Da Vinci dental was able to bring that confidence for me and I am very very happy I chose to go with their clinic. First off, Beau and Andrew are extremely knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic dentistry. They are extremely professional and the office staff and ambience in general is very welcoming. They stand by you in every step of the process to ensure you're having the smoothest experience possible. As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.

The office itself is very large and spacious, but it's the incredible staff that truly makes the difference. From the moment my two young girls (ages 4 and almost 6) and I arrived, we were welcomed with warm greetings from Britt Ann, the Front Desk Manager. The team instantly made my girls comfortable, which is key for any parent, especially at a dental office. If my girls are comfortable, than I am comfortable! Dr. Go was our dentist. Once we were in the exam room, Dr. Go and a couple assistants came in to help and chat/help with the girls. ALl of them were fantastic at explaining everything clearly to me, but also explaining what they would do to my girls and built a good foundation of trust from the get go. My kids weren't scared or nervous at all. They probably didn't even realize they were at the dentist! The following day, I came back to get my dental cleaning (it's that time of year for all of us to get our teeth checked). And again, the level of care was nothing short of exceptional. Many staff members went out of their way to stop in and say hello, even if I wasn't their specific patient. Dr. Go was my dentist as well. And to no surprise, she was very patient with me, and explained every step of the process to me very clearly, and outlined what areas I should focus on brushing on better at home. I felt completely at ease throughout my entire visit. If I had to say there was one thing the office could work on, I would suggest having better signage out on the main room as it was hard to find the entry off of the street my first time getting there (the office is in the back of an office complex). Not to get too graphic,…read morebut I suffered an event where I lost multiple teeth and had severe facial trauma, and he was able to prevent me having to get a dental implant. He completely saved what he could of the shards of my front teeth that were left and he gave me one of the most beautiful smiles. I get compliments on it daily. Dr. Barron also does my Botox for my TMJ and he is one of the very few dentist in the entire Seattle area who does that and he is fabulous with his placement and use of Botox. If you're looking for the best dentist in Seattle for any and all of your dental needs, choose him. You'll not find a more compassionate, competent, wonderful dentist. Trust me I've had over $150K work done in my mouth over 30 years and he is by far the top shelf, the best of the best. I cannot recommend him enough.
