I had to post a review about the phenomenal moving experience that I had with Bellhop today because they are truly the best kept secret. A month ago I had a terrible moving experience that resulted in me losing my $800 deposit to an Interstate moving company and being forced to come up with an alternative moving solution. Moving forward, as a result I was looking for local packers to help me pack up my UHAUL truck as I was now faced with moving my belongings from Ohio to the New England area. Well, I booked a 2 man packing team from Bellhop to load my truck. This was the best experience I have had packing thus far! Dan was my moving lead and his partner for the job was Raf. These men were working hard and consistently from the beginning to the end of the job. The first sign that his was going to be a positive transaction is that the 2 men were on time and started the job immediately-I was truly impressed. Dan and Raf packed my 15ft truck so quickly and efficiently that I could hardly believe my eyes. These 2 men had the best attitude and worked the full 2 hours I had booked. They loaded my 3 level condo in 1 hour and 55 minutes. They did their job so well they actually had 5 minutes to spare. Thank-you Bellhop for sending such an amazing moving team. Antonio Sawyer and Mike Galbraith in Columbus, OH were absolutely INCREDIBLE. For our 2bed/2 bath move to a townhome -- 10/10, truly could not have asked for better service. They were so kind, displayed amazing communication throughout the entire duration of our move, detail oriented and extremely efficient. All of our belongings were clearly cared for immensely, and both movers worked so diligently to ensure a timely move for us. They took care to wrap and cover our belongings, ensuring that everything was put exactly where we wanted it. They helped to take apart and reassemble pieces of furniture to ensure they maintained their integrity during the transport. I have had an air hockey table in my garage for almost a year. It was a gift and heavy!! I called other moving companies and they wanted to charge me over double for the ride there and back. It was at my house I didn't need a truck. I was looking through moving companies again and came across Bellhops. Exactly what I needed! Someone to move the table from the garage to the basement, without having to pay for the truck trip! I acheduled them to come out they were on time and very friendly. When they got the table to the basement I realized that I needed to screw the legs in instead of sliding. They stood and held the table! They even showed my son who was trying to help how to screw the screws in! They were very kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. The only regret...that I didn't remember all the other stuff I needed moved before they left. I will definitely use them again. read more

Mike and Brayden were awesome! Brayden reached out the day before my move to confirm the time. They arrived 5 minutes early which was great. They were super respectful and considerate. They remembered the plan when I flew through it. Mike understood how to take apart the couch and they actually fixed something that was messed up when it was delivered a year ago by another company. They got me setup and reconnected in my new place and even moved some furniture when I wasn't sure on the layout. They also helped carry stuff down from the attic to reorganize my moms house (the pickup location). Our movers, Peter L. and Jante W., were prompt, courtesy, careful and skilled. They arrived separate from the truck and all were on time. Happily everything went well, nothing was damaged and nobody was hurt. We only had one large piece to be moved and reserved our move through the Groupon which we purchased. You should be aware that there is a base rate of $129 which was separate and apart from the services of the truck, movers and mileage which was added to the minimum 2 hour move charge. Thus, after our Groupon was redeemed we still owed $167 for 2 movers and truck for the 2 hour minimum, even though we had one item and the move was complete within the 2 hour window. read more

By far the best moving experience I have ever had. The company does a great job once you book with them preparing you for your move. I was impressed to hear from my lead mover the night before. I also received an email introducing me to my movers the night before. Moving day, my lead mover called me to let me know he was coming and asked the best place to park when he arrived. Paul's Leadership was incredible. Terry and Nathan were also amazing workers. Their attitudes were positive the entire time. They worked continuously for the 4 plus hours they were here, and with multiple trips. I seriously can not say enough about my entire experience. read more

This was the best moving experience I have had in all my 60 plus years. The team was fantastic and introduced themselves individually as soon as they arrived. They were so helpful never once did they pressure to hurry and they disassembled, wrapped and reassembled every single bit of our furniture with not a mark on any of our belongings or any walls at our old or new home. Excellent service!! My movers (Que and Devan) were amazing! Both young men arrived on time and got to work right away. I had large items and needed them moved into tight spaces. They never complained and problem solved to get the move done. I didn't have tools to remove my mirror, Devan went to his car, grabbed his tools and removed (as well as put back on) my mirror. They were respectful and super sweet. I felt bad because it was not an easy move, but they did an amazing job! If I moved again, I would love to have those young men do it! Great job! We had a wonderful experience with Bellhop. Mike, Evan & Rob were very efficient & careful with our items. Not a scratch on any furniture or walls. They contacted me prior to move day to see if we had any questions & everything went as smoothly as we could've hoped. We packed our own things, but I'm confident they would do a great job at packing if you need that service. This is the second time I've used Bellhop, and yet again it was a great experience. The service's dashboard made it so easy to monitor and reschedule my move and estimate my final bill. Most importantly though, James and Jeff were excellent to work with. They took great care with all of our belongings and even managed to wrangle a particularly pesky treadmill up a slim staircase. I needed help moving some larger items from one storage unit to another. I contacted Bellhops and they sent out Gabe and Dezmond. These two guys worked their butts off hauling heavy items in the pouring rain. We were all soaked by the time we were done and moving anything in a downpour is a challenge to anyone's attitudes. The two guys were pleasant and continued to have a great attitudes. after some discussion we managed to get everything in just one truck load saving me money on the uhaul miles. Moving pieces of a new treadmill from the garage to the front bedroom was a small job, but my wife and I did not have the strength to do the task. Samuel and Joel were able to do it in a few minutes. This is an excellent company! From my first call with Dalton to schedule our move and quote rates all the way through the move. They sent 3 guys, Stervenson, Que, and Elijah, who arrived promptly and were very professional. I was able to schedule Bellhops just a day in advance. I didnt have a lot of stuff, but it included a flight of stairs. They were on time, extremely friendly and courteous, and fast. I only scheduled an hour and they were done in 30 minutes. I would use Bellhops again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to anyone that needs help moving things. Great price.
