    Very chill inside

Belle Vue Lounge is located in Disney's Boardwalk Resort right off the lobby. Honestly if you didn't know it existed you would probably miss it. It is extremely small with a fully stocked bar and about 6 seats at the bar, as well as lounge style chairs around the bar and a few outside with views of the boardwalk. Our first couple of times here, we did not have the best experience. But we have given it a couple more tries, and I have to update my views of it. I still am taking away a star due to its size and that there is no snacks or food to purchase here. It is only drinks and their bar is limited. The first couple of times we came here we did not have the best experience. I felt like we were ignored, and the cast members did not really want to help. However, this time we had a great experience, and I think it is more of how it usually is. When we got here, it was very crowded. There were no seats around the lounge and at the time the bar was full. There are 6 seats at the bar. We were just going to grab a drink to go but as we were in line, there were two ladies leaving from the bar. We decided to sit down. I do think the experience was much better at the bar. We had more of an interaction with the cast member and we were able to reorder a drink very easily. I decided to go for a special drink that Megan, (the bartender) makes. An influencer I follow mentioned to ask for a special drink and only Megan could make it. It was an espresso martini, but it had a raspberry hint. I think it might have been Chambord, both times I kept trying to watch her, but she was so fast! It was absolutely delicious. I feel like I had a similar one at Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian, but this had a really nice swirl of chocolate on top. I truly enjoyed this cocktail and ended up getting two. I would recommend, if Megan is there, asking for a Wright Down Main Street. You won't be disappointed. My husband ordered a dirty martini which was good, he felt it could have been "dirtier" but he really enjoyed it. He also ordered a Manhattan which he totally loved. He mentioned it was one of the best that he has had. Overall, I would say this is a nice spot. If you are staying here, its a great place to grab a drink. If I stayed at the Boardwalk, I would probably be there every night. It is very small, not a ton of seats. This is not necessarily the place to go just to have a drink. I wouldn't say make a special trip to the Boardwalk just for Belle Vue. If you are here there, stop by. They have some great cocktails.

Our favorite way to end a night when staying at Boardwalk! The coziest lounge with the best patio. The bartenders are always so friendly and make you feel so welcome! I love trying the different varieties of espresso martinis, my favorite is chocolate covered raspberry! My husband adores the smoked turkey!

This hotel bar is located within the Boardwalk Inn. Although my friend and I were not staying at the hotel, we wanted to grab a drink and walked inside. Even on a Friday night, we were able to get a table to ourselves. This being a small hotel bar, it was quiet enough that you could actually have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. Our waitress was friendly and came right over to take our order. I appreciated that she made sure to bring us over waters as well. We ordered a cosmopolitan and a pineapple Moscow mule, both of which tasted great. Although pretty high in terms of price, $17.50 each, the presentation and atmosphere made up for it. We only had one drink apiece before we decided to move on, but overall this was a nice place to stop for a bit while exploring the boardwalk.

This is a great hidden gem at the Boardwalk Resort! Such great strong drinks, some signature cocktails also. The service was impeccable. It's very casual. Secret tip: open the books on the bookshelves and look inside! Surprise!! Another tip for you - grab food from the Boardwalk and bring it up, you can bring in your own food and order some drinks. There is a tv on the wall playing whatever is on (football game) and lots of comfy seats. One of the best things is during the morning I think they have coffee and pastries and in the evening it's a bar serving alcohol. And it's so convenient - especially if you are staying at the Boardwalk.

While much of the Boardwalk area is in decline, the Belle Vue is still one of favorite hangouts away from the crowds. Service is good and provides coffee options in the morning and adult beverage service later in the day. Unfortunately the lounge did not escape the long arm of Disney's decor updates which helped to de-theme some of the classic vibe. Try the "Orange Blossom Manhattan". It is potent so don't plan on driving afterwards! Thumbs up and would return.

Cozy Disney lounge! Love the vibes of this bar. Great drinks too. Ask Megan what her specialty espresso martini flavor is when you go. She always has the best espresso martini concoctions.

Come for a chill drink away from the Disney chaos. Megan the bartender is so friendly and good at making drinks I seriously for a minute considered leaving my white collar job to be a full time customer. Sit my plumper down and enjoy these cocktails 24/7. Thank you Megan. And Disney's Belle Vue Lounge! Cheers!

This is our favorite place to end our day at Epcot. It is located in the lobby of the Boardwalk and has such a nice atmosphere. We love ordering drinks and sitting out on the balcony. They have a nice liquor and mixed drink selection. For this visit we ordered a rye Manhattan and a Magical Beacon cocktail. Both were well made and delicious just as we've seen in the past. We would recommend this location as we visit every time we are in town.

So we have been here a few times as a chill spot on our way out from EPCOT. The bartender here is amazing and hardworking. This night he was the only one taking care of the bar, lounge and patio area. Amazing. The lounge area is so cool and laid back. Leather high back chairs that were so comfy. Some really cool old timey antiques all around. Took a recording of an old radio broadcast. Cool. The drinks are well done as well. I had a smoked turkey that had wild turkey 101, red stag black cherry bourbon and hickory smoked garnished with luxardo Cherries. Very nice. This is a great spot to unwind after a day at the Epcot festivals. Even if you are not staying T the boardwalk it is a quick walk to the bus stop back to your hotel.

Great place for a quick bite. The croissant sandwich was really pretty good. It had eggs and bacon and was actually pretty good. I can't say enough about the lady that was helping us there. She was bright and cheerful and really put a smile on our faces.

One of the best lounge within the Disney property to cap the night. Almost every chair is comfortable and premium when the place is busy. One can either play a board game or just enjoy each other's company. Ambiance is perfect. Bartender is superb. Service is incomparable.

This hidden gem is a wonderful place for a cocktail before heading out for the evening or a place to end the night. Service is always impeccable ... as is the Smoked Turkey cocktail!

It was neigh impossible having to compete with all the Disney resort guests who get a head start on dining reservations. But one day, we got one! Very exciting. The ambiance is really unbeatable. First of all, you're in the same complex as the giant Epcot ball, which is cool. You have to go up a couple of floors, which makes it feel rooftop, also cool. And then you get in there, and it's the brightest, shiniest thing you've ever seen. It's like you're in a lounge on the USS Enterprise or something, the coolest. The service was top-notch, too. Disney makes so much money, their dining experiences rarely feel understaffed. Very nice people, and a very small menu, which made their ticket times very quick. We didn't wait long for anything. As for the food itself, bangin. We started off with the Funghi Flatbread (Roasted Mushrooms, Miso-Mascarpone, Mozzarella, Fontina, Pickled Cippolini Onion, Black Garlic Molasses). This was very good. The mushrooms were roasted to perfection, the miso adds a nice little funky background to contrast the acid pops from the onion. More funky umami from that blessed black garlic molasses, and I was very surprised with how good this flatbread was. We moved along to the Charcuterie Board (Chef's Selection of Artisanal Cheeses, Cured Meats, and Accompaniments), which was the best board I've had anywhere on Disney property, I swear. Really nice meats, cheeses, accoutrements, a couple different kinds of carb vessels. I loved this. We had something else, too, that I can't find on the online menu right now, which is a good sign. Any menu that seasonally rotates means that someone is paying attention. Another thing going in this place's favor. A final note on the drinks. They had a couple of Zero-Proof Cocktails on the menu, which they actually put effort into. Too many places out there are just mixing different fruit juices together. This place is using actual non-alcoholic spirits. I applaud their effort to inclusivity. Overall, yes, this place Was expensive, you're right. But it was well worth it, I think. Good food, drinks, atmosphere, one of Disney's better recent dining openings.

We were seated at the wheelchair accessible part of the bar, right in front of the bartender. The host joked that that was the best seat in the house, however the bartender was most impersonal, it was hard to hear each other and was strange feeling like we were sitting on the floor compared to the rest of the bar patrons. We were celebrating a birthday but I guess everyone at Disney is celebrating something these days. When we looked around the room, there were plenty of empty tables and seats in the lounge and many of the people sitting at the windows were just on their phones. Drinks are all around $25ish. I asked the bartender for a recommendation and the drink he recommended was not at all enjoyable to drink. We choked down our drinks and decided to move on to our next reservation. A lot of pomp for a let down.

As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

MAGIC KINGDOM NEEDS A LARGER DVC LOUNGE :o)…read more We recently dropped by McKim's Mile House, the Magic Kingdom Disney Vacation Club (DVC) lounge that opened in 2025. We love having the DVC lounge - everyone in our group enjoyed being able to relax and recharge in the AC space with free snacks and beverages (as well as recharge our cell phones). While we wish the decor was on par with the Wilderness Lodge, simply having a quiet place with AC was more than enough for us weary park guests on the warm morning at Magic Kingdom. Try to have your entire group together when checking in with the Cast Member at the door. If there is a wait list, you might not be able to reserve space for friends and family who are somewhere else in the park and on their way to McKim. Our group had split up in the park and six of us immediately went inside the lounge upon checking in - when the rest of our group reached McKim, the lounge was full so they had to wait outside and could not join us until other park guests left the lounge. It was at least a 15 minute wait on an off-peak day (around 11 a.m.). It is unfortunate that McKim's Mile House only has space for 50 or so guests. We later learned from Google that there are around 250,000 DVC members worldwide - we think everyone can agree that Disney's most popular park needs a larger lounge :o)
