In our case it was for insulation though and they were able to insulate our attics very well to help conserve energy and keep the place warmer during winter and cooler during summer. The owner has been in this trade for over 20 years so they have done a variety of jobs and a variety of buildings. It's good to know a small business like this has the experience and knowledge to make a solid product - one that they put their name onto. Apparently, this is the first time they have encountered this installation in 15 years. The added complexity drove up the cost, but that's only fair. Also, after they removed the staples, they remounted the screens with screws, so the next time they can be removed and replaced easily. We got an upgrade.
