Dropped in here for an early dinner. When I arrived no one else was there. The dining area is clean and comfortable. The lighting in very dim and would serve anyone going on a first date well. The noise level is also quiet which would help with having conversations. The service was great, the women working there was nice and came by many times. The food was good. Due to seafood allergies, I typically get the avocado roll and this one was very pretty and looked sort of artistic. The fried rice was also very good by I recommend not getting the beef. This is a very intimate restaurant found in Grand Prairie, TX. The decor is very nice and inviting. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt. I was able to place and receive my to-go order in less than 10 minutes. They do offer lunch specials which was nice, as I was dining on my lunch break. My only criticism would be with the meat to rice ratio in the beef fried rice. There was waaayyy too much rice, and not enough beef. Flavor was good though. read more

We came at a very off time...our server was excellent and she knew the menu inside and out. Her suggestion for me (a vegetarian) was perfect. My husband and I split the salad rolls which were simple but absolutely perfect for a hot day. My husband's ginger chicken was very flavorful and yummy. My spicy noodles with veggies was good, but both my husband and I favorite part of the meal was the mango sticky rice. We are here after a visit to Epic Water Park. We were super hungry. We ate at 3:30 and were the only customers. The restaurant was small and quaint. The staff were wonderful. We will definitely be back for the great service and the food was amazing. Everything was fresh. The Marilyn Mon Roll was great. I hadn't had a soy paper roll before but it was amazing and the sauce was the perfect addition. My husbands Cashew Chicken and Shrimp was flavorful and the cashews were still crunchy-perfect. The Crystal Glass Noodles were mind blowing. I was not expecting that much flavor to come from a simple dish, it was so amazing. Was met with an adorable waitress who was quick with service, all 3 of my sushi dishes came out very quickly and they were delicious, pineapple curry was also tasty. The shop is small, especially with them moving tables six feet apart, but we saw more people getting to-go food than eating in. My friend ordered the Sushi roll lunch special which came with a roll of her choice, salad, and a piece each of shrimp and crab on rice. I decided I was hungrier than that and ordered a normal eel roll and a normal shrimp tempura roll. Our food came out pretty quickly, which I was happy about. My rolls were fresh and so yummy, and I appreciated that they made sure to take all of my allergies into account. Today I tried the crab wonton, Tom kha soup, simply pad Thai, and spicy Thai basil. The crab wontons tasted great and were not lacking filling. The tom kha soup was not bad but could have used more coconut, lemongrass, and lime. The spicy Thai basil with chicken was very good. The simply pad thai was pretty good as well. When I do come here I always hope for the best, however the food disappoints. This is a small restaurant near the Target shopping center and the service is always great, however the food has been mediocre at most. I ordered the lunch special, which is reasonably priced with rice, egg roll, soup or salad and a dish. I ordered the stir fry garlic with chicken. The fried rice had no taste so I would have preffered the white rice in this dish. The sauce had more of a soy sauce taste than garlic and the dish came with most veggies not fully cooked than chicken. While my first visit was good, my second visit was not. I ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp and a philadelphia roll. Both should be really simple to accomplish for any sushi place. The first spring roll had so much green onion that is all i tasted, like i bit right into a sprig of green onion. There was maybe 2 pieces of small shrimp in each. It was all vegetable, mostly lettuce. Very disappointing. The philadelphia roll was unusually small and the fillings were barely existent. Sam's Club makes better sushi than this.
