The atmosphere is so peaceful, luxurious, clean, and incredibly chic while still feeling warm and welcoming. As a postpartum mom, I've been battling hormonal acne and congestion, and Julianna gave me such an amazing experience from start to finish with my first Hydrafacial. She was incredibly kind, sensitive, compassionate, encouraging, and positive. She truly listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence, and understood my needs throughout the entire appointment. Julianna is hands down one of the best estheticians I've ever experienced, with such a warm and amazing personality. I'm a singer/artist constantly under stage lights, cameras, heavy makeup, and performing, and this gave me such a huge boost of confidence going into a full weekend of performances. The attendants were so nice and accommodating and they have your locker personalized with your name on the outside and robe and slippers on the inside. Katie and her staff are incredibly professional and they're always great about scheduling. When they know they're busy they'll have me book in advance so I can get all of my appointments in. Breath mints for when you chugged coffee on the way into your appointment?! I'm here for it. I love the convenient location and availability of parking - coming from L.A. those are luxuries. The services - I love the sensitive soothing facial! I've fallen asleep with the jelly mask on, I'm not ashamed. It was that relaxing. My husband and I both did a round of peels this past winter and his acne is basically gone, and my maskne dark spots have faded almost entirely. I also want to note that the electrology pricing is very fair! The selection of products is really good! I love Eminence and have been using that brand for a while, but I also love that they carry result driven product lines like PCA. They never get pushy with products but they'll make recommendations based off your skin concerns, and honestly who doesn't love professional skin care advice?! I was in an out in under 90 minutes, which included a blow dry as well as the root color. $110 is very reasonable, and you can pay with credit card. I tip with cash though. It is very convenient to book online, the app is intuitive and reminders are sent prior to the appointment. Stacy has a warm personality and is a great stylist and I trust her completely with my hair :)

We arrived just three minutes late, only to be subjected to an unnecessarily lengthy lecture on their late policy. Even after we assured her that we understood, she continued with her reprimand. Despite multiple requests for her to stop, she persisted in chastising us--right in front of a crowded lobby. When we calmly pointed out that her behavior was unprofessional, she dismissively responded that we didn't have to stay if we didn't want to listen to her. As if that wasn't enough, she then spoke about us openly to her coworker while we were still present. When we informed her that we could hear her, she flatly stated that she didn't care. This lack of discretion seems to be standard practice at this establishment. During our time there, we became unwilling participants in overhearing details about other patrons' procedures and Jocelyn's personal opinions on them. At full volume, we learned that the next client was receiving a Brazilian wax, followed by Jocelyn's loud and unsolicited commentary about how "gross" she found such services. In summary, if you're looking for a reception experience filled with lectures, public shaming, and eavesdropped commentary on your personal choices, then this is the place to be. Otherwise, I suggest you look elsewhere. For the record, the wax itself was excellent. Service date: 10/18/24. The girl was new and inexperienced. After attempting 3x to do my underarms I asked her to stop (no way I was letting her touch down there). The wax she was using was not melted or nearly warm. She applied the half melted wax 3x and barely took out any hair instead my skin was ripped off. When I asked to speak with the manager, she apologized and told me some of the wax machines needed the fuses replaced that she wasn't sure what happened while looking appalled that my armpits were literally bleeding. I think Save yourself and do NOT go here!
