I decided to try this place because it's right across the street from where I live. When you walk in you are greeted and asked which service you are wanting. I advised a mani/pedi & eyebrow wax. I chose the 30$ mani w/gel, the 90$ pedi because that included gel. All of the employees were so nice and made me so comfortable. They had so many different shades to choose from it's kind of overwhelming but it's still great. Yet again when you get to the register you're shell shocked when they say 210.00. Go check it out you will have a great experience! Just take some money with you!

As this is a small business the atmosphere is friendly and chic. The owner Alec is ready to assist at a moment's notice. My nail tech Tom is the best at sculpting as I have flat nails. When finished my nails look natural. Thanks for the design suggestion as I was looking for something fresh for Spring/Easter! I can't forget Jenny who did my pedicure thanks for the sparkling pink!

Checked them out because I saw they did builder gel. It was such a pleasant experience. The woman who did my nails was the sweetest. I believe her name was Nina and she was an absolute gem. I got a builder gel with cat eye manicure and the same on my toes. It was about $190 with the tip in total. Definitely pricier than any other spot but my nails were also the nicest they've ever been. This is somewhere I'd come again for special occasions!

Don't come here unless you want to pay way more than you're quoted. I called and asked the price for REGULAR ACRYLIC. It says $50 on the website and I called just to confirm. When I was done the total was $75. When I asked why they said they charge $5 for length and $5 for shape. Okay fine but where did the other $10 come from? The front desk receptionist said my nail tech charged me $10 for gel polish which I did not get, because I knew it was extra. When she called her to the front my nail tech said she charged me for getting "colored powder" and if I got clear it would have only been $50. Pic of my "$75" nails for reference. Oh and the only reason I came here was because they texted me a coupon for $10 off which they said was already applied to the service. A rip off go anywhere else.

Ivy and Travy were phenomenal and did such a great job on my pedicure and full set. Tracy helped me pick the perfect color for my manicure and I love the moon detail on my thumb! The salon was clean, everyone said good morning, and theservice was quick.

THE best experience I've had at any nail salon ever and that's a decade of experiences to beat. The owners Alex and Vincent are so meticulous and personable. It's a clean, cozy, new nail salon where they focus on quality over quantity. They paid so much attention to my nail beds, cuticles, massage, color, finish, everything.

I had such a pleasant time here! Celine was the one that did my nails. I have so many good things to say about her. Not only did she took her time with me, but she made sure I feel welcomed. She executed exactly what I had asked for. We talked and laughed. It was such a fun time. I usually hate sitting still to get my nails done, but time went by pretty fast with Celine as your tech. I also had my pedicure done as well. It was a quick one, but it was nice and clean. I loved that this salon throws away used pedicure tools (buffer, callus buffer, nail filer) unlike some places. The owner, Vincent, was also very nice as well. All around, I would DEFINITELY recommend!

Came here for the first time and the owner Vincent made me feel sooo welcomed! The staff there is so friendly and know how to treat their customers. They had just opened so I was able to get 10% off of my pedicure!!!! I got the Coffee Pedicure with French gel polish. The lotions they used smelled amazing!!! I am a coffee girly so this was perfect!! Needless to say my visit there was amazing. I definitely recommend you to stop by if you're around the area or are you looking for a new nail salon.

I have been to the Nail Bar twice now, both experiences were wonderful. The place is cute, clean, has so many stations. I've come both times on a Saturday with no appointment and had no trouble getting in. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, and my nails have turned out exactly how I ask both times. Tom has done both a manicure and pedicure for me and did such a fabulous job! Jenny did my pedicure today and was wonderful as well. They have every option of nails and designs you could think of and I loved that I got my mani and pedi done at the same time. I hate sitting for 2 hours to do each separately. They also have a cute little selection of complimentary drinks, some wine, beer, cocktails, pop, tea, water. Really great experience, I think this is my new nail spot! read more

I made an appointment at 5:30pm today I was trying to make it at 5pm but they had asked me if I could do 5:30 instead I said yeah! I came at 5:30 which was my appointment time I sat in the chair for thirty mins no water for my feet no nothing honestly really upsetting you would expect okay maybe five mins late max ten but thirty minutes it's crazy that's the time of how long the service is! They had said "the appointment aren't forsure and that they take walk ins as priority" so why are appointments advertised? Appointments should be prioritized first then if the client doesn't show in five take the walk in! But I guess not wasted my time my gas they tried to say the tech was finally ready as I was leaving but honestly I rather not do business with a place that doesn't care about peoples time. It's sad because I would go this place frequently but honestly after today and how I was treated I will never be coming back! read more

I've used this nail salon multiple times. Customer assistance has been pleasant. I left my shoes and socks after getting a manicure and pedicure on July 25, 2025. The receptionist, Ceecee (I believe her name is), called to inform me that I had left my shoes. I returned to the store on July 29th to pick up my sneakers. Alex told me he didn't know where they were. Alex mentioned that the cleaning crew must have stored them elsewhere. I left my phone number with Alex so he could call me once he found my sneakers. Alex didn't call for several days. When I called the nail salon, Alex was too busy to speak with me on the phone. How long does it take to find a pair of tennis shoes and socks? Some kind of follow-up would be nice to a customer who has spent money in your establishment for years. read more

This place is a rip off. They do not provide what they advertise. My "manicure" was cuticle cutting and a less than 5 minute hand massage. They also charge to file (not even change the shape or length) your nails!! Such a scam. Do not go here. Idk how they have good reviews on here. read more

Great work, nice location and friendly staff. Only downside for me is that it was $10 more than my usual spots. But I got a dip manicure last weekend and it's still going strong. Gentleman that did it cared about his work, and it showed! He double checked length and shape. Overall super happy & recommend! read more

I got my nails done here because someone suggested that I go here. I did and was not very impressed. I specifically asked for acrylic or dip and they purposefully ignored my request and insisted on doing Gel-X. I am not very happy with my nails, and don't plan on returning here again. The whole time I was there, it felt as if they were trying to upsell me- considering my short nails turned out to be $90. read more

I've gone to this salon twice now and have been very happy with both of my nail sets. I've been in Frisco for over 2 years now and I've had trouble finding a nail salon that was well priced and still was good quality as well. I've finally found my go to place and decided to bring my friends along to get their nails done too. This past Saturday we went and had a great time. The salon is very clean and well kept and the interior design is very nice. Ivy, Daryl, Kate, and Thu did a great job on my and my friends nails. Thu was amazing with her recommendations for my manicure set and overall set a nice experience up for us. I will definitely be requesting her when I go in every time. Kate was so nice as well with my pedicure, very gentle on the massage since I had surgery not too long ago and was very accommodating to my needs. I really appreciate the little details that these nail techs took the time to do for us. Definitely would recommend and can't wait for my next visit! read more

I sent my mom in for a basic manicure with a classic French tip using regular polish. Right away, the nail tech pressured her to get gel, even though she repeatedly said she did not want gel. He went ahead with an orange base that didn't match, then left it half on before redoing it. She had to instruct him to apply clear polish before the French tip. Overall, she was very dissatisfied with the service and the constant push for gel despite clearly stating her preference. read more

LOVE the aura nails i got in the photo down below! we have tried many nail places in the past but this one is by far the best! we had sue and celine for toes and they were also wonderful! it felt very clean, and we loved how it was decorated. this place is such a vibe, definitely recommend! read more

I walked in and got a mani and pedi with gel polish. There was no wait and they weren't too busy, maybe because of the holiday weekend. They did a very good job with both my mani and pedi, they had one person working on my toes and another on my nails. Very efficient. The place is clean and big, they have a lot of tables and chairs and is very pretty inside. The ladies were very nice. I'll be back for sure read more

And a few days after that, I received a message from Ose, the owner (the person who lied to me and said my membership was cancelled weeks earlier). She asked to talk on the phone, I said I would love to have the conversation over text. She wasn't interested in having a paper trail of the conversation, so she never "addressed my concerns" like she said she wanted to. Original review: The owner knows why I'm leaving one star, and so does corporate, but I'll fill in everybody else. I came once to try sugaring and really liked my sugarist - Kelly. Her demeanor convinced me to come back and I decided to get the membership because of her. A few months later, I found out she wasn't going to be working there anymore and this would be our last appointment. My membership was already charged on the first of May, and a week later was our final appointment. The day before, Sugaring LA called and confirmed my appointment. I took that opportunity to cancel my membership, I spoke with the owner herself said she had taken care of it. A few minutes later, I received another call saying my sugarist was no longer available. I said I didn't want an appointment with another sugarist, and they offered the appointment for free. When I said I had already auto-paid on the first of the month, the poor receptionist had no clue what to say. She implied that my membership hadn't been cancelled, but I assumed she was incorrect. I said I had to think about it, and we ended the call. The next day, I got an email confirming my appointment with another sugarist. I was annoyed, since I never agreed to that, but it was after the 8am cutoff and I didn't want to be charged a cancellation fee. When I arrived to my appointment, I attempted to use the restroom, and I noticed there was no toilet paper, so I asked for some. My sugarist (who was a new hire and all alone in the studio) said they didn't have any and the owner was aware of the issue. Not a big deal, just odd. Then, when I was undressed on the table, my sugarist realized the room wasn't stocked with the necessary tools and she had to go to a neighboring room. I felt uncomfortable being undressed with the door open, but again, not a big deal. More than anything, I felt bad that this new hire was in such an awkward situation and was seemingly set up to struggle. She did a great job, and was kind, but after all this I didn't trust that my membership was actually cancelled. Spoiler alert - it wasn't. I spoke with reception and they verified that my account was never cancelled, even though I spoke with the owner, Ose, herself. She had simply lied to me. I'm sure she will make any excuse to minimize that fact. Hilariously, after my appointment, they sent me a text asking from 1-10 how likely would I be to recommend Sugaring LA. A month ago, solely due to the exceptional customer service from the hourly staff, it would've been a 10. Now, solely because of the owner's behavior, it's a 1.

The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. However, what really disappointed me was the lack of attention when I asked multiple times for a cotton ball and foil for my injured nail. I asked three different people and kept getting overlooked, which was frustrating given that I couldn't properly soak or file that nail due to the injury. Another concern came up at checkout. I noticed the price for my manicure was changed at the register compared to what had been written by the nail technician. That felt dishonest and left a bad impression at the end of the visit. Because of those experiences, while the salon is beautiful and the technicians were skilled, I'm not sure I would return anytime soon.

The atmosphere is calm, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and kind, which I really appreciated. I had a young man as my nail tech, and while he was very sweet and clearly trying his best, I think he may need a bit more training, especially with dip powder. I came in with a few dip nails lifting and had to cut them super short. I asked for very short oval or almond-shaped nails, showed reference photos, and politely explained what I was hoping for. However, I had to repeat a few things multiple times, including wanting all my nails the same short length. In the end, the shape came out round, not quite what I asked for, which was disappointing. The appointment took from 12 to 3 PM, and after sitting for so long, my back was in pain. I had to keep shifting and eventually asked to move to a different chair, which they were kind enough to allow, though I wish someone had checked in earlier to make sure I was comfortable. There was also a mix-up with the top coat. When he applied it, it stayed gummy, and the manager or owner had to step in and completely redo the dip, taking time away from another customer. I felt really bad about that. Even after the fix, the final product unfortunately wasn't up to par. It's now only been a week, and the dip is already lifting and catching in my hair, when normally it lasts me three weeks. As for my pedicure, the woman who worked on my toes was great, also very nice and gentle. But again, I had to politely repeat my preferences for shape and length a couple of times before it was right. All in all, the people here are lovely, the salon is immaculate, and there's a lot to appreciate. But from my experience, I'd say there's still room for improvement in technique and customer comfort during long appointments. I also found the price to be a bit higher than expected, especially given the quality and longevity of the dip. I truly hope the young tech gets the training and support he needs. He has a great attitude and demeanor, which is a solid foundation. I'd love to return in the future once they've had a bit more experience under their belt.

She then massages your legs with the lotion/oils that come in the tray. Next they wrap your legs in hot towels (with rose petals which wasn't necessary) but feels nice to get pampered from time to time. I definitely recommend you try this one if you just stick to classic pedicures, it's a bit more in price but well worth it to do every now and then. Your feet will thank you!

I returned Saturday for a correction, but the issue was not resolved. Instead, I left with bubbling nails due to what appeared to be improperly dried dip powder. Without my consent, a gel top coat was applied--even after I expressed that I do not prefer gel. I was then asked to return yet again to speak with the manager, despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach him by phone. Given the time inconvenience and upcoming travel, I requested a refund, which was denied. Now, just days later, the gel coating is peeling as expected. This entire experience reflects poor service, lack of attention to client preferences, and inadequate resolution.
