Sitting in the parking lot writing this This is my 2nd time here Worst massage i have ever received I asked if it was okay for me to be a walk in they said yes I asked for 90 min they said they could only do 60 without an appointment i said that was fine I checked the clock as I was getting undressed it was 3:20pm I felt they were taking a little long to attend me it was 3:30pm when they began my massage I'm not sure what was happening as i do not understand the language but the 2 workers were arguing pretty loudly (my masseuse and the other worker) as she was doing my massage The massage felt as though she was just trying to rush through it so she can go outside and speak to the other worker In the middle of my massage she said i'll be back in 5min She went and spoke to the worker and came back and again felt as if she was rushing through the massage She ended the massage and thanked me I checked the time because it felt pretty short and it was 4:15 She did a 45 min minus the 5 when she left to go talk I brought it up to her attention and she was arguing with me that it was an hour i asked for the difference back and she accused me of not wanting to leave tip I honestly did not want to leave tip as i don't think she deserved it but i still left $10 which is 20% and she still pretty much was like "yeah yeah yeah okay bye" like just wanting me to leave I will never come back here again never have i received such bad service ANYWHERE read more

Life has always been physically demanding. Long hours on the road, 40+ hrs inside a hot bakery and then gym time... yeah my body gets pretty beat up at the end of each week. Over the years I've learned to seek out massage places (cheap ones) wherever I'm at. I'm accustomed to the usual one hour foot/body combination package that most places offer. I'm confident in saying that I know a good massage place when I see one. When I walked in I went through my usual checklist. Clean, quiet and nice hostess at the door... check! Then comes the service menu. I immediately was searching for the foot/body package but quickly noticed they were unavailable. I became hesitant to stay but convinced myself to try something new. The hostess recommended the full body massage, $40/hr. Quite pricey yes, but I soon learned that it was worth it! My masseuse (I regret not asking for her name) was very skilled. She knew how to get the knots out of my shoulders and to my surprise, came in with hot stones! This was my first time experiencing a hot stone massage. I thought I was gonna melt! I recently went to Bellflower Massage for the first (and what will also be my LAST) time. The receptionist was very impatient and rushed through answering my questions. I went in for a FULL BODY MASSAGE (including foot massage). She pointed out the $40 for 30 minutes option. I asked to be sure that it included a foot massage and she quickly (and rudely) said yes. I was then ushered to a massage room where I waited on the table for about 30 minutes before the massage technician walked in. She started on my neck and back, which I will honestly say felt great. She then worked about 30 SECONDS on each arm, and then 30 SECONDS on each leg. I thought that was odd but figured she'd spend more time on arms and legs once I flipped over for the foot massage. She left the room for about 2 minutes and I thought she was surely going to return with the water for me to soak my feet while she worked on my arms and legs, before the feet. Well...I thought wrong. When she returned she did that chop-chop-pound-pound thing that signals the massage is OVER. That's exactly what happened. She was done with the final pound and said, "Finished." I was confused. How could she be "finished" when she hadn't even TOUCHED my feet, and spent hardly ANY time on arms and legs??? It was pointless to argue at that point as there was a language barrier. Instead, I just got dressed, left, and will NEVER return. Bottom line, that massage should have been HALF the price since I only received HALF of what I paid for. I ended up going to ANOTHER massage spot for my foot massage, which included arms, back, and legs...for a FRACTION of the price...and was FANTASTIC. (3.5 stars) I've had two massages here, the first being top-notch by miss Linda, the second being absolutely cringe-worthy by The Man with a Scorpion Tattoo. Both times I got the 60minute Foot Massage with Scrub, which their coupon lowers to a $25 fee, stating it is usually priced at $35. On their counter, however, it's set at $25. Huh. The service itself starts with about 15min for the upper body while your feet soak in warm water, followed by an oil rub down for your legs & feet. Then, if you have miss Linda, you get a good 5-10minute actual scrubbing of your feet AND legs, with a focus on every nook & cranny, definitely elevating the experience. If you get Mr Scorpion, you get about a minute of him spreading the grain scrub on your feet before he rinses it off & moves on. The remainder of the massage is a typical one focused on the back & thighs. Now here's where the same service greatly differ between the two masseuses; while miss Linda's hands were gentle but definitely more attentive, Mr. Scorpion was not afraid of pressure, but absolutely REEKED of cigarettes, would leave (without warning) several times to attend to other clients, incorporated rough rubbing into the scalp massage (which I strangely enjoyed?), jiggling (yes, you read right) into a good portion of the massage, & left me with more aches than I came in with for TWO days after his service. One could say I should've spoken up, but I feel a good masseur would pick up on any signs of discomfort & adjust the pressure accordingly. Also, AMBIENCE IS EVERYTHING, & suddenly being left alone with a towel on my face, in the dark, then suddenly smelling a wet ashtray signaling the return of my masseur does not pave the way for relaxation. Bottom line, I'd only return if I were in the area, & only if miss Linda were available. Let me also note that when setting an appt (a MUST as they randomly fill up), 1)request a specific masseuse, & 2)ask if they have other bookings at the time you want as this may affect your appt. ADDITIONAL TIPS: -if you use the coupon flyer, clip out the specific one you want, BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE THE WHOLE FLYER, & you can kiss those savings good-bye -beware of other clients (who most likely got a full body scrub) walking around in ONLY towels -make sure your pedicure is spot on, or at least groomed enough for public view read more

Waste of money. Paid 50$ for a 1 hour full body and never did my feet. The workers were very loud talking amongst themselves and last but not least my massage only lasted 50 minutes. This was the worse massage I ever had !!!! I actually came out worse than I came in. The massage made my muscle ache from frustration. They were just rubbing my skin. I asked for deep tissue, she handed me tissue. Then I said harder to my legs and shoulders, she didn't do it. i been getting massages for over 15 years and omg!!!!! where do i begin? if i can give this place no stars i would. this is the most discusting place. first off the lady couldnt speak english. the whole time she used only her elbows to rub my back for 30 mins. bone on bone. that hurts. she kept going in and out of the room cause there were other customers. when it was time for me to turn over so she can do the other side she put my clothes on top of me and said there were no other place to put them. i paid for an hour massage and got a 45 min one. then she demanded a tip. i was like wow seriously? oh and the towel she used to wipe off the oil was cold and it was sitting on top of the table the whole time. i came home and took a shower right away to wash all the nasty stuff off and not to mention my whole entire back hurts like crazy after. do not go!!! they need to close this place down!!!! read more
