The parking lot is quite spacious, but the plaza only offers paid parking, however you can get your parking validated with purchase at any store in the plaza with proof of parking ticket. The store itself was clean, rather spacious, and well organized with clearly labeled aisles and pricing. I found that you could get many of the staple items at nearby competitors for nearly half the price. I thought they offered unique products in the meals to go section for a reasonable price point. I would recommend the mini snackle boxes and raw pressed juices. Those could actually be useful for a nearby beach trip and I liked that they use glass jars. The woman running the cafe section of the store was very hospitable, but as other Yelpers have mentioned some of the other store associates were less than enthused. I kind of get it though, Newport's upper echelon isn't the easiest clientele to interact with so I would probably get a little stoic over time as well.

I come in often after a workout to get some delicious caffeine that makes me feel refreshed and energized, any one of Tracy's yummy and healthy shakes that leaves me feeling satisfied, and I also come for the good vibes. Tracy is a thoughtful host, generous with her knowledge and her uplifting energy and an equally wonderful person who I've grown to be good friends with. She's created a warm atmosphere and has attracted a special community here in Newport that I always look forward to returning to. You will always leave here feeling better than you came in. :) The skittles tea is one of my favorites with ANY of the shakes especially the ones with peanut butter! Before we drove back home to Jersey, we stopped at The Power of Juice in MIddletown and bought some juices and a bag of 'Not Your Mama's Bars' for the road. Pricey but very good! If I was staying in the area for a longer duration and buying groceries, I would pick up another bag of those 'Not Your Mama's Bars'. They are very dense but packed with good ingredients that keep you full and energized. The juices were good, but the real star were those bars IMO.

Now, I am not a shake gal - I prefer to eat my calories - and every healthy concoction I've tried up until I stumbled upon this wondrous spot has tasted chalky, artificial, or worse. Not so at Slim Possible, whose numerous flavor offerings run the gamut from Coconut Cream Pie (when the cheerful cashier asked if I wanted an Oreo layer blended into my shake, my answer was tears of joy and a resounding HECK YES), to a convincing Lemon Poppyseed, which tastes like a liquified version of the popular cafe treat. No matter what you go with, you won't be disappointed. I'm still working my way through their massive menu, and I look forward to updating this review when I get a chance to go again. Next on my list? Cranberry-Orange! Slim Possible is nestled in a small business plaza off a main road in Middletown, and can be easy to miss while driving by. For the price, I thought they would be a little bigger, but they weren't bad... They were cooked decently, still juicy and not dried out, and the sweet potato fries were outside. The sweet potato fries that came with the burger were the real stars of the meal. They were home cut sweet potatoes that were cut into large wedges and seasoned with light salt and pepper and baked. Not greasy, they were super soft and tasted great with Siracha and Ketchup. I don't think I'll be back again since the burger was one of the non-vegetable options, and I have had better. But it had a lot of those vegetable wraps and everything else... So if a friend takes you here and you aren't into the "Super Green Food" concept, don't be scared, they have real food too...
