I always have an awesome experience whenever I visit. The staffs are great! They honestly have the best customer service I've experienced at a spa and salon! I always feel welcomed and informed on the services being done. (There has been a couple miscommunication on their part, but that's normal, and they compensate for it.) They're very prompt on answering any questions and concerns via email, text, or call. And the prices are freaking amazing! I can't believe their deals compared to other places; I don't think you can find these prices elsewhere! I found Belleza on a groupon deal, over nine months ago and have been going there ever since. I had horrible acne scarring from a bout of 'adult acne'. I went to a doctor and two other aestheticians with all of them giving me zero hope. My first visit, I felt very comfortable and was so relieved that Bailey was confident she could help my situation. Had a facial with Bailey today. While she is pleasant, it was less than average facial. I have had many, many facials. I have no idea exactly what products they are using, but she only used about 3 things on me. She spent most of the time massaging my head and very lightly rubbing my shoulders. The moisturizer she left on me smells like a cheap version of a drug store lotion, not a spa quality product. The rest of the products seemed fine but not this one. Additionally, She had just finished her lunch before my facial, so her breath was heavily onion scented. This is not pleasant when she is right in your face. The facial was through an on-line coupon or groupn -on so I'm glad I didn't pay much. It was supposed to be an hour it was 45 mins. read more

I had several treatments here, and I WANTED to like it, but there were a number of factors that just didn't make it for me. First, I never once saw them change the covers on the treatment tables. I arrived several times while the person before me was still in the room. They came out, paid and left, and I was ushered in. Same linens. Big ick factor. Second, Melanie talked incessantly about the kids she is raising - her sisters- and spent far too much time telling me what a bad parent her sister is, and how she, Melanie, has it all figured out. Um, maybe, but classless, and not why I'm here. Lastly, she twice burned my skin during a photo facial. It wasn't just a 'reaction' as it didn't happen every time, and was only in one spot, where she did it twice in the same place because she was too busy trash-talking her sister. The second time (and last time I visited) was months ago, and the mark is still visible. You can see the hard line where the edge of the laser was pressed against my skin. Their lasers do not work. Went there for over a year for numerous laser hair removal treatments and you could not tell i have ever gotten a single treatment. I still have ALL my hair and just wasted a lot of money. Do not go here for laser hair removal. I would not recommend going here for any kind of injections as well, they reuse needles. They sterilize the needles, but if you are getting botox or some kind of injection just know that they are not using a brand new needle on you... beware of this place read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA! The owner, Melanie, administered an IPL that has left visible scars on my face and now, I am seeing more after effects: wrinkles, orange peel type texture and pock marks. NEVER had any of these awful things on my face. I went in thinking that my skin would improve and now I look 10 years older! She refused to give me a refund, but instead, offered more services for the cost. Do you think I am dumb enough to go back to her? No way. I believe its time to file a complaint with DORA. read more

Buyer beware! The lasers here do not work--there is a reason they are more affordable than other places. I had IPL done on face, chest, arms, and legs. I have had multiple IPL treatments at other places that were all very effective and chose Belleza for full body because it was half the cost of my usual place. The laser hurt as if it was working, however, it was COMPLETELY ineffective. Waste of time and money. I showed them the lack of results 2 weeks later, and they told me it was likely my skin type that was the problem--which makes absolutely no sense becuase I have light skin with dark age spots. read more

I'm so glad I found Melanie. I actually came to her pretty happy with my skin but she gave me some advice that has revolutionized my skincare routine. Furthermore, on her advice I went ahead and did a photofacial and within a few days I'm shocked at my appearance. Acne scars, sun spots and skin unevenness that I had resigned myself to living with starting from the age of 14-16 are 80% diminished. I had huge parentheses lines on either side of my mouth when I smiled and now the skin is plumped up and evened out. I'm a tough critic but even I would say that I look 5 years younger. I'll get the recommended course of photofacials and stay on the maintenance treatments because I've never looked better. Melanie is so very knowledgeable and kind. Also - she just hired my favorite injectionist, Becky Reece-Porter! They are going to be the dynamic duo because even on their own they were A++. I've already scheduled my next visit! read more

Unfortunately, I had a very ineffective service here. No results whatsoever. When Melanie contacted me, she half heartedly tried to resolve the issue but was also trying to convince me that I had melasma which is why I got zero visible results. Well, not only do I NOT have any melasma anywhere, if I did, the technician should have let me know I was not a good candidate for the procedure. You get what you pay for which in my case was a cheap, ineffective and inexperienced service. I do not recommend this place. read more

I have been to many high-end derms and estheticians that I've seen on tv or read about in magazines in CA , I have spent a lot of money yet never saw much results in my skin. I am not interested in treatment rooms with marble floors and crystal chandeliers, but rather caring, knowledgeable staff that are truly committed to the health and beauty of my skin. I never feel rushed at Belleza and they do not double book. Their prices are more than fair, which allows me to have treatments done on a regular basis. Melanie is a true artist and takes her time to provide a very thorough treatment. I have had treatments done elsewhere where it took me more time to pay than for the treatment itself to be preformed, so of course I saw no result. I have had three micro needles in the past in AZ and worked at a laser clinic that did micro needles so I do know what im talking about when it comes to them. So when I moved to CO I saw a deal on groupon for $83 for one I thought GREAT! When I got there for some reason the lady did not know what treatment I was doing even though we talked about it quite a while on the phone. When she took me to the back room she asked me if I would like numbing cream and if I did it would be an extra $20. When I said "you know we are doing a micro needle right?" She answers yes. I told her how can you get a micro needle without numbing cream she says some people do it but its extremely painful. WHAT! I have never heard of such a thing. Who would ever let their patients get that kind of treatment without numbing and then say we can numb you but you have to pay for it. I was outraged so I told them I would not get the treatment done. So just to make sure I wasn't crazy when I found another micro place I asked them their thoughts on the matter and they were horrified any business would allow their patients to go through such a painful thing without numbing and then on top pay for it! I bought a Groupon here for Laser Hair Removal and from scheduling the first appointment I thought it was a bit strange that the appointment times were so long but I thought that must be a just a glitch of their online scheduling program. Other places I've done laser hair removal I was in and out in 15 minutes tops. I show up and everything was fine but they had a very different "laser" that I'd seen before and sure enough this place it took over an hour for my 3 body parts. It was a mystery that I finally solved when talking to a friend who when I explained the process told me it was really IPL and not Laser. One of my later appointments I was left with little pin point like burns which turned into little scabs up and down my legs that hurt for 3 days. At this point I was almost done with my year of treatments, which I did regularly until my last appointment which I cancelled first thing the morning of my appointment when I woke up with a wicked sinus cold and there was no way I could lay flat on my back and stomach for an hour. Turns out they are very serious about their $50 cancellation charge regardless of your emergency. No call back saying: hey we got your message sorry to hear your sick but if you don't make your appointment this afternoon we'll have to charge you; it just showed up on my credit card statement. After a year (minus one last treatment) of regular 6-8 week appointments I find that hair growth is slower but I'm still shaving.
