I have been to the Nail Bar twice now, both experiences were wonderful. The place is cute, clean, has so many stations. I've come both times on a Saturday with no appointment and had no trouble getting in. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, and my nails have turned out exactly how I ask both times. Tom has done both a manicure and pedicure for me and did such a fabulous job! Jenny did my pedicure today and was wonderful as well. They have every option of nails and designs you could think of and I loved that I got my mani and pedi done at the same time. I hate sitting for 2 hours to do each separately. They also have a cute little selection of complimentary drinks, some wine, beer, cocktails, pop, tea, water. Really great experience, I think this is my new nail spot! read more

I've used this nail salon multiple times. Customer assistance has been pleasant. I left my shoes and socks after getting a manicure and pedicure on July 25, 2025. The receptionist, Ceecee (I believe her name is), called to inform me that I had left my shoes. I returned to the store on July 29th to pick up my sneakers. Alex told me he didn't know where they were. Alex mentioned that the cleaning crew must have stored them elsewhere. I left my phone number with Alex so he could call me once he found my sneakers. Alex didn't call for several days. When I called the nail salon, Alex was too busy to speak with me on the phone. How long does it take to find a pair of tennis shoes and socks? Some kind of follow-up would be nice to a customer who has spent money in your establishment for years. read more

I decided to try this place because it's right across the street from where I live. When you walk in you are greeted and asked which service you are wanting. I advised a mani/pedi & eyebrow wax. I chose the 30$ mani w/gel, the 90$ pedi because that included gel. All of the employees were so nice and made me so comfortable. They had so many different shades to choose from it's kind of overwhelming but it's still great. Yet again when you get to the register you're shell shocked when they say 210.00. Checked them out because I saw they did builder gel. It was such a pleasant experience. The woman who did my nails was the sweetest. I believe her name was Nina and she was an absolute gem. I got a builder gel with cat eye manicure and the same on my toes. It was about $190 with the tip in total. Definitely pricier than any other spot but my nails were also the nicest they've ever been. As this is a small business the atmosphere is friendly and chic. The owner Alec is ready to assist at a moment's notice. My nail tech Tom is the best at sculpting as I have flat nails. I made an appointment at 5:30pm today I was trying to make it at 5pm but they had asked me if I could do 5:30 instead I said yeah! I came at 5:30 which was my appointment time I sat in the chair for thirty mins no water for my feet no nothing honestly really upsetting you would expect okay maybe five mins late max ten but thirty minutes it's crazy that's the time of how long the service is! They had said "the appointment aren't forsure and that they take walk ins as priority" so why are appointments advertised? Appointments should be prioritized first then if the client doesn't show in five take the walk in! But I guess not wasted my time my gas they tried to say the tech was finally ready as I was leaving but honestly I rather not do business with a place that doesn't care about peoples time. It's sad because I would go this place frequently but honestly after today and how I was treated I will never be coming back! read more

Don't come here unless you want to pay way more than you're quoted. I called and asked the price for REGULAR ACRYLIC. It says $50 on the website and I called just to confirm. When I was done the total was $75. When I asked why they said they charge $5 for length and $5 for shape. Okay fine but where did the other $10 come from? The front desk receptionist said my nail tech charged me $10 for gel polish which I did not get, because I knew it was extra. I had such a pleasant time here! Celine was the one that did my nails. I have so many good things to say about her. Not only did she took her time with me, but she made sure I feel welcomed. I've been in Frisco for over 2 years now and I've had trouble finding a nail salon that was well priced and still was good quality as well. I've finally found my go to place and decided to bring my friends along to get their nails done too. This past Saturday we went and had a great time. The salon is very clean and well kept and the interior design is very nice. Ivy, Daryl, Kate, and Thu did a great job on my and my friends nails. Thu was amazing with her recommendations for my manicure set and overall set a nice experience up for us. I will definitely be requesting her when I go in every time. Kate was so nice as well with my pedicure, very gentle on the massage since I had surgery not too long ago and was very accommodating to my needs. I sent my mom in for a basic manicure with a classic French tip using regular polish. Right away, the nail tech pressured her to get gel, even though she repeatedly said she did not want gel. He went ahead with an orange base that didn't match, then left it half on before redoing it. She had to instruct him to apply clear polish before the French tip. Overall, she was very dissatisfied with the service and the constant push for gel despite clearly stating her preference. read more
