Beware !!! Roof leak caused severe mold damage to my belongings. Mover would not move most of it…read morebecause the mold was so bad. Facility says they are not responsible and renters insurance doesn't cover mold. Mold is so bad, my upholstered furniture and many of my belongings, many sentimental, will have to go to the dump. I'm so pissed! this place has raised my rent 3 times so I decided to move my stuff. I have a truck…read morerented and mover's scheduled. Show up and Pub Storage has changed my lock with NO WRITTEN NOTICE!!! I have never been late on a single payment and my stuff has been here for 2 year. Now I have to schedule a move out. The property manager is impossible to reach. Every attempt to call the property manager results in an endless loop of automated system that never gets you to a person. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this rental and the customer service is always a nightmare. Stay away!
