I've found that it brews nicely with an Aeropress and with a Chemex. Different methods of extraction but both are enjoyable. I default to the standard James Hoffmann recipe for the Aeropress, alternating with the Jonathon Gagne recipe. For Chemex, I use the FourSix method. Highly highly recommended.

First off, most things are open air and it's kinda warm (hot) out right now; but this place has cold air conditioning! Beautiful exterior with neatly trimmed vines surrounding the entrance and two hanging chairs. The inside has seating for about twelve people and is nicely decorated. We ordered two cold brews and a bagel with cream cheese. The cold brew was amazing and the bagel was presented beautiful on a handmade plate with the cream cheese in a handmade bowl. The girls working the counter were great! We will be back for coffee in the morning.
