Left very disappointed today. Made a booking for my sister and I to have Gell pedicures (50 minutes)We were there early to pick our color and to be on time. Our appointments were for 10:15. They started mine at 10:20 , but my sister sat there till 10:35. She asked for some water to take some ibuprofen and suddenly they don't have water, but served someone else bottled water(we didn't mind paying for it if they had offered it) I was done at 10:50 and now waiting on my sister. By 10:58 they were telling her she is done and moving us out the door. $60 each for only 30 minutes. I told the cashier and suddenly his "English is bad." Will not be returning. We felt like they wanted us out the door, to make room for the next suckers paying for a 30minute, $60 pedi. I felt bad for not tipping, and told him he can't take off my extra 20 minutes and tip her from that. read more

I've never had a bad experience here until these past few months, which makes this even more disappointing to write. I booked my appointment a month in advance and still waited 20 minutes. The bigger issue was the quality of my nails. I asked for a certain length, but they were cut far too short, uneven, and I was met with attitude when I politely said something. It felt frustrating to pay over $100 for a set I wasn't happy with, especially since they were for prom and my pinky nail broke the very next day. I've always loved this place, which is why it's upsetting to see the service decline so much lately. read more

I came here with my MIL to get a regular pedicure. We had a wonderful time, honestly. I'm always skeptical of fancy salons but this one was nice! I just wouldn't come here for a gel manicure ($35) or any type of manicure because I think it's overpriced. But, for a regular pedicure it is so worth it! Our pedicures included a hot stone treatment, massage, and hot towel soak. The ambiance was super relaxing and our technicians were dedicated, friendly, and efficient. The facilities were brand new and super clean as well! I don't think you can ask for anything more, right? Just maybe a price drop :) This is one of those establishments that need an appointment. So, make sure you make one before you go. The staff there were so nice that they agreed to stay 20 minutes past closing to do our manicures that we didn't schedule ahead of time. We only made appointments for pedicures. Supposedly, this facility has coupons during holiday weekends, so keep a look out! This place is your very average nail salon. A very long row of manicure tables, everybody kind of squished close together. This place is not bad nor is it great. It's just very average mediocre. Lots of mail technicians talking in Vietnamese to each other while filing your nails. Empty Dunkin cups left at drying station. No warm towels no real hand massage. Meh. read more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - LONG WAITS EVEN WITH APPOINTMENT I never leave bad reviews unless it's needed but this mail salons runs like there's no management at all! I have made four appointments and drive 25min to get there each way to get told there's over a 30minute wait....there's 2 technicians and 8 people waiting so you know it's way more then 30min yes to wait! A friend and I came here with no appointment, the staff made no gripes and we had a very small wait for chairs. We both got dip powder in a neon green, that we fell in love with. Laila was our nail tech and took us both on. My friend is currently at the start of their transgender transition and isn't super comfortable presenting fem in public, but no one at this salon made us feel out of place or odd for a AMAB to be getting their nails done. The interior was clean, chic, and bright with all their colors along the back wall, and their chairs were very comfortable. I would absolutely return! read more

I go to this Market Basket all the time and see the sign they have at the rotary. I finally checked it out the other day and give the salon an A+. I made an appt online and had Henry give me a gel manicure. It was a Tuesday afternoon, and although not busy, each technician had a client. The salon is white and spotless. $35 gel mani which is a little steeper than I paid in the past, but also haven't gone in a while so ‍ I plan to return for a dip manicure once my gel wears off! read more

Made appointments to spend some 'girl' time with my daughter, and twin granddaughters during my visit. The studio is very nice aesthetically. Large, roomy, nice layout. They were on time and efficient with our appointments. Had a large variety of colors to choose from. Employees weren't engaging, but then again we were talking together and making up for our time apart. My dilemma is not knowing if there's an east coast /west coast difference, or just at this nail salon. I was disappointed with the service received, for the price I paid. $200 which included 2 children's mani pedi, and 2 deluxe pedis, tips. The twins were sat in the chair for a quick foot soak, then nails painted, and hands painted... None of the special pampering I envisioned. Yet they are children, so I don't know if this is the norm. I at least expected a quick nail soak for the hands, and some light cuticle care on both. They were done so quickly that they had to sit around waiting on us. For us there was limited attention paid to the nails. Extremely limited attention to callouses/dry skin Just a lot of little attentions/details that I'm used to were not part of the service (the scrubbing off of dead skin, some type of sugar or mud scrub on feet and legs, thorough massage). The hot rocks on the legs were nice, but I'd trade that for a decent massage in a heart beat. And my poor daughter's polish on her toes started peeling off the next day while touring Salem! Overall it was a bare bones experience for me. I'm really hoping this isn't the norm on this coast as we plan on moving out this way to be closer to the fam damily! read more

The salon is beautiful, clean, and the staff are professional and excellent nail technicians. It's a popular spot for a reason, but you can still easily find an appointment, as they have a large open space and team. The gel manicures and polish pedicures have lasted at least two weeks without chipping, and I will definitely be back! read more

Fancy setup and prices. Not quality work however. My nail person was constantly distracted. Had to ask her to file properly so that nails were straight or she would have painted over then without bothering. Went for a polish change for toes another time and had a different person this time. Did not bother to file toenails after trimming. At other salons in the area I have had much better quality services and pricing and will be going elsewhere in the future. read more

Fair warning as a follow up to these other posts! As stated they are expensive and they prefer cash. I started going to this salon because they claimed to be non toxic. I never really understood why until I needed tips done for a special event. I usually get dazzle dry, which I prefer, but this time I needed tips because my nails were way too short. It's been a looong time since I've done tips but back in the day I could get them filled and it was cheaper after the initial appointment. The tips lasted for about 2 weeks and then started to crack, pretty typical. But when I went in to get a fill they told me they would only put on a brand new set, they don't do fill! Apparently that's what makes them non toxic.They never mentioned this at my initial appointment and so even though I decided to get tips to begin with I felt duped and ripped off. This place is amazing! I go there every two weeks with my mom to get a dip manicure and they come out great every time. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I get a pretty basic one color dip manicure every time but I've looked over to people getting more intricate designs and it looks incredible. Also pretty fair prices especially for the quality service. If you're looking for a good nail place.. definitely check this place out! Also VERY CLEAN! This place is all about the money. More expensive than comparable nail salons for the same type of service. They don't even really measure up to other salons that put more effort into things like hand massage, warm towels wrap, etc. It's just all time and money. They are usually understaffed and overbooked so even with an appointment you might need to wait 15 minutes and then they rush you through gel removal, which makes for a bad manicure. The person at the front desk will interrogate clients if a manicure takes too long. Yes, you read that correctly. They will ask the client why it took so long to either remove or apply the gel polish if you have gone over your allotted appointment time. I've seen this happen and had it happen to me. Such a strange experience! The worst part is they don't sterilize the cuticle cutting tools!!!! Apparently that costs too much. They claim to clean them with alcohol but I've literally seen manicurists go from one client to the next and use the same tool. Unacceptable! Not to mention gross!! If you're looking for a "fast food" nail salon experience then go for it! read more

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a nail salon that could become a regular. Had a really great experience at Belle Vista! Was able to book a same day appointment using the online platform (SO convenient), and arrived for my appointment and didn't have any significant kind of wait at all despite it being quite busy. The salon is super clean, staff are very friendly, and I'm very satisfied with my gel mani/pedi. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend! read more

As others have said- the salon is beautiful and clean. I really wanted to like this place. I tried it several times. The first- my gel chipped the next day and I had to go back. I was told the Polish was too thick and it didn't dry correctly. The person helping me kept getting up to answer the phone and help other people- so after waiting for quite some time, I asked to just have all the polish taken off and my money back. I will say the owner offered for me to come back. A few months later, I returned for a dip. It looked great but 3 of my nails cracked across the middle in less than 2 weeks. So I made an appointment and when the person in charge that day (this time a man who I assume is also an owner), was shown what happened, he just said, "Let me see. " Nothing was offered. So I got my gel mani and a regular pedi. Well- my pedi polish is already coming off one week later. Here's the thing- I know stuff happens and nothing is perfect, but when you charge more than any other nail salon around and you want to be paid in cash only- the bar is high. read more
