Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. There were no inflated costs or unexpected surprises, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. We were actually worried we far out since we are located in Los Angeles koreatown. Luckily the team works out in LA. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The foreman and the crew kept us updated every day, and anytime I had a question or wanted something reviewed, they took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. I always felt informed and comfortable with the work being done. Especially when I felt like I had to many questions they never made my family feel bad for asking the questions. Some contractor make you feel dumb and that you dont understand or try to overcharge with random items. I never felt that with this team. One thing that really stood out was how much they handled for us. They helped us navigate the GoGreen program, took care of all the paperwork, and managed every permit, so we didn't have to worry about any of it. They made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. The project moved incredibly quickly while still maintaining high-quality workmanship. We also went with a company that would not shy away from new construction windows since we knew we had termite damage around one of the windows. They did a great job and the extra cost for new construction was well worth it. The window company they use is located in Anaheim and has a showroom and is very comparable with Milgard and Anlin windows. Communication with Josh was super easy and fast through text and I'd highly recommend him.
