I found that you could get many of the staple items at nearby competitors for nearly half the price. I thought they offered unique products in the meals to go section for a reasonable price point. I would recommend the mini snackle boxes and raw pressed juices. Those could actually be useful for a nearby beach trip and I liked that they use glass jars. The woman running the cafe section of the store was very hospitable, but as other Yelpers have mentioned some of the other store associates were less than enthused. I kind of get it though, Newport's upper echelon isn't the easiest clientele to interact with so I would probably get a little stoic over time as well.

If I was staying in the area for a longer duration and buying groceries, I would pick up another bag of those 'Not Your Mama's Bars'. The sweet potato fries that came with the burger were the real stars of the meal. They were home cut sweet potatoes that were cut into large wedges and seasoned with light salt and pepper and baked. Not greasy, they were super soft and tasted great with Siracha and Ketchup. I don't think I'll be back again since the burger was one of the non-vegetable options, and I have had better. But it had a lot of those vegetable wraps and everything else... So if a friend takes you here and you aren't into the "Super Green Food" concept, don't be scared, they have real food too...
