He gave all the information I asked for and appropriately followed up for booking, logistics, and we rented both a print photobooth and a digital only photobooth. On the day of the event, people loved the booths! Unfortunately, one of the photobooths stopped working partway through, likely due to a power outlet problem with the venue, but Nestor and his team continued to run the other photobooth and even offered a full refund for the one that stopped working. He and his staff were very professional, friendly, and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody looking for photobooth services!

They were so friendly and fun, and the best part, their bridal show special was about half of everyone else's. I went home and booked with them that day. I had to pay a $50 travel fee because they are in OC and I was down south in SD, but that was totally worth it. They matched our photo booth pic backgrounds exactly to our invitations and they looked great. The people who worked the day of event were so much fun, totally friendly and were having a great time with our guests. Everyone really liked them. They even came and got us to make sure we took some bride and groom pics because we had forgotten. I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. They took photo after photo, agreed graciously to stay an hour later for which we paid, and the guests loved their photos. I felt they were very easy to work with. Toward the end of the party, I asked about the video portion of the package and why the guests were not being told they could do that. They corrected this, and offered to do it. At this time I was bothered by this because the session was just about over and they were barely offering to video guests. We could not get messages from all of the guests due to the short time available. We had the guests go on camera toward the end of the session, and very quickly they all gave a very heartfelt birthday messages to the birthday girl. We tipped the attendants VERY well because we felt they had done a good job and happily agreed to stay an hour later than we had contracted. We got our photos on a flash drive before they left. We were so grateful for their service and help we tipped them well, and they left. Later, we looked at the pictures and my daughter wanted to watch the videos the guests had made for her. There were plenty of great photos.... but not a single video. They had not said that we would not get the videos so we were confused. None the less, I felt that we were very understanding and patient when we addressed the situation with them. And I felt that they would do right by us. At first we were in contact about the videos, with Adam giving us updates and everything. Then.... nothing. It became apparent that they were avoiding any inquiring emails and voicemail messages. Ten months later, I still sent yet another email... and still no response from Adam or anyone from this company. I still have not received the videos or any word about them. I'm going to assume my daughter will never hear the happy sweet sixteen messages from her guests that we paid for as part of the package. Nor will they tell us what happened to them or apparently offer restitution for not giving us this portion of our package. I wish I can even get the tip back because I feel so disappointed with them. I waited to write this review hoping they would rectify the situation. As they still have not, I decided to share about my experience in case others are trying to decide between AV Photobooth and another photo booth company.

If you're using this for a wedding event, I would recommend having photo booth time even at the very end of the event because that's when the bride and groom would have time to take pictures with guests. My favorite part of using this vendor is the large HD screen that shows every picture taken. It's hilarious when you pose for a picture, and you hear people outside the booth laughing and giggling at the pictures you and your friends just took. The owner, JD, stayed up all night with me and my fiance and guided us through the process - we were incredibly stressed but felt at ease since he took his time to explain thoroughly the process and what he needed. He even allowed us to customize the backdrop, template and fonts. They were so professional and helpful though. They came early to set up, incorporated our decorations into the backdrop, and made sure the photos turned out perfectly. I've been to other photo booths where there were either no attendants or the attendants weren't really paying attention. It makes a big difference when you have someone who knows what they're doing there. They make sure the lighting is right and the height is set up correctly. They also made sure that everyone in the photo got a photo strip. Omni also made us a nice video and provided up all the photos for download after. I would highly recommend them!
