold. They topped it off & they didn't charge me or do it the repair; but apparently i have the new freon, which cost more. Im glad they was honest and didn't waste my time and money read more

Came in to get my tires rotation and balance. I was assisted by Dave/david. I provided him with my number and he was unable to find my vehicle. I was trying to explain to him that I purchased my tires and I also purchased the balancing for the year so I don't have to pay for it. I don't know if DAVE woke up on the wrong side of the bed or didn't have coffee/breakfast/problems logging in the computer/short staffed. he was very rude and explains to me it could be my fault i provided the wrong number. I kindly said no I come here all the time to purchase tires. How is it my fault when your employers are putting the my phone number or whatever is incorrectly in your system to find my vehicle. Do not come here for a quick oil change. They claimed there was only two cars ahead of me and quoted me 30-60 minutes. We're coming up on 2 and a half hours now while I watch my name float at the top of their work order list. I hope I can get out of here in less than three hours, I've honest to god never experienced something like this. Stay far away from this place. They will break something on your car and convince you that it was already broken. I've experienced this as a customer and I've experienced this waiting in line ease dropping on one of the employees. Honestly I do not understand how they are still open especially in Royal Oak. They will tell you your tires are no good and try to make a sale off you. They will use impact drills on your rims and destroy the lugs. They will tell you they did your oil and you'll come back upset because they charged you for services that weren't done. read more

Belle Tire was always our first choice for tires, regular oil changes, brakes and repairs. 4 years ago Madison Heights, Michigan location played bait and switch on me. Ended up costing me like 400.00 more, on one of my personal vehicles. When I complained, I was laughed at and insulted. I found a local shop that loves us and gives us GREAT service for my vehicles and the fleet vehicles. Ive told dozens of people the story and took them from Belle Tire to my favorite shop. Family members have left there too, recently. It seems BELLE TIRE always finds an excuse not to give the promised , so called "REBATEs" Hope the $400 was worth it. If I could leave zero stars I would. I took my truck there for leaking brake fluid on a Saturday. They said they could have it done that day which I was grateful for cause I needed my vehicle by Monday for work. They called and said that the lines needed to be replaced.. ok go for it. Called back and said that one of the lines for my 2003 S10 wasn't manufactured here anymore and needed to be shipped from Memphis, wouldn't have my vehicle until the end of the week at the earliest. My father (who has knowledge of cars) went up there after going to Hastings to get the line that supposedly wasn't manufactured here anymore. After arguing with the rude guy at the desk, he went to the back where the mechanic was. Showed him that the line fits, just a different way than the original ones that were on there. The mechanic said, "oh that works." They couldn't even show him the lines/parts that they took off. Aren't they supposed to keep those? Anyway.. ontop of replacing the lines, they told me the calipers were on their way out. Ok replace them. I found out later from the guy I bought the truck from, that he replaced them right before I purchased the vehicle from him, a little over a year ago. They reimbursed me for the part they had shipped, but I'm still out 900 dollars that could've been way less if they were honest. I will say the receptionist, Kim, was very kind when I talked to her on the phone, but the rest of the experience was horrible. I wouldn't take my truck there for a new tire at this point. They then re-sealed the tires to ensure they all would hold air properly. In addition they replaced a TPMS sensor that was found faulty. The sensor was replaced at no cost. Trash. Employees are nice to you when they're trying to flirt with you but talk to you like an idiot when they mess up. I went in today to get a tire patched up because I had a nail in my tire. Everything in the beginning went smooth, they said it'll be done in an hour. I get a call from Belle Tire saying that they aren't able to get my lug nuts off because they're stripped and one needed to be sawed off. I told them that I just had my tires rotated and I knew how my lug nuts looked before, during, and after because i was standing right next to the person who rotated my tires. I get there and they tell me that I'm going to need new lug nuts since they've been stripped and they said that I am missing 3/5 caps. When they weren't missing when I rotated my tires. They continue to show me my stripped lug nuts with the caps TORN off. I explain to them that they did not look like that the other day and their workers ripped the caps off. I asked for my caps back because I knew I wasn't missing any. I had 2 still on my rim but 3 were ripped off. They obviously didn't "fall off while driving" since they handed them back to me all ripped apart. And they obviously didn't have to saw off a lug nut since they were all put back in. I'm not sure if it was a manager but he overheard me speaking with the employee and he rudely said "I don't have time to argue about this, well just give you new lug nuts even though your patching was for free" I understand it was for free but I didn't ask you to man handle my lug nuts and strip them and the caps off . The caps aren't made to be taken off, it fits in the socket just fine. They resolved the issue by giving me new lug nuts but they were very rude about it. :) read more

Just kinda rude... Stopped in first thing in the AM to get an oil change. I was actually there before 8 AM, and followed two other guys in. First guy was an employee, but the other guy was a customer. The front desk dude helped him, then I was up. I asked about getting an oil change, and if my company had called ahead. He told me it's not 8 yet, so no, nobody has called. I was like, well is there any chance I could get the oil changed on my van, reasonably quickly. (It's a passenger van used to transport clients, so down-time is kinda critical). He was like, well there's two guys ahead of you, and it's not 8 yet. Clearly, it upset him I came in the door before 8. I got the very distinct impression if I went ahead and booked the oil change, he was going to make sure I waited as long as possible. I just said I'd try back another day. My boss called a bit later to see if we could make an appointment, and was told it was first-come, first-served. Ok, I was there pre-8 AM, and still multiple folks ahead of me...? Ghosts in the machine, I guess... It's all good. We went elsewhere, and arranged to get the oil changed, timely. I guess I'll avoid this place with my personal vehicles also, even though I have had all 3 in there at one time or another. First, I must say that I have used two Belle Tire locations in MH; this one and the one on Stephenson Hwy and 11 Mile. BOTH are terrific. I never have that tense, nervous feeling of dread when I take my car to Belle Tire. On occasion it may be more $$ than I thought, but it's never a rip-off. The people are all friendly and I never feel like they're taking me for a ride. Good deals on new tires and pretty quick on tire repairs, which I have gotten done there on more than one occasion. One time I took my car in to fix a flat (I drove over something) and they needed to replace rather than repair because the leak was coming from the sidewall. So that cost me a little more money, but it was a legitimate upcharge. read more

This Belle Tire went way above and beyond in their service with me today! I can't even begin to recommend them enough. I called them in a panic because I had a tire with bubbles and a long drive to Chicago in the morning. Not only did they make sure to contact my warranty company and get everything paid for, they even lent me a charger so my phone wouldn't die while I was waiting. I arrived at Belle Tire yesterday at 7:05pm and spoke with Robert the manager. I told him my tire was leaking air fast after getting off 1-75. I asked Robert to please assist me I would be stranded. Robert told me he coukd not help me the store was closing at 8pm. I told him sir, please I have no way to get home, I have no spare in a 2017 Chev, Malibu. Robert told me again, sorry ma'am I have no techs. I began trying to use the free air pump in front no one came out to assist furthermore, there were still 3 techs in the garage not working doing nothing. Finally Josh walked up. another tech. I asked if he could repair my car, he said "yes" what did he say, I looked and it was Robert again. Josh then said he could not do it. I can't believe he sent me out w/o service, would he have done that to his mother or daughters. maybe because I was African American and not Caucasian like the other customers who were still waiting.... Waited an hour and a half listening to an employee and some other guy who didn't work there talking very loudly and using the "F" bomb over and over so loud I couldn't hear the TV. Update: after posting this, I received a call from Belle Tire Corporate following up on my experience. The person I spoke to was so nice, and listened to my story from beginning to end. He asked if I would be willing to go to a different location to have them fix the issue, and personally called the other location to let them know I would be coming. The guy from the Royal Oak location called me, explained what he believed the problem was, and went to pick up a new part for me himself. I went in the next day, they put me ahead of everyone else, fixed my issue, and did a full check to make sure, all at no cost to me. So, thank you to David from corporate and Mike from the Royal Oak location, I really appreciate it. That being said, the original review for the Madison Heights location is below. First of all, I would like to apologize to the employees of belle tire on Dequindre in Madison Heights for bothering you with my business. Rest assured, I will never do so again. I came in last week because my tire pressure light was on, and instead of checking all 4 tires like i asked you to, you made me tell you which one I thought "looked low" because you "weren't going to take all the tires off to check for leaks." I told you I didn't know, and we went back and forth for a few minutes until I finally gave in and said "I don't know, I guess the front drivers side?" And then asked if you could, at the very least, use a gauge to check the other ones because I couldn't find mine. You begrudgingly told me you would. So you checked my tires (or so I thought) and sure enough there was a leak in the front drivers side. And when I asked if you checked the others too, you were clearly annoyed and kept telling me yes until I gave up and left. I get not .25 miles down the road and the light comes back on. So I call, you again are annoyed and tell me you checked all 4 and its probably nothing, so it's not worth me coming back. I wake up the next morning to find my back right tire completely flat. As it turns out, the censor had corroded. Which you would have discovered if you would have checked all 4 like I asked and like you repeatedly assured me you did, but you didn't. And then when I came in to get it fixed and tried explaining what happened, you were incredibly rude and kept cutting me off and even wouldn't let me explain. And you kept saying this "wasn't your fault." So, thank you for all the hassle. I wish all your customers the best of luck. read more

Sad to say that I have had to go to this place 2 times in the last 2 months! The first time I made an appointment (which I highly recommend) and was out of there with a new tire in 15 minutes. They really do have the lowest prices around too! The second time I thought I had a slow leak in another tire..I opted not to make an appointment. This took longer than expected (and over the estimated wait time) but when they called my name it was great. The worker showed me the screw that was in my tire and then said thank you and have a nice day! No charge! He said your tire is now good as new and we patched it up. The first time I went to Firestone Tires not having a clue about tire type, brand, price, etc and I believe i got a bold deal. So after a year I needed tires again. This time I decided to do my research. So I went to Belle Tire knowing a little more about tires and Eric pretty much gave me a Tire Lesson on different Brands, Pricing, and Tire Longevity. After comparing their prices and tires with all of the other places such as Good Year, Discount, Pep Boys, and Firestone, Belle Tire gave me the best deal for a good set of tires. I went to this Belle Tire for a tire rotation and to have them look at to tires that has slow leaks one with the stem problem. They close at 5 o'clock on Saturday. I arrived at 3 p.m. . I was told by the person that said they could help me that service was all done for the day. No explanation. How can this place be done with service if there are two hours left and their hours of operation. I have called this location before for service and I was told they are busy. However from the street there are barely any cars ever in the parking lot. I've been going to BELLE TIRE on Dequindre for many years with many different cars. NEVER AGAIN! I had the rudest customer service guy. Usually I like the guys who work there...the ones who wear the blue service shirts. Any way, I needed an Inspection for my car as required by UBER. You would have thought I asked the man for a million dollars. Belle Tire does this for Uber for free. I asked how long it might take..was told an hour to an hour and a half! Usually takes about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, he came to me, said my car was ready. But, we found another problem. My shocks were leaking and struts were bad. He had written out a work order for $1000.00. I went ballistic! My dealership had just done this exact work one month earlier for $1100. What a lie! I drove from Belle Tire straight to the dealership. When I explained the situation. the service manager just laughed. We hear this all the time about BELLE TIRE, he said. I've written to B.T. headquarters but it's too soon to get a response. Does B.T. have a special license to steal money from its customers? I always use belle tire, for all 3 of my cars, I have been for years. I took my Audi S4 to get my winter tires put on and my continental sport summer tires taken off. Usually they put my extra tires in my trunk which I thought they did this time, however when i finally checked to see if they were there they were not! I called in and the person I spoke too was extremely rude and told me "sorry it's been 30 days and there is noting we can do about it. You should have checked right away to make sure your extra tires were in the trunk." Why is it my job to check my trunk for MY extra tires? They were not bald they were just fine for another season. I have bought so many tires from this place and always referred people there, never again! Worst experience I've ever had, now I need to buy all new summer tires which for my car are $2000 for all 4 of the ones they stole from me.Thanks belle tire. So, my wife and I take a trip to Florida and leave my car at my parents house while we are gone. The second night, my wheels and tires are stolen right in front of my parents house in the driveway and my car left on blocks. Not only did Belle Tire have the best price on replacement factory wheels and tires but the manager of the Madison Heights branch went above and beyond to send a crew to the house to put them on! Absolutely garbage location, DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE. I had bought tires from Belle Tire and after owning my car for 5 years I've had to change my tires the most in the past 2 years(changed more with belle tire tires). After bringing in my vehicle for a tire replacement and being treated rudely(How dare I ever use my warranty I specifically had gotten for my tires?!) I had bought the tires brand new and have had them all go to crap very quickly, when I ask for my tires to be replaced the staff are always rude and poorly trained, after switching my tire(nothing is ever easy at this store because I had to almost bicker to get my tires) they decided they were only going to change one tire instead of two... After finding out my back left tire was completely bald(oh and the one they changed has a wire exposed already, mind you I drive only about 10 miles a day on average on paved roads) my REAL mechanic was freaking out wondering if I would even make it home after seeing this.
