When in Youngstown, order the pizza. Belleria is one of many great pizza joints in the area. On my most recent visit I ordered a couple pizzas here to share with my family. It was excellent. Better than anything they have elsewhere in Ohio. Absolutely would order again, especially on a Sunday when some of their competitors are closed. Some tips for this location: 1. On Sundays they don't open until 1PM. Expect an opening rush and possibly a busy signal on the phone. Just call back if you hear this. 2. Call ahead and pick up through the drive through - they've got this process down, they are fast, but don't be surprised if the line of cars has wrapped around the building. 3. Bring cash. They charge extra for credit cards (this was legalized in a 2017 Supreme Court decision in case you were wondering, like I was). Most importantly, enjoy the pizza! read more

Had dinner there on a Sunday. My wife and I had the cavatelli with two meatballs special. Comes with a Hugh salad which was really good and bread. Ate the salad and bread and took most of the covatelli home. Great service and price. Will be back. read more

Best pizza in town. Always has been. The crust is amazing and they have the best sausage. Pizza normally takes 25-30 minutes but its worth every minute. I no longer live in Youngstown but its the only pizza I get when I come to town. And the Wick Ave location is THE BEST. All the other locations do NOT compare. The service slow so not a good place for lunch but the pizza was good. Perhaps it was because they were making the pizza from scratch when we ordered but we waited a good 20 minutes for our Bella pizza. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait. This is probably the best pizza place that I have visited so far in Youngstown. The crust was very well made. This is a chain with several other locations. This location is more like a take out place but it does have tables. We also ordered a Chicken Crispy Salad. The salad came with fries and cheese on top. Very interesting. I don't know if adding fries to salad is a Youngstown tradition but I enjoyed the salad greatly because of the frieds. read more

I just picked a pizza order: a 12-inch with pepperoni and pepper rings and a half sheet spinach pizza. The 12-inch was hot and tasted just right, the half sheet was tepid and bland. I called and complained to "manager" and when asked about where the garlic (flavor) was, she told me garlic has never been part of the spinach pizza flavor. I have been coming to this particular location since it was located on Logan ave and you could always count on the spinach being garlicky and delicious. So I spent $17 on pizza I cannot enjoy. Have had BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCES HERE W/THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The food is good, the place seems clean enough, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE are so bad, it makes me loose my appetite when even THINKING about ordering from this place. I have been in the food industry for over 10 years, & the lack of good customer service this place has; SHOWS. They not only are rude, but they don't give a rats ass about their customers when THEYRE wrong. Have had two issues now w/them due to the employee that they decided to hire onto their payroll. The first time I had any issues w/them is when they said they didn't take a credit card number down, & charged the card, so they made it an issue when I not only had the evidence from the transaction, that posted to my account, but had the screenshot to prove it! (Mind you; have had them deliver to my business for my lunch breaks MULTIPLE times, & have also paid a MINIMUM of 20% towards the tip, to drive in WALKING DISTANCE TO SAID JOB). I came in the very NEXT day, in a GOOD, FRIENDLY manner to wave an olive branch (so to speak), an paid for the order in CASH, & just have the transaction disputed w/the bank the card was associated w/in the first place. NEVER ONCE did they fight the dispute?..HMMMM? SECOND TIME: Same dude who said that he didn't charge any card, took my order wrong. I explained when food was delivered by a fellow co-worker, that I couldn't leave from my job, & that I weren't due to have a 'break' that day. So that I would eat as I work, but hence the reason I couldn't leave. Co-worked brought food back to find out that not only did the same guy take the order down wrong, but also my CC info so that my coworker wouldn't have to pay for said food. Called back up, & calmly & nicely EXPLAINED the situation to the gentleman (who took my order down wrong to begin w/in the first place) to get a call back from the owners young daughter to say I would have to BRING the food back. I explained I weren't able to leave, but if he had a driver come pick up the sandwich w/the new CORRECT one, it wouldn't be an issue. Why should I have to go out of my way for YOUR mistake, & make it inconvenient to me? I SHOULDNT! He then said that he would give me a credit for a new sandwich, & nothing about bringing it back, or even a simple; "I'm sorry". No! Instead I got ATTITUDE, & talked back to act as if I were the bad guy?! When I got a call back from the young lady of the owner & I was told that I could bring it AFTER WORK or the next day, I was baffled as to WHY THAT WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE?! WTF WOULD I DO THAT? I paid to have the CORRECT FOOD. I expected it at a CERTAIN time, & it was EXPLAINED I couldn't leave; otherwise I would HAVE, & even THEN, I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. People make mistakes; but this is the SECOND TIME. Don't hire dummies! Secondly, it's not the MONEY, it's the PRINCIPLE! Bad Karma is a shitty thing when it comes back, but they definitely lost a loyal CUSTOMER! The belleria on Robbins Ave is by far THE BEST that I've gone to! Only been two these two locations, & have to say that the one on WICK Ave by Ursuline HS, SUCKS. Foods good, but not good enough to be treated unkindly!!!! NEVER GOING BACK. read more

Great service from the St. Elizabeth hospital - food is extremely good. Had a drive through which is so convenient.

Placed an order, once I picked it up and got home, they prepared the wrong pizza. When I called back, they told me to bring the wrong pizza back and I would have to pay the difference for the correct pizza. I don't understand why I would have to pay the difference for there mistake, plus have to drive back to get the correct pizza. read more

Really delicious food. I've had their burgers, chicken tenders and pizza and their pizza is incredible. Definitely one of the best pizza places I've had in a long time. It's a family run restaurant. No one typically eats inside, although it's an option if you'd like. I typically order to go and go through their drive-thru to pick up my order. Love it there read more

Food is decent . Spaghetti sauce is an absolute joke though, really hope it comes out of a can and that they don't actually put any effort into making it because it's basically just tomato water. But the reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the service. I called on a Sunday night 50 MINUTES before closing, and was told that they're not taking anymore orders. You mean to tell me you can't make me a damn pizza in 50 MINUTES? I hung up the phone. They will not get any more service for me, that is a shame because I was an avid customer. read more

Rude and condescending was the attitude I received from the owners daughter when I ordered tonight. She argued the menu with me as I was looking at it on line. I almost hung up on her and took my business elsewhere. My husband heard great reviews of the pizza so I completed my order. Pizza was well above average. This pizza is absolutely atrocious. Sauce is awful and tasteless. Crust isn't satisfying. The cheese just slides right off. Super disappointing and will not be returning in the future. read more
