Very expensive, which ok, the pizza is decently tasty, but the staff is just SO rude. The woman seemed completely annoyed that I even walked in the door. She didn't smile, didn't say anything except "your name??" I told her my name, she got my box, shoved it across the counter, and turned and walked away. We stopped by the Bella Napoli Pizza and Pasta in Canfield for lunch. The service was outstanding! It was friendly and engaging. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs. It came with rolls and salad. Everything was very good. The portion sizes were big. We loved the salad dressing. The spaghetti and meatballs were awesome. The only thing I regret is not taking photos of this delicous lunch. Owners (wife and husband) were really friendly and welcoming. The wife was extra sweet to my son. It seems like they're hard working Italian immigrants based on their accents. The menu is vast with great options. We got cheese ravioli, gnocchi and a sausage penne dish that all came with side salads (with green olives, grape tomatoes, red onion, carrots, black olives, AND an olive oil/vinegar dressing already on it) and seemingly homemade rolls sprinkled with herb, garlic and Parmesan. This is just an average pizza place. Service was great, large menu with nice lunch menu. Serve canned mushrooms on the pizza, which is a no for me. I love to use Yelp to find the top rated places for certain foods. Youngstown has a ton of pizza places so I was looking for the best. Bella Napoli came up as 4 1/2 stars with quite a few reviews. (There were 5 star places, but they only had less than 10 reviews). I ordered a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers in the New York style crust. The cheese, pepperoni, sauce and banana peppers were great quality, but the crust was really dense and difficult to bite through. Once I finally tore off a bite, all the topping came with it. So, for the pizza, it was just okay 3 of 5. The people working inside were great, friendly and quick. I'd give them 5 out of 5! read more

To start this review, I would like to explain that I come from a family of pizza connoisseurs. These people LOVE pizza.. I LOVE pizza. I have had pizza from all over the place and it's hard for me to say, "This is the best pizza I've ever had," but this... in fact, just might be the best pizza I've ever had. The dough is absolutely exquisite. Now, the sauce to pizza ratio is also perfect. You don't even want to get me started on the cheese. Nice and stringy, great cheese pull when you take a bite. One of my coworkers is from New York City, this girl walked around the big Apple everyday after school eating pizza and she RAVES about this place. This girl knows some of the best pizza, and here she is raving about a little pizza shop in the heart of Canfield, Ohio. I knew it had to be good, so I finally tried it LAST WEEK, and since then I have gotten it THREE times. That's how good it is. If you're near Canfield, don't even mess around with anything else. You want a nice pie from Bella Napoli. You will thank me. There is also a lot more on the menu that I still have to try, which I will do here soon. The food is incredible. And the woman at the front desk was SO friendly. I watched a cook tell a family they will make a new pizza for free to accommodate for an allergy and he was super reassuring. Wow! The BOMB!We just had dinner at the Bella Napoli. We had the Italiano Pizza, and it was really good. The dining room was clean and had about 8 to 10 tables. It was very quiet during our visit with just a few people picked up pizza. Our very young waitress was very sweet, cheerful, and attentive. Everyone was very friendly during our visit. My only issue was the restroom as it could have been a little more tidy. When I came out of the restroom I could see the kitchen, and it was very clean. I decided to stay since the kitchen looked so nice. I'm so glad I did because I would have totally missed out. read more

Surprised at the prices at this place for being in rural Ohio but the place was busy so what do I know. I know I won't be back. Crust was over work and was like eating beef jerky. We had the margarita and the sauce and fixings were tasty but that crust thing was a bummer. Also had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was better than the margarita that is why it gets 3 stars. Ordered 24 wings 1/2 hot and 1/2 bbq. Very typical wings with nothing to really get excited about, they were just wings. Will continue my search for good pizza in this area. read more

Great New York style pizza! I love pizza of all types and they have excellent thin crust New York style pizza. The owner is definitely Italian and has the Old country Italian accent, so the pizza is definitely authentic. One of the toppings I ordered was sweet peppers (they also had green peppers and hot peppers). I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sweet peppers was a mixture of red peppers, orange peppers, yellow peppers, and green peppers, which were all very sweet. Sometimes green peppers can be bitter, but the ones in their sweet peppers were not. Since I love pizza, I ordered the jumbo... It was a 20 inch pie! Big pizzas are great because there are leftovers for breakfast the next day I hate when you order a large pizza somewhere and it's only 14 inches. read more
