They got him scheduled very quickly, and completed the work even faster than expected. The white paint match was great, and the finish was good. Went for the higher price service that was not an issue UPDATE: 7/12 I took my car to another auto shop to have the exhaust system serviced They were very honest about the condition of my car They recommended that I do not put anymore money/repairs into it because the frame is so corroded with rust it is not safe to drive, It will never pass inspection and It would be dangerous to keep driving it at this point. I should have been notified of this when I originally took the car in for service the first time at the end of April If it was put on a lift to look at the exhaust system - it would have been discovered the car is beyond repair Since the exhaust was not serviced as requested I am assuming the car never made it onto the lift So yes - I am not a happy customer Over $600 dollars for a water pump that I did not need, exhaust issue not addressed and a car that will never pass inspection again More importantly- there where major safety concerns that could have been detrimental to me and my family if an accident have should happened Check your frame ppl. Your company responded to call for towing service within 15 minutes of our call. Amber who was the responder arrived and handled the situation in a professional and very capable manner. The car was located on the left shoulder of the road, and traffic was stop and go through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed. It was obviously a very dangerous and difficult situation. Her first objective was to get my wife and me into the truck, out of harms way. Through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed, traffic on road were within feet of her. Once loaded Amber then transported us with the car to a local dealer where she unloaded the car and our son in law picked us up. In closing I want to commend amber for her concern for us, her skill and ability to do the job, and her professional conduct with us through the entire encounter.
