The sign out front said "VACANCY", so I quite literally thought it was a sign from above. Well I called on Monday afternoon and didn't get anyone, so I left a message. They called me back the following day and the owner/operator Wayne told me a spot would be 55.00 per month. I told him that was a bit high, and went about my day. Well after getting busy for the week and neglecting my duties of looking for a spot I called him back and offered 50.00 per month and I'd pay him in cash for the next 3 months. He declined and told me his price was set. I called the next day and told him I'd take a spot for a month. He told me he wouldn't be at the business that day and to come by tomorrow after lunch. I found it strange that he didn't keep actual business hours but still answered the phone during the work day. Needless to say, I called him at 2pm the following day and he lit into me about not showing up earlier in the day. We'd never set a time and he wasn't specific about when to come by so I apologized but he told me to do business with someone else and he didn't want to do business with me. Basically, these guys are a mom and pop storage place run by a jackleg, cranky, old, quazi senile man who doesn't like to stay at his office nor does he like to provide any level of customer service. Best of luck to them because I found storage from another place for half their price a mile down the road and the owners are super nice. Stay away from this place.

He and I chatted about what I needed (a space for an RV). He quoted a price and actually lowered it when he realized we desired a longer term (not just a month or two). He wasn't sure of what spaces were available so he told me to email him as a reminder. The next day I had my answer and they even measured the spot to make sure our RV would fit. Overall I am pleased so far!

This is a kiosk location, so if you haven't used storage facilities before at all, make sure to arrive when there's an attendant on duty. Absolutely horrible! I rented a unit and when I got there on my 'move-in' day, my gate code didn't…read morework. Tried it multiple times, but the gate keypad was telling me the number wasn't registered. I tried the kiosk in the office, but the kiosk wasn't working at all. The 'call' button on it was unresponsive. I tried calling the number from the mobile app, but it immediately told me "No routes found" and hung up, like it was an invalid number. Left and went home, got online and looked up another number for them. Called it, and when prompted, I selected the option to "Talk to property manager". It again, immediately went "No routes found" and hung up. I then tried the chat feature on their website. When I told it my gate code wasn't working, the oh-so-helpful script they have running tried telling me how to find the gate code. I already know what the gate code is, and it just isn't working. It's pretty obvious that, despite me PAYING for the storage unit, they never actually activated the gate code in their system. I selected the option in the chat to talk to an agent, this is at 4:30pm Eastern on a Saturday mind you, and their chat responded that Agents are only available from 5am - 6pm Pacific. 4:30pm Eastern = 1:30pm Pacific. Edit: I finally got a hold of an agent on Monday, and he was absolutely terrible! I explained what happened to him, and how I tried the phone number and the chat support, and they weren't working, and he basically called me a liar and said that, since I didn't contact them the day it happened, they wouldn't refund me. Absolutely inexcusable customer service! I will adjust my review slightly, because one of my complaints was noticed by a Public Storage district manager who reached out to me to apologize and offer a full refund. I do appreciate her making the effort to make things right, but they do need to have some serious re-training of their customer service. If you get in a chat with "Jimmy" Jiro G., you may as well just end the chat and retry and hope you get a better rep next time.

I'm so pissed! this place has raised my rent 3 times so I decided to move my stuff. I have a truck…read morerented and mover's scheduled. Show up and Pub Storage has changed my lock with NO WRITTEN NOTICE!!! I have never been late on a single payment and my stuff has been here for 2 year. Now I have to schedule a move out. The property manager is impossible to reach. Every attempt to call the property manager results in an endless loop of automated system that never gets you to a person. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this rental and the customer service is always a nightmare. Stay away!

The rental rates are very competitive, including options to prepay. The building is very easy to get in and out of--it is just off a lighted intersection on Route 92 so it is a safe travel experience, no dodging in and out of traffic, etc. We appreciate the stress-free access.

Haven't had the call back as promised to be able to pay for the one missed month - in all this time, then be able to vacate contents immediately. Makes more sense than to hold items for ransom to auction them off!

Then, go from $200 to $275 after next three months. That's a 175% increase in only 6 months. I have space at another space shop self-storage (on Buford Hwy) and they were good about their rate increases, only doing it in batches of 10%. At any rate, all these storage places do this. (Their mindset is that the increases won't be enough to make the hassle of moving your crap worth it). This particular on is the worst I've ever experienced. Plenty of more reasonable options in the area, so avoid this one.

On the night of Nov 1st the elevators stopped working and my movers and I were stuck moving a truck full of furniture up two flights .... when I returned to the facility the next morning to place more things in storage the elevators were still not working so yes, I had to take the stairs again . When I complained to employee on the scene I got the usual cold corporate attitude well we called what else do you want us to do ? No let me see what what we can do to compensate you for this inconvenience, nothing , just a oh well we're sorry for the problem , again no true customer service . If you can find another place to store your things do it , Prime storage sucks
