Kim was honestly the only website that I came across that seemed authentic and genuine (plus she was super transparent in everything, which I really valued and set her apart. No hoops or calls or emails to find out all the details and pricing or reviews or information). I could easily tell that this was something she cared deeply for and was putting all of herself into. Once we chatted, I knew that this was the person I could trust to do my brows-- the one thing I have complained about for the past two years. Being me, I came in with a ton of different questions about how everything was going to go down. Kim is kind, warm, and enthusiastic. She makes you feel immediately at ease. Once we got started, she let me check, change, and check again before we ever even got to the microblading process. We are both perfectionist and she took her time to make sure I knew exactly what they were going to look like (and let me tweak thing when I change my mind). The time passed in a flash and we had a great time throughout the process. Kim answered every question I had, let me look at alllll the tools and products (plus ask more questions), and just generally made me feel so comfortable and informed about every step of the process. I knew exactly what was happening during every second of the process. Most importantly, I came out of our time together being so excited about the work she did. I love my brows now and I am so impressed with how they turned out. I came in not really know what to expect but I was truly blown away by the results. Even after my touchup appointment, I got a little sad that I wont be coming back again for a little while. I'm thankful that I put off my decision for so long because it gave me time to find someone who is a champion for their clients and makes them feel heard and cared for throughout the entire process. When I moved to the area the search for a new place began. I feel like I got the jackpot finding Lash Folk. Seriously. Laura has been incredible across the board. Ease of booking, communication, energy, the space and the application. All perfect. Her skill and attention to detail is top notch. My lashes look good and FEEL good. She spends time talking about the desired look sharing her professional opinion. Thanks to that my lashes look better than they have in 10 years. After my first appointment my husband complimented my lashes for the first time ever. He said, "wow! Your lashes actually look really good. They make your whole face prettier but they're also more subtle than they used to be. Definitely go to her again." My whole family also noticed and said they look really well done, too.
