    Pork banh Mi
    Nisha N.

10/10. I found this place by accident while getting food next door . I've been wanting a Banh mi for months and decided to give them a try since I was there. Listen, the spices and seasoning they add to the pork is fantastic! The sandwich its self was a little small to me compared to others I have had, but the taste was excellent! The place is really cute too

Belle's pho with filet mignon, brisket, and meatballs

Belle's Craft Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant located off Debbie ln in Mansfield, TX serving quality dishes such as noodle soups, rice plates, and more! I came by on a weekday during lunch to grab a quick bite and entered the fine establishment and was greeted right away. Inside is beautifully decorated and well-lit that set the tone and ambiance. As soon as I sat down, I was presented a nice colorful pictured menu and was given a water vase with cold water and a cup. The menu is limited to about 6 dishes which is perfectly fine due to the fact this restaurant is based on quality over quantity. I went ahead and ordered the Belle's Pho which came with filet mignon, brisket, and meatballs. In no time the pho was gently prepared and laid beneath my eyes in a lovely presentation with a nice silver bowl sitting above a plate that was garnished with crisp bean sprouts, fresh vibrant Thai basil, jalapeño slices, and a lime wedge. The pho broth was filled to the rim and was layered with rare thinly cut slices of steak, and brisket with the meatballs floating in the fatty glistening beef bone broth. The soup was topped off with sliced white onions, and roughly coursed chopped cilantro and green onions. The broth was very light but yet flavorful packed with the aroma of star anise, cloves, and cardamon and a tad pinch of cinnamon essence. The star of the show was the wide noodles they use vice the standard thin noodles. The noodles were cooked Al dente and had the perfect snap back when biting into them. Belle's Craft Kitchen delivers great tasting healthy food in a customer service driven restaurant. I'll definitely be back to try the other dishes such as the grilled pork chop rice plate or the red wine braised short ribs.

First time trying this place, I came with my mom and it was very clean inside with lots of room to sit down and casual ambience. We were greeted with a smile and we were able to order right away. The staff was very friendly and when we got our food, it looked and smelled delicious. My mom and I were both very satisfied with our meal and will definitely be back to try it again.

Parents and all the yummy food!

Always yum, I've tried pretty much everything on the menu at this point. Best banh mi and baguettes in Arlington. Super kind servers and food is always hot and well portioned!! Happy to have this instead of Charr'd (sorry Charr'd).

    Tweenager Approved Rice Plate!

We literally just got home from our first visit to Belle's Craft Kitchen, and could hardly wait to Yelp it! Located in the same space where Char'D used to be, Belle's also offers Vietnamese cuisine but with more focus on a handful of great plates. The few dishes they do, they do so well. The meat on both my sandwich and the rice plate were well-marinated, flame-kissed, and completely consumed by both our kids. Why not five stars: 2/4 items brought to us were wrong, despite pointing to the words on the menu for the server. They're still learning, and I'm certain I'll be back when they're better trained. Maybe numbering the items could keep things clear, even with a short menu. Also, prices are higher than what we're used to paying for Vietnamese food in this area. Still, I look forward to coming back with other adults who appreciate the craft of cooking.

Vermicelli with pork and egg rolls

Came here for some Vietnamese food. The place is very clean and I like the decor. We were welcomed right away and were directed to where we could make our order. When we ordered, we didn't realize that we got charged for a different dish and that's what was given to us, but the staff was really apologetic about it and corrected our order. We got the vermicelli with pork and egg rolls and though it was a bit pricy for the portion given, it was very flavorful, fresh and delicious. Definitely a place to try if you're in the area and/or craving some yummy Vietnamese food.

Must have: Loaded grilled baguette, hu tieu Satay Nice to try: Honey Mango Tea, Java Jelly + Fresh Sea Cream (caution: if you don't like jelly drinks or slightly salty drinks, this may not be for you) Fast and courteous service, delicious food, great atmosphere, good prices this place is great. The menu isn't 14 pages long, they make a few items and they make really good. The kitchen is open and there's lots of tables. Will definitely be back to try more. Only downside: bathroom floor looks rough, but the bathroom itself is very clean.

This is prob the best pho I ever have. I have tried lots of pho places from east coast to west coast including California with west minister locations and nowhere beats this place. I got the belle pho with brisket, meatball and tendons and the meat was very tender and well done not overcooked. The broth tasted perfect for me without needing to add additional lime. Noodle was well done. Price is reasonable and cheaper than most pho places. Everything in this pho bowl tastes perfect and come together in harmony. Tried their grilled baguette and it is soooo gooooooood and very creative. I highly recommend this spot to anyone and I am def returning here in future

I was NOT pleased with the food. Upon entry, we were seated quickly, but the server was too busy conversing with his co-workers to come and take orders. The entree's and eggroll appetizer lacked flavor. That night, I was surprised to see Vietnamese people consumers. Not sure if it was due to convenience. I am Vietnamese and not pleased as previously mentioned. The eggroll paper was crispy; however, the filling ‍. If I was a server or restaurant owner, I would consider reducing the cost of food if you're not going to serve adequate portions. The rice plate was more than a disappointment. The bi, ‍‍, also a no go. The mango tea was the best thing BUT the amount of ice used in comparison to the tea's portion was also a disappointment. The atmosphere is ok. It's your typical restaurant. I will NOT come back nor will I refer the establishment to friends/family. The water container's lid was more than disgusting .. it looks like mildew on the mouthpiece.

This place is so cute! Each table had a carafe with ice cold water which is super nice because we were able to fill our own water cups and not wait for the server for refills. I ordered the Belle's Pho and it was delicious. Broth was very flavorful and there was a lot of meat in it. The menu is limited but I plan to return and eat my way through it. Our waitress kept checking on us. When we were ready to pay, our waitress came to us and we paid right then and there. Overall, great service and delicious food!

    Chicken Pho

The food came out fast and was hot. A bit disappointed that they used beef broth for all the pho's because our party had a pescatarian that was going to get the shrimp pho until we learned the broth was beef.

Belle pho my wife had and filet mignon pho closest to you.

The food is really incredible. The broth on the filet mignon is unbelievable so rich the service is extremely friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Can't wait to come back and try some more of the items on their menu.

    Coffees and eggrolls
    Doug D.

This place actually replaced one of my favorite restaurants ever, Chard. We got the egg rolls and coffees to start, the egg rolls were very good and the coffee was strong. We got the egg dipping dish and a non pho soup for the entrees. The lady was very nice and helped us order the food also came fast. The egg dipping dish was absolutely amazing, just so flavorful. The soup was amazing, it's a broth but she said it's not Pho. It's pretty standard inside nothing fancy but plenty of room. I really liked this place, will be back soon.

I have not had one thing here that I didn't like. Usually have either the pho tai, the pork vermicelli bowl or the fried noodles with all the stuffs. The shaken beef used to be exceptional as they included garlic cloves that were well cooked and soft and just overall yummy but I guess they changed the recipe because there are no longer those luscious garlic cloves in the dish. Shame that. But everything else has stood the test of time and fills the tummy with that yummy warm goodness that makes one feel loved and cared for. Keep up the good eats!

I ordered the P7 which consist of Eye-of-Round Steak, Beef Flank & Fatty Brisket (Pho Tai Nam Gau). The soup came with bean sprouts, fresh basil leaves, lime, and jalapenos. Along with onions and cilantro. They didn't short you of anything. A lot of meat was given. The pho itself was between $13-15. Also depending on which pho you decide to pick because the meats are different for each choice. I also had a mango boba smoothie which I wasn't the biggest fan but it did the job. Inside was clean, and quiet. Not packed at all. The staff at the front greeted me upon arrival. I didn't wait very long to receive my food. By the time I got home everything tasted good.
