The guys there are so customer oriented and I picked the right storage facility. They made things so easy with my disability needs.

I'm not ask for great customer service, I'll be ok with just good customer service at this point. My package should have arrived on Friday 1/27 by 7pm per the tracking number. UPS stated the address was wrong, updated address in UPS system and was given a tracking confirmation that the package will be delivered on Saturday 1/28 by 7pm, still know package. Stated address was not correct again. (Total lie) My daughter spoke with UPS customer service @ 1:38pm and was told she would receive a call back within the hour. No call back received. I then called customer service at 5:08pm and was told our address was in correct after we've updated the address for a second time. I was told I would receive a call back. It's 1/29 at 9:07am, still no call back to neither one of us. Who's going to do there job?

They didn't wrap items in blankets to protect them and just stacked items on and under one another. This was a 9 mile move.....No accountability for broken items, damage to move out home property and overall service. Giving two stars is generous at this point as we've yet to receive settle up payment for damaged goods during move. However, during the move they did damage to some our our furniture which we are still finding damage to certain prices. they damaged our new refrigerator and the owner of the company took photos and said they would send someone out to replace one of the front panels. We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!

When booking, we were led to believe our move would cost around $1,500. Instead, our final bill was over $3,300--more than double what we anticipated. One of the main reasons we chose this company was because we were promised a 20% military discount. We actually canceled with another moving company based on that representation. When it came time to pay, I specifically asked where the military discount had been applied because I could not identify it on the invoice. The gentleman I spoke with was unable to explain where or how the discount had been applied, and after getting the runaround, I was told to review the invoice and let them know if I had any questions. After reviewing the invoice, all I could identify was the company's standard rate, and I still could not determine where the promised discount had been applied. The movers arrived at 10:00 a.m., but the fourth mover did not arrive until after 11:00 a.m. Despite that, we were billed as if four movers were present for the entire move. I do not believe customers should be charged for labor that was not provided. Additionally, while the crew lead was very nice and respectful, he appeared to spend much of the day outside listening to music and socializing while the rest of the crew completed the move. If we are paying for a crew of four movers, I would expect four movers actively working on the move, not two or three while one crew member spends a significant amount of time off the job. When I paid, I was specifically told that if the crew finished earlier than estimated, any unused time would be credited back and that billing adjustments were calculated in 15-minute increments. The crew finished approximately 30 minutes earlier than the time we were ultimately billed through, yet no adjustment was made. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication afterward. Our move took place on June 13, and the final invoice was sent at 7:45 p.m. that same evening. I emailed with concerns regarding the billing on June 15 and followed up again on June 17. As of June 29, I still have not received any response. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer's legitimate billing concerns for over two weeks is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency, unexpected costs, billing discrepancies, and complete lack of follow-up have left me feeling highly disappointed and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Highly do not recommend…read more Neil worked for a Georgia moving company for nine years and has now owned this company for just a year. It's all about the bottom line with him. I will say we had so much negativity going on every step of the way due to issues beyond my control, and had he handled the many issues that came up with simple kindness and understanding, I wouldn't be writing this review. But even though he pitched in a couple extra hours to help out with the unpacked items/chaotic day, the day was one of the worst days of my life. It was also the worst move I've ever experienced. During his on-site estimate, he bragged about how he is working on setting up a fund to help one struggling citizen per year by cutting their moving costs down to nearly nothing or nothing at all. *Eyeroll...Believe me when I say our family couldn't be the ones any more deserving of this consideration. Neil's crews, both the two packers the day before, and the three movers the day of the move were the only semi-positive thing to mention about this move. Most, but not all of them, went the extra mile to help me, as I was in extreme distress on moving day, due to their chaos, as well as my own personally. At one point we were having a medical issue and 911 had to be called. I will also tell you they will park their moving truck far from your place so extra walking to the truck to load your belongings will take extra time. Neil claimed this job ran overtime because it was raining but every time I went outside to check the progress, most of the guys were standing around discussing who knows what and were not moving! See my video attached to observe it's NOT raining and the sidewalk is dry. Not only was the final bill almost 1/3 more than the highest quote for the job, Neil still to this day refuses to send me a keyed copy of the actual move receipt. I did get the receipt for the packing, but not the move to storage the second day. I ended up having to rent a different storage unit ONE extra mile from the original one I was told to rent by Neil. This sudden change of venue was out of my control. At the last minute I was told by the moving company the size of the unit I had on reserve was not big enough. The storage place didn't have anything available in the same size I had on hold, only huuuugeeee units. Ofc. 3 movers and I waited over 40 minutes for the manager to unlock the door for me to register WHILE I also had an UBER WAITING to take me to our hotel. She knew we were on our way because the moving guys went to talk to her ahead...on my dime. When Terry finally came to the office after multiple phone calls from both me and two of the movers, she was flippant, condescending and downright rude. She unlocked the door without making eye contact or a simple 'hello'. Her behavior was odd considering the wait. No apology. I consulted with the movers. They suggested storage one mile farther to a unit that could accommodate my belongings. I told her when I left that I didn't like her altitude! Neil states they will not pack and move the same day, that he packs only the day before the move. Moving boxes cost $2.75 each despite the size. Ha, what a joke boxes became. Beware of that because it's a lot added to the cost of the move on top of the hourly rate. Even though a pre-move visual inventory was done and the cost estimate for boxes was included, it did NOT include packing paper, half of which was provided by me. Then they don't show up with enough boxes to pack everything on 'the pack day'. As a result, this forces them to finish packing the day of your move, which in turn turns into...more hours to be billed. They pack your clothes in black garbage bags!! and then tell you you don't want to pay for wardrobe boxes. As an example, a failing I take issue with, the evening they packed, I had to open a sealed box for toilet paper. You should have seen my shocked face when I looked in the box. I saw my pricey hotel magnifying make-up mirror loose in the box, not even wrapped in packing paper at all. Other glass bathroom items in that box also were not wrapped in paper and the mirror is heavy, so this was a disaster waiting to happen. There were various items they tried to buffer with rolls of toilet paper, and decorative plastic items are most likely going to be shattered and smashed. It's a good thing I had some packing paper left of my own, and I did the best I could with what little I had. The fact remains I paid for full packing and shouldn't have had to do that. These are just a few glitches. There are just too many more to mention but rehashing it all won't change anything. Even with a 10% senior discount, it cost me $1,300.00 for this company to pack a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment, plus load and unload it into a ground-level drive-up storage unit. Use this moving company only if you like to be taken to the cleaners.

I used for a small job but will use again in the future. Also, this was a job done day after Thanksgiving which it made it even more impressive.
