Nicely setup for children. We were impressed by the nurse who came to the appointment. She was very playful and made the experience as fun as it could be for my daughter (offering toys, snack, etc.) Doctor was fine, although her recommendation for how to brush teeth did not work for us (made it stressful) and we had to explore other ways. Front desk was giving us a hard time with forms. I find it time consuming to fill forms and they usually don't get looked at by providers and they ask the same questions during the visit! But once forms were done I had a decent experience with them in a subsequent interaction over the phone. All in all it's a decent office and we will continue to go there for now. read more

Today's extraction experience with my son was the most thoughtful, patient and swiftly methodical experience I have ever had in a medical office. This is a very warm place and you don't feel like they are trying to sell you something. My kids like routine and process so as soon as you walk into the back for your appointment, they get to pick the toothpaste for cleaning their teeth and some other dental cleaner. Once the appointment completes, they are given a bag with a toothbrush and a coin so they can "purchase" an item from one of their old school candy dispenser which does not dispense candy. My kids just love it. The whole staff (front desk, dental hygienists, and Dr Nolan) are all very great with the kids. My kids are constantly asking questions and need to touch everything. The staff is able to handle the kids and get the work done. Giving them 5 because I feel like they go the extra mile to make it a fun experience for the kids. read more

After reading all the bad reviews at YELP, I can see that this confirms my thoughts of them soaking the insurance companies! Very non professional. I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! We took our 9 YEAR OLD son to have a regular cleaning at Bellevue Pediatric Dentistry at Bellevue, WA. The Dental Assistant was so rough and made my son's gums bleed excessively on purpose. She said "See all this bleeding? You have so much plaque under the gums". Then she left to talk to the Dentist (Dr. Garcia). Dr. Garcia came and told me that my 9 YEAR OLD son needed to schedule for a "deep cleaning" because she couldn't work like that with all the bleeding. She did NOT finish cleaning my son's teeth! She accused my 9 YEAR OLD son of NOT flossing. Dr. Garcia told me my 9 YEAR OLD son needed to have a root canal and he needed an extraction. So, I left, very confused and ridicule. I took my 9 YEAR OLD son to a different Dental Clinic and my 9 YEAR OLD son DO NOT have excessive plaque, not heading towards gum disease, and lo and behold... and he do not need a root canal or an extraction!!! There is nothing wrong with my 9 YEAR OLD son's teeth!! Confirmed by the clinic! Just had a cleaning today and almost no bleeding. Amazing how Bellevue Pediatric Dentistry can get away with lying to their patients and screwing over the insurance companies and medical assistance!!! They should be investigated!!! read more

Dr. Nolan and his assistant were both amazing with my almost 3 year old son. It was his first time in the big chair on his own and he did great! I forget the assistants name but she was wonderful. She took her time and made sure to explain everything to him before she did it. He earned a coin by sitting in the big chair which he got to use in a vending machine for a treat of his choice(small bouncy ball). The ladies at the front desk are great as well. Super friendly and all smiles! Who would have thought going to the dentist could be so great! I love that he is in such great hands. read more
