Bello Express Carpet Care was recommended to me by another carpet cleaner who unfortunately does not service my area. They were professional on the phone and carefully went over my expectations as well as the service they could provide. Few things that I noticed: 1. Professional attitude - Bello arrived on time and after the initial walkthrough, he went over the entire process. He went over different types of carpet cleaning they provided (standard vs. deep clean), how long the process will take, how long to dry, face masks/shoe covers they'd use (he even offered me some shoe covers!) 2. Competitive pricing - pricing was very competitive from the quotes I received from other cleaners. Bello also provided a breakdown of the cost and answered any questions I had. I appreciated that he was upfront with the costs and there were no hidden/unexpected charges at the end. 3. They have a portable machine! I was worried that the truck mounted machine wouldn't be able to reach my unit so they were kind of enough to bring a portable machine (does require extra charge though). 4. Thorough and careful - the team brought corner protectors so that their machines did not damage the walls/paint. They also took the time to wipe up any wet spots left by the machine on the non-carpeted areas. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and quality work. Upon calling to schedule the appointment I was able to quickly get in touch with someone who was able to get me scheduled relatively quickly. The team came out, assessed our Couch and was able to give us a walk down of what the steps were going to be taken to clean the couch. Their teams able to park in my alleyway and run their equipment through our back door through our living room, and out of our house and around an hour or so. This was our first time having our sofa cleaned and we will be using them again for future Upholstery and carpet cleaning needs cost was good although I didn't get quotes from other folks. I found Bello Express Carpet on Yelp. We needed our carpets cleaned in a condo rental. The tenant had done a number of things to the carpet including a red stain (either wine or kool-aid) that sat there for probably over a year. Stephanie was accommodating with the schedule. Jesus gave me an estimate and explained what stains would come out and what wouldn't. (Red and purple stains are are to remove.) Stephanie is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful she refused to give me a receipt for the payment of $120 in cash that I made. I had to file a police report because I noticed in my invoice it stated that the job was done but no payment. They left my carpet smelling bad and looking the same with the traffic areas bad even after claiming they added "deep cleaning " my total was $150 I was not satisfied AT ALL with the service but I still went ahead and paid them $120 in cash because they also did a small bedroom which I did see a small difference there and that is the only reason why I paid $120 which is a lot for a very small Room. Now I don't have a recudir my records but my adult son and his girlfriend did witness that I paid $120in How funny that Stephanie wants to reply with false information (threats) Yeah okay ! This shows what type of people they are she also used the word "ghetto" Stephanie obviously doesn't know how to run a business and lacks good customer service Yet I'm the one who filed a police report. I scheduled an estimate for our law firm. Jesus showed up and gave me an estimate of $345 for our entire office using portable equipment on the long weekend. Jesus gave me a window from 1-3pm on a Saturday. I said I couldn't do that being I had to be out by 4pm. He said "No problem, the job before yours is small one". I signed the estimate, but as we walked out he said there will be a $65 spigot connection fee. I said, WHAAAAT?!?! No, we agreed and signed for $345. He said, I forgot to tell you and said no problem it was my bad I'll absorb that fee because you already signed. He then reassured he would arrive near 1pm leaving plenty of time for cleaning and be out by 4. NOT true he didn't show up until 3:26pm!!! Then he kept apologizing upon arrival when he had my number the entire time for him to communicate in ADVANCE so I could reschedule. He then said one of the offices was not included in the estimate, which was BS...but that he would do it due to inconvenience of his lack of punctuality. I was furious!!! DON'T HIRE this guy unless you have all day to sit around and waste your day waiting for him and his helper for a overpriced carpet clean. It's plain ridiculous service with hidden fees. I received a call from his secretary to allege I wasn't present when the estimate was given..hahaaa that a joke. Very unprofessional company and definitely not reliable. The carpet turned out ok, it was the service & communication that doesn't sit well with me. DON'T RECOMMEND. read more
